She's not just his student. She's his greateast temptation. Professor Lawrence It feels nearly impossible to stop looking at her sitting at her desk, chewing on her bottom lip, twirling her pen as her cheeks blush bright pink. Her skirts have been a near-constant distraction, and my eyes glide to the one she's wearing now. Focus, Lawrence! There are only twenty minutes of class left. Is she even paying attention? I know I shouldn't give her any more reason to blush, but I think I'll make this fun...

While scrolling through my recommended books in the kindle app, I found Surrender to My Professor by Ash Riebold. Me being me, it figured screw it, and decided to give it a shot. Got to say, it wasn’t bad, and I enjoyed it for the most post. Given the title, I pretty much knew what I was getting myself into, and expected a corny forbidden romance story.
While yes, it was a corny forbidden romance story, it was very spicy. Not only that, but it also had some darker aspects to it that made the story more than just about their relationship. Honestly, the book moved pretty quickly, and it didn’t take too long before things started to get intimate.
All in all, I did enjoy this book, tho I probably wouldn’t read it again. I found some of it repetitive, especially the fights between the student and teacher. They had a good relationship but would fight over basically one thing throughout the book. Just found that kinda annoying, especially because it could have been avoided if the main character didn’t resort to doing the one thing he asked her not to do.
I've seen the Reelz "movie" several times- I love it! When I found this as a book, I just couldn't wait to find out what they missed....with everything INCLUDING the parts Reelz didn't get to, it was just as good! So, if you've only seen/read 1, you have to do the other.- and I love that there's an Epilogue to find out their happily ever after.
