O carte de vânzări scrisă pe vremea când CRM-urile și newsletterele abia începeau să fie populare, iar vânzările telefonice și prin seminarii erau pe val.
Dacă înțelegi perioada când a fost scrisă și încerci să adaptezi sfaturile pentru vremurile curente, s-ar putea să-ți fie de folos, dacă vânzările sunt pe lista de responsabilități care îți revin.
