Cash Hawthorne helps people stay sober, not fall for them. That changes when he’s hired by Silas Hale, his girlfriend’s wild and unpredictable rockstar brother, fresh out of rehab.
For years, Silas lived for his band, drugs, and women. He’s ignored every warning, refusing to give up his partying ways until the night he almost doesn’t wake up. Determined to stay on track on tour, he hires Cash to be his sober companion. Neither of them has ever considered being with a man, but living together twenty-four seven makes it impossible to ignore their attraction, and one night, a line is crossed.
A kiss turns into something more, and once they get a taste, they can’t stop.
Cash knows getting involved with Silas is a mistake. He’s supposed to help him, not crave him. And Silas is trying to prove he has his life under control, not unravel under Cash’s touch. But no matter how many times they agree it can’t happen again, they keep coming back for more.
When Cash’s contract with Silas ends, so should their time together. Silas continues touring with Surrender, while Cash is left wondering what comes next. They both know they should move on. They know they should forget what happened between them behind closed doors.
But some addictions are harder to overcome than others.

Addicted to You is book six in the Forbidden series by Kimberly Knight and Rachel Lyn Adams. I want to start out by saying that I really, really liked this book. I read it in one day and thought about it when I wasn’t reading. BUT, the reason for the four star rating instead of five is that the first sixty percent of the book was just getting to know the characters. Which is important, I know. But the attraction and romance part of the book didn’t start until somewhere around that sixty percent mark. I was all in and loved the two main characters. The ending was super sweet. It’s just that I live for all the love, the swoons, everything! And it felt like it took too long to get there. With that being said, I still recommend it and will be thinking about these two men for a long time.
Silas Hale is twenty three years old and is the drummer for the band Surrender. They have put out their first album and are getting ready for their first tour as the headlining band. Silas is living his dream. He’s living the rock star life in every way, including plenty of women and lots of partying. He’s convinced he has it under control though.
Cash Hawthorne is twenty eight years old and he is a sober companion. He actually lives with clients for six weeks at a time after they get out of rehab, helping them to live sober in the real world, teaching them ways to cope. It’s a job that means so much to him. Cash has been dating Silas’s older sister, Britt for a long time. When she gets a job at a hospital in Boston where her parents live she convinces him to move with her and start a new life there.
From the beginning, you could see a little bit of a bond forming between Cash and Silas. Just a trust, an easy companionship, neither of them even recognizing it’s existence. But a few things happen at the same time. After completely upending his life and moving to Boston with Britt, she starts pulling away from Cash. And then Silas’s partying turns his life upside down when he’s found unresponsive. After rehab, there is only one person he wants as a sober companion and that is Cash. Which is perfect because Britt has decided she doesn’t want him anymore.
A sober companion stays with you 24/7 and that has never had any effect on Cash before. But for whatever reason, things are different with Silas. They are both feeling “something” even though neither has ever been attracted to a man before. But Silas is newly sober. And Cash used to be in a relationship with Silas’s sister. Was hurt by Silas’s sister. How do they know if it’s real, if any feelings they have could actually last? When their six weeks are up, Cash already has another client lined up and Silas has a tour to finish.
So as I said, the first part of the book is just getting to know them and building up to their time together. I want to say that I STRONGLY disliked Britt. She was the older sister but didn’t act like it. Cash was such a wonderful human being. I adored him. And I was so darn proud of Silas. When these two finally went for what they were feeling, I loved that there was no hesitation. They just went for it a hundred percent. I believe this is the last book in this series but I’m not sure. It’s a great series and I’ve loved all six books.
What a completely underwhelming end of the series.
Even if you badly wanted to make a love story out of this mess, you couldn't have. You're going to spend the first 100 pages just building up to the moment of the main characters getting together aka reliving the events from the previous books and then when they finally do get together, there's nothing there.
🔵 Drummer / sister's ex boyfriend 🟣 Both straight 🟢 Drug use, recovery, rehab 🟠 Forced proximity 🟡 Not well written 🌶️ Descriptive smut in the second half and it's good, but the chemistry's just not there; t/b
The only book that's good in this series is Boss Of Attraction. The only one. The rest just aren't good and this is one of them.
You're going to have to read the previous installment to get what's happening with Silas, the drummer of Surrender, and then you'll rehash everything for the first part of the book, only it'll be boring as fuck.
When Cash, Silas' sister's boyfriend comes into the picture, you'll also get nothing. No awakening, no chemistry, literally almost no interaction, until Silas needs rehab and Cash becomes his live-in sober companion.
Out of nowhere they notice each other's asses and then just dive in. You can't distinguish if it's because of forced proximity or because they've been so long without sex, it's certainly not because they've been eyeing each other or there was so much pent-up passion between them. No, there was absolutely nothing there and the bi-awakening wasn't believable. At all.
These were two straight men who never even thought of being with another guy, so I was really looking forward to them experimenting and even if it was that simple and easy for them to just transition to this idea of them getting together, the story wasn't written as well as to portray all of that on-page. I should've felt at least something, and I didn't. Maybe it's just me.
I also didn't like the way the book was written. The chapters were boring and nothing much was happening, the story started skipping a lot of time and events and didn't develop the love story properly. I wasn't sold on it.
Once again these two authors are amazing in their story writing. This is the sixth book in the series but all can be read alone. Cash is one of my favorites and Siles.. you can't help but cheer for him. This is a great read just like all the others.
I love Silas and Cash. The bond they have feels real and strong.
I love that Silas jumps right in to the things he wants. Don’t think just do. Which ofcourse got him in trouble. Cash is just exactly what he needs. A strong support behind him.
I did not read the other books in this series, but that is no problem to follow the story line. This is a interconnected stand-alone.
It's a rockstar romance with Silas, who is part of a popular band, living all the rockstar priveleges and Cash, who helps people with addiction problems. It’s actually a match in heaven when you think about it 🤭
I really liked the writing of this authors duo and the story had depth in it I really enjoyed.
Reading the first half of this book you’d think it was a MF. There was absolutely no indication of any attraction between these MC’s until 48% into the book and it was so abrupt. It seemed to come out of nowhere. Cash’s relationship with Silas felt more like a rebound than a love connection. The story was ok but I couldn’t get past the rushed and lackluster chemistry between the MC’s.
ADDICTED TO YOU By Kimberly Knight & Rachel Lyn Adams
I received an E-book ARC edition of this novel in exchange for an honest review. It is Book Six (& last) of The Forbidden Series. Prior reading is recommended of at least Book 4, TASTE OF SURRENDER. ADDICTED TO YOU will be available April 4th on Amazon & Kindle Unlimited: https://www.amzn.com/B0DCHP4DZ2
This is medium-paced 257-page Sister's Boyfriend, Friends-to-Lovers, Double Bi-Awakening, MM Romance. The book timeline takes place overlapping books 4 & 5. Prior reading of book 4 is highly recommended. No other reading is necessary, however, the whole series is awesome!!! This starts before book 4 even begins and gets a little content of the life of the band. The first third of the novel is rehashing the prior books from different POVs with new content added. This novel is not like the rest of the Forbidden Series at all. The feel is completely different and makes you a little uncomfortable while also waiting on the edge for the Will They Won’t They. In my opinion, this is the most FORBIDDEN scenario they wrote.
Witten in an alternating chapters duel POV, this novel has so much fear, emotion, and tension. When Silas partys, he partys hard. Being famous takes its toll on him. When the band goes through a disagreement, he takes matters into his own hands and falls. Cash is a sober companion that is dating Silas' sister Britt. He helps people cope in the real world after getting clean by living and supporting them. Being away from Britt for periods of time opens a door that puts a strain on them. When Silas calls for help, their was no hesitation to give it.
The story has its ups and downs like anyone in recovery. You feel the emotion and tension vibing off everyone. It’s a slow burn because of the character development involved. However, it does jump time to keep it moving. The spice was good, 3/5🌶. It was written with no patience. The ensemble of the band was there as well as 1 character from book 5 making a cameo. You learned some new info on everyone, which was cool. But being the last book of this series, I was a little sad that we didn’t get more of a conclusion of everyone else from the other novels.
I really enjoyed this addition to the series. Was it emotional and triggering because of some of the content… YEP! But it was a story needing to be told. I liked how they showed that recovery can be successful when you really want it. Most of the time, Books, TV or Movies show individuals failing, so it was a nice and positive change that needed to happen. But they didn’t skimp on the work Silas had to put in to achieve his goal. The struggle is always real, especially when love is mixed in. I’m sad it’s all over, but I hope that future spinoffs in this universe.
Addicted to You is the sixth book in the Forbidden series by one of my favorite duos, Kimberly Knight & Rachel Lyn Adams. Each book can be read as standalone but I highly recommend reading the series since each couple is just fantastic, as well as the whole universe they have created.
Silas is the drummer for the band Surrender and at the age of only twenty-four, he has been partying for years as a rock star. He thought he had it under control, a line here, a line there until he was found unconscious after a show while on tour. He was disappointed in himself for doing this to the band and the fans. His sister’s boyfriend, Cash who was a sober companion found him what he needed: rehab.
Cash loved his work as a sober companion but he never expected to be asked to be one for his girlfriend’s rock star brother. Only, by the time, they go on tour he is just a rock star and a friend. A friend who he finds attractive which is completely new to him. He has never wanted to kiss another man and he knows he shouldn’t even have those thoughts with a client but they are there, center stage.
Silas feels the same way… and once that line is crossed… it is on. But what happens when Cash’s time is up? He has to move on to another client and Silas has to complete the tour. Was it just a fling, an experiment?
I love forbidden romances and Kimberly and Rachel write kick ass ones. Every one of them is unique in their own ways and I love it. I believe this is the last of the series, if so, what a way to end it. If not, can’t wait to see what’s next. Either way, I will be reading their next book.
I do love a good Rockstar romance and Silas is a true rockstar. His overindulgence almost costs him everything. He immediately knows something has to change and puts in the work for that change. When help is needed, he turns to Cash who is dating his sister at the time.
What I liked: The friendship they form was solid and the forced proximity of it all really ramped up the speed of the friendship. The way that they did things together like normal people and organically got to know one another even though they were forced to be around each other.
Silas' bandmates and their unwavering support of him. They truly are a found family and this level of love and support from them is something everyone deserves.
The way that Cash understood Silas and trusted him from the beginning. Since this is his job, he knew how to act and how to treat Silas.
The way that Silas was ready and willing to put it all on the line for Cash from the beginning.
What I didn't like: Silas' sister/Cash's ex. She was a horrible human and she should feel ashamed of herself!
The chunks of time jumped. I feel like there was more to the story that was unsaid. The time jumps left me wanting to know what was going on. I get the need for them, but I also feel like there was something else that could've been done with them.
While a full and complete story that I loved, I still feel like it was a "lite" version of the actual story that was trying to be told. There's so much that could've been done with these two to elevate it to an epic love story.

Thank you, Kimberly, Rachel, and The Author Agency for the ARC.
No words to describe how sad I am that this series has come to an end. But, I know that the best has yet to come in the form of my favorite author-duo, Rachel and Kimberly.
Silas and Cash’s story is definitely one for the books.
Each page had me at the edge of my seat in anticipation the further I read on. And, not to give too much away, I genuinely did not like Silas’ sister, Britt. Sure, to a point, I liked the brother-sister relationship they had. But once her secret had been revealed, my hatred for her only grew.
And, yes, characters are allowed some sort of redemption arc. But, in my head, if she wasn't willing to put in the effort with Cash and chose to lie about her whereabouts, then she did not love him as much as she claimed she did.
As for Silas and Cash’s relationship, they started off as a business relationship, despite the fact that they've hung out in personal settings. From there, their relationship only intensified.
I’ve said this a lot about other book characters, and it still remains true; but Silas and Cash have made it to my list of favorite book couples/book boyfriends.
Silas Hale is the drummer in the band ‘Surrender’. Their new album is due to drop in the weeks after Christmas, then they will be going on tour. For Christmas he has some time off and spends it with his family. Silas is a bit of a party animal, and uses drugs and drink regularly.
Cash Hawthorne is with Britt (Silas’ sister). He works as a sober companion, helping people when they get out of rehab. He has a knack of seeing people who needs help, and while spending Christmas around Silas, he can see the signs that he is using. He offers Silas help, but he declines it.
When Silas overdoses, he reaches out to Cash for help. Cash sorts his out some rehab. Silas then hires Cash to be his sober companion, to help him through the first few weeks after rehab. Both Cash and Silas start to see each other in a different light. Would it be ethical for Cash to become involved with Silas?
This is Kimberly Knight and Rachel Lyn Adams final book in their Forbidden Love series. The whole series has been such a first class read. The writing flows effortlessly, and the characters are described so well. While this is a slower burn between Silas and Cash, you can feel the tension throughout the book. I will miss this series but I am sure that both Kimberly and Rachel will be back with a new one soon.
I am addicted to Cash and Silas. The authors started out by teasing me. I could't figure out how these two hunky men could end up together. I had no clue what would be the catlyst to them becoming more. I didn't see it coming. I don't think they saw it coming.
Early on I got to know Cash. Cash was working to help addicts through their addictions. He would spend weeks with a client, but his care didn't stop there. All it would take was one call for him to be there. I adored his dedication to others. Unfortunately, others weren't always there for him.
One night changes everything. Silas becomes Cash's client. I could feel the tension between Cash and Silas. I experienced their inner turmoil all because of the authors's words. I became invested in their interactions. Would they or wouldn't they?
The story heated up. as they were became more. And that more became everything. The drama increased. The sexual tension sizzled. The connection was so hot. I couldn't wait to see how things would work out. There were so many issues. There were so many challenges. There was so much conflict. There were so many fears. It all adds up to one thing. Cash and Silas gave me hours of hot, romantic entertainment.
I received an ARC of this one and while I’m super delayed, I was able to finish and enjoyed it! This book had a lot of facets, which kept it interesting, but also had great tension and will they won’t they, and when they did it was super steamy! I enjoyed seeing their relationship grow and the storyline of the book progress!
I loved the slow burn aspect of this romance. The readers were getting to know the characters at the same time Silas and Cash were getting to find their way to each other. They were friends first, and their romanced bloomed when they both least expected it.
This also is my favorite book of the series. Both characters were just so lovable. Now I want to read it again.
This book will tug on your emotions. Silas and Cash are good together. I liked the way they fell. I really liked the characters. I enjoyed the storyline. Overall a good book.
This felt like a whole lot of nothing. It was more like a list of things that happened rather than an actual story. There was no backstory for the characters, no depth to them, and no growth either. Everything was just very bland. And for a book about addiction it seemed like very little research was done, because it was presented in such a shallow manner.
What can I say about this book? I read it in one sitting and I couldn’t put it down! Silas and Cash meet through Silas’ sister, Silas is an addict and Cash is a sober support person, Cash helps him beat his addiction and they fall for each other. This story is hot 🔥 it’s such an amazing story, Kimberly and Rachel have outdone themselves with this book. It’s worth reading and I highly recommend you read this whole series. Definitely a 5 star ⭐️ read.
I’ve loved this series from the start and this is definitely one of my favorites now. Cash and Silas have such an emotional and complicated story that was hard to put down. Friends to lovers forbidden romance so the rockstars? You get everything in this book including all the feels.
I enjoyed this book a lot. I enjoyed how we dived into addiction, healing, hurt, found family and much more This book had its hooks into me from the start and I couldn’t get enough of everything and everyone in it.
I enjoyed Cash and Silas' story but it was a bit different then the series. It deals with the issue of addiction and it was interesting with the Sober Companion insight. I really liked these two together and it was fun seeing more of the band. Good read and hope for more in this world.

What to Expect ~ Double bi-awakening ~ Friends to lovers ~ Rock star x sober companion ~ Forced proximity ~ Slow burn
My Summary Cash Hawthorne is a sober companion hired by his girlfriend’s rock-star brother, Silas Hale, following a drug-fueled scare and a stint in rehab. Silas is determined to stay clean as his band goes out on tour and insists that Cash is the person to help him do so. But the addict-companion relationship means being together 24/7 as Silas adapts to his new normal, and neither man expected living in such close quarters on the road would ignite an attraction between them that refuses to be ignored. One kiss leads to two…to more…to possibly forever, even if it feels like that would be impossible.
My Thoughts When I tell you that I loved both of these men … whew! For such a short book, Cash and Silas feel so well-rounded. They’re flawed and know it. They don’t pretend to be perfect, but they do try to be better. I like that this isn’t an insta-love connection; they’re friends first, even if only because when they first meet, Cash is dating Silas’ sister (there is NO cheating by the MMCs). When Silas needs to go to rehab, Cash is the one in Silas’ support group to respect Silas’ autonomy and reason with him rather than immediately freak out and insist he get treatment.
This book definitely has a different feel from the rest of the series, whether because of who these men are or because of the content, or possibly both. The tone feels heavier, and the burn is slower. As with the other books, there are also overlapping timelines, so you get to have little check-ins with the other couples, which is nice.

Bottom Line Addicted to You is another solid entry in this heat-with-heart series. It feels like more of a slow burn than the previous Forbidden books, but once they catch fire … oof, watch out! Although it deals with a heavy subject, Silas’ overall recovery arc is positive, and he is all-in on not relapsing. That being said, you should still heed any content warnings, including on-page overdose, repeated drug use, alcohol use, and cheating (again, neither MMC). — A

The Love Story That Outshines the Pain: A Stunning Journey in Addicted to You”
I genuinely enjoyed this series more than I ever expected. I actually started with Jasper and Malachi’s story, fell head-over-boots for them, and immediately doubled back to devour the rest. And honestly? Zero regrets.
So when I saw that Silas was getting his own book, I was giddy. That man had been living rent-free in my heart ever since the earlier stories. And as someone who grew up around addiction and knows exactly how it can fracture a family from the inside out, Silas and Cash’s journey hit me deep. Really deep.
For the full emotional impact, I highly recommend reading Taste of Surrender and Protecting the Witness first. You can read this one as a standalone… but you’ll miss the delicious layering of their histories, tensions, and wounds. And trust me, those layers? Worth it.
Now, listen-Britt. The way Britt treated Cash had me pacing my living room like, “Ma’am, absolutely not.” But honestly? Cash ended up with the better Hale sibling anyway, so karma did her little shimmy and all was right with the world.
From the start, the connection between Silas and Cash just simmered. It’s a slooooow burn, the kind that has you whisper-yelling at the pages, but when that flame finally hits oxygen? Inferno. Delicious, reckless, can’t-look-away heat.
And what I loved most? Once they both acknowledged the pull between them, they stopped fighting it, at least while they were on the road. When reality hit, sure, there were bumps… but watching them work through it and still claim their HEA was so, so satisfying.
I also adored getting updates on the rest of the couples, Malachi and Jasper tying the knot (my heart!), Jesse and Olivia, Elliot and Savannah. Honestly, I don’t know if I love Malachi/Jasper or Silas/Cash more. They’re the crown jewels of the series, no notes, just vibes.
5 out of 5 stars. Would absolutely recommend. And frankly? I’d devour an entire spin-off series just about Surrender. These couples will be comfort rereads for me no question.

I was completely swept away by the romance between Silas and Cash in 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐮. This story is packed with heart, heat, and so much emotional depth—it’s an unforgettable read.
The evolution of their relationship is beautifully layered, beginning with an unexpected foundation. Cash is first introduced as Silas’s sister Britt’s boyfriend, making their eventual connection all the more complex. But when Cash steps into Silas’s life as his recovery companion, their bond deepens into something profound—built on trust, understanding, and an undeniable pull neither of them can ignore.
Their journey isn’t an easy one. They wrestle with the ethical challenges of their growing attraction, navigate the weight of Cash’s past relationship with Britt, and confront the environmental aspects of Silas’s recovery. But through it all, there’s healing, growth, and a love that refuses to be denied. Silas’s transformation is especially powerful, and having Cash by his side makes it all the more poignant.
Silas and Cash 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 together. They balance each other in a way that feels effortless yet electric, their chemistry smoldering with every stolen glance and touch. Their love story is raw, passionate, and deeply satisfying.
And that epilogue? Absolute perfection. It left me grinning from ear to ear, completely in love with these two. If you’re looking for a romance that will tug at your heartstrings and set your pulse racing, Addicted to You is a must-read!
Special thanks to the authors & The Author Agency for the gifted copy ❤️
This is the second book that I’ve read between these two and I loved it. It was a little slow at first but then it eventually picked up and I’m so glad that I did continue to get involved with Silas and Cash and how these two come together. I was here for it when I saw it was a double biawakening, like hello there, sign me up!
I loved how we got to see how Silas overcame his addiction and his way to his recovery road was simply one of the best that I’ve read. Cash was there every step of the way and that’s how the two get so close. And man, that first kiss was simply perfect.
And to not give any spoilers away, I really was not a fan in her and Cash’s relationship. To be honest, good riddance. And how she went and told Silas and her parents that Cash and him were together after what she did to Cash was definitely a bold move. All in all, it worked in their favor. I’m glad that eventually, they told the band they were together.
This was definitely an amazing book and it makes me want to read the other books in this series.
I received a copy of this book and this is my honest review.
Thank you, Kimberly, Rachel Lyn and The Author Agency for the ARC!
This was such a fast-paced and spicy read—I flew through it in just a few hours! I really liked both Cash and Silas, especially their dynamic as it evolved from friends, to sober companion, to finally something more. What really stood out to me was how comfortable Silas became around Cash, especially considering how hard it is for him to trust people. That vulnerability made their connection feel even more special.
And let’s not forget the friend group. They added so much heart to the story. The way they looked out for each other was genuinely touching—it made me wish I had people like that in my corner.
While the story maintained a steady, fast pace, there were moments when it felt a bit *too* rushed. The time jumps—sometimes spanning weeks or even months—left me feeling like I missed out on key moments in the characters' growth and connection. I totally get the intention behind them, but I couldn’t help but wish for a few more of those quiet, in-between scenes that would’ve added extra emotional depth and made their journey feel even more meaningful.
Even though I enjoyed the story as a whole, it felt like a condensed version of something much bigger. The plot and characters had so much potential, and I couldn’t help but feel that there was more to explore that just didn’t make it onto the page.
Overall, this is still a very enjoyable read and highly recommended!
Silas is the drummer for the band Surrender and he has a drug problem. When he nearly ODs while on tour he goes to rehab for 30 days to get clean and start fighting his addiction. When he’s released he needs a sober companion for six weeks, that’s where Cash comes in. Cash is dating Silas’s sister and works with addicts fresh from rehab. He agrees to work with Silas and join him tour for six weeks. Before they leave, his relationship ends and he’s left questioning everything. As the two of them spend time together a spark ignites leaving them both questioning everything they thought they knew about themselves. It’s starts with a kiss but soon a kiss isn’t enough. But their time together is temporary. Cash has another client lined up and Silas has a tour to finish. They should go their separate ways and move on, but can they really forget about each other?
Well. What a way to end the series! I don’t know who my favourite couple is anymore because they’re all amazing! I might have enjoyed this story the most though. Both Silas and Cash dealt with drugs ruining their lives- but in very different ways- and both had realisations about their sexuality. I adored these guys and all the guys! I’m so sad this series is over!!
This is an ARC review and all opinions are my own. Thank you to The Author Agency for the ARC copy of this book and for the opportunity to read and review it
This book was such a pleasant surprise. I hadn’t read the earlier books in the series, so I expected to feel a little out of the loop but honestly, I was able to follow the story and connect with the characters right away. Silas is a drummer on his first major tour, quietly dealing with a substance issue he doesn’t fully acknowledge. Then there’s Cash, a sober companion brought in to help Silas stay on track who also happens to be dating Silas’ sister. The setup is messy in all the best ways, and their dynamic is complicated from the get go . As they spend more time together on the road, their bond deepens, and the tension between them becomes impossible to ignore. What stood out to me most was how much care was given to Silas’ recovery journey. The people around him his bandmates, the crew weren’t just background characters. They genuinely cared, and that sense of community made everything feel more grounded. The chemistry between Silas and Cash was strong, but never forced. Their connection felt natural, emotional, and believable. Overall, this is a heartfelt story about personal growth, healing, and finding love when you least expect it. It’s emotional without being overly dramatic, and it left me feeling genuinely invested in these characters’ lives.
⚠️ I was gifted an ARC courtesy of the author and this is my honest opinion.
This is book 6 in the Forbidden series, and it can be read as a standalone. Although for maximum enjoyment, you really should read it in order.
I really liked Cash and Silas. I love bi-awakening, so a double one was a treat. Silas had never been attracted to a man before, but once he realized he was attracted to Cash, he went all in. Cash was more cautious, especially considering he had just broken up with Silas's sister and the fact he was working for Silas as his sober companion, but I loved that there were signs that he was equally attracted to Silas.
This is a slow burn, and despite the sister's boyfriend's trope, Cash ends his relationship with Silas's sister before they start their working relationship. Never mind that I really didn't like Britt, especially after how she acted towards Cash.
The book was enjoyable, but I wish we had more page time with Cash and Silas in a relationship or building one. However, I also liked that the authors delved into Silas's addiction and downward spiral into self-destruction and subsequent recovery. I found it interesting and well-researched. Overall, Addicted to You was an emotional, riveting read, and I have no trouble recommending it.
