This long-term relational narrative inquiry was shaped in the meeting of the lives of six Aboriginal teachers, two Elders, and two teacher educators across two Canadian provinces. There remains a shortage of qualified teachers of Aboriginal heritage in Canada. The book addresses questions about the experiences of Aboriginal students in becoming teachers.
