As you can tell, his imagination's been cooking since an early age. At 18 months old, Mom says he'd draw pictures until falling asleep.
Age 6, he teared up watching Darth Vader's sacrifice in ROTJ.
A love for sci-fi blossomed soon after.
Like in junior high, when he wrote a screenplay involving a robot that upon filming, earned a call to police from the neighbors. (For the record, that gun was a prop.)
Decades later, not much has changed.
Except he's now focused on books (to avoid run-ins with the authorities).
Looking back, Miles credits his Mom for keeping him stocked with crayons, Dad for reading the greats aloud, Wife for input, Readers for motivation, and God for the creative spark.

Will they rescue Ollie? Will Maggie really eat Steinbreaker (Fuzzy McCuddles)? Will they defeat all the bad guys out to get them? Will Gage end up getting the girl? For the answers to all these questions and more, buckle up and dive right into this great box set. You'll be glad you did! There's just one thing: While the chapters are short, you are going to want to keep reading long, long into the night, whenever you can. This is really one of those cannot put it down book series.

Yikes and double yikes
So I read through the first 4 books and I'm glad I had nothing else going on because my eyes are bleeding from non stop binge reading. Great series and characters that stay true throughout the story. It was non stop action with a surprising amount of humor in between all the butt kicking. Read this series or you will miss out on some really exciting sci-fi.

Family, Friends, Spaceships & Bad Guys
This Trilogy has everything you need for a great Space Opera. The storyline starts on earth and turns into a great who done it. Not only is it written about space and different cultures, both good and bad. But it also spans different time frames. All the different aspects tied together created an awesome story!

Fun set of books
This was a fun set of books. I enjoyed the story, the characters were great, they got into all sorts of action packed adventures. Lots of on and off planet battles and skirmishes and some adventure thrown in throughout as well. Lots of fun and I can’t wait to see what happens in future books. I definitely enjoyed this set of books and recommend them.

Right places in time
Have may have started as a grunt in 20th century earth but he adapts and thrives after being thrust into the future. He definitely belongs in his new time frame. A few editing errors in the books keeps this from being a 5 star read but this is a well crafted storyline, well written and the technology is great

Excellent read
This author has an exceptional imagination setting the reader on a believable journey through the galaxy and beyond. It is a recommended must for all sci-fi enthusiasts

An absorbing tale
