Cute!

This was a quick and cute read. I love a persistent MMC, and Crown definitely wasn't lacking in that area. He knew immediately what he wanted and went full force after it. I loved that Kupid knew her worth and didn't listen to her mother. They were cute together and this cover is adorable.

Cute and sweet little novella with spice. I loved both of the MC’s the same which is rare for me lol. The side characters were hilarious to me for some reason. I love an independent FMC and Kupid was that girl !!!! My man Crown stood on business for his lady and applied all the right pressure.

Omg this has easily become my favorite book. I absolutely loved the storyline. There were some spelling/grammatical errors but you could still make out what was being said. Such a great read👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️

Kupid was done with love, her momma, and her city! She chucked the deuces and made her way to Heartville for a new start. Getting hired as a social media manager for the hottest rapper on the scene was great news, but he was fine as hell, and flirty too. 👀 I just need this job, not the mess and drama that comes with a man. However, Kupid will learn really quick that persistence is Crown's middle name.

Crown is on top of the world, living his best life as his career is thriving. When he finds himself in need of a social media manager, and meets Kupid for the interview, he is blown away by her beauty. Whether Kupid knows it or not, she will be wearing my last name, Crown tells himself.

There was constant push and pull between these two, with the chemistry brewing at every turn. Crown was steadfast in his pursuit, while Kupid fought as long as she could. Cute read.

This was my first read by this author and I really really like her!
I love that the FMC was strong, high confident, she stood on business, and she got everything that she deserved! I find that a lot of FMC's are represented as weak women that need saving. So this was definitely a pick me up! Still lots of drama, and very funny. Definitely look forward to the rest of our catalog!

3.5 / 5 ⭐️ This was a perfect representation of how falling in love usually goes after you’ve been cheated on and heartbroken, like Kupid said “Imagine me never wanting to love again, and I meet this man who practically bullies me into being around him. Imagine him being so persistent that I actually start enjoying his company, and he wins my heart over. Imagine me being his peace and him not knowing that he was actually mine. Yeah, my life was at peace, and I finally found real love".

Kupid had been through it, so her wanting a fresh start made sense. Crown coming in confident, successful, and very sure of what he wanted felt realistic for the type of character he was written to be. I liked that he didn’t play games. He saw her, decided, and applied pressure consistently.

The chemistry between them was clear, and the push and pull worked for the most part. It never felt boring, and I can respect a male lead who is persistent without being reckless. Crown was very much “I know what I want and I’m going to show you,” and I loved that.

That said, the story could’ve benefited from a tighter edit. There were moments where things moved a little too fast or details felt slightly off, which pulled me out briefly. Nothing deal breaking, just noticeable enough to keep it from being a full five stars for me.

Overall though, it was entertaining, the storyline made sense, and the ending delivered what it promised. A good, enjoyable romance with strong vibes and solid characters. I’d recommend it if you’re in the mood for something fun with confidence, chemistry, and a guaranteed HEA.

I think this book could’ve been five stars if not for the typos. The misspellings and errors where I had to guess or assume what was being said threw me.

But this book was good. Kupid and Crown was everything. Love truly will find you when you aren’t even looking for it! I love how Kupid wasn’t even his fan fr, just knew a few songs. I love how hard he pursued her and didn’t give up just because she said she wasn’t ready a few times. The relationship was beautiful.

Her mana was trash and she should’ve protected her peace and left her mom in the past too. But her best friend was everything. She was always in her corner and even Nisha was. I love strong female friendships where there is no jealousy or betrayal, just genuine love.

This book is so sweet! Had me giggling throughout. Can be read in one sitting, but I was reading two other books🥲
I loved how the main character kupid stood up for herself and moved forward with confidence. She's a true example of knowing your worth and embracing your inner beauty even when your heart is broken. The author did an amazing job crafting a relatable storyline. One of the highlights was how Crown, as a rapper, was able to show his vulnerable side and truly value the female lead, giving her the love and respect she deserved. The characters were well-developed and easy to root for.

nice fast read

This was a nice fast paced read. I loved Crown’s character bc he knew what he wanted and went for it. All gas no brakes. I understood why Kupid was trying to be cautious but we have to stop allowing failed relationships to block us from embracing our future. Glad she finally let go and allowed Crown to love her. We all need a friend like Asia. Lol I just loved her. Gave three stars due to some minor grammatical errors along with some errors with the storyline. It doesn’t take way from the story so I def recommend you download and enjoy.

WOW! Talk about denial. I'm still laughing!

Shawn cheats on Kupid, his girlfriend of 5 years. His side chick sends a picture of them together in bed. He has the nerve to tell Kupid, that it's NOT him, even though you can see the tattoo of his last name across his shoulders!!! This deceitful sucker has more nerve than a toothache!!!

So glad Kupid meets super fine and successful, rapper, Crown Heart. But will she trust him to show her how a real man treats his Queen? Awesome story!!!!!!!!!

The storyline was cool!

It could have been better if the story was edited, there were so many grammatical errors, misspelled names, saying they went to the Bahamas but Kupid mentioned they were in Jamaica. I had to Google because I was certain the two locations were not in the same place. I'm glad they got their happily ever after though but after reading MAMA I guess my standards are high.

Kupid is on her men ain’t iish vibe after finding out her boyfriend of five years is cheating on her. Looking for a new start Kupid moves to a different city and that’s where she runs into Crown. Did I tell you that he’s a rapper and her new boss. Crown is standing on business making sure he bullies his way into Kupid’s heart. Kupid fought as long as she could but of course in the end she becomes the queen of his heart.

A determined man

Even though Kupid had been through a lot in her past relationship she built a wall around her heart and it would take the right one to tear it form. Crown was a man who knew what he wanted and he was consistent while showing kupid all men ain’t the same. I loved this story! Definitely a must read

Beautiful story

Kupid was Shawn’s lose and Crown’s gain! I love how he pretty much bullied his way into her heart. He got Miss Love to become Mrs Heart. I love how their love flourished! I didn’t like how Trae was treating Kupid at first. He could have love, but didn’t want Crown to have it. She wasn’t the help, she was an employee who Crown wanted.

Kupid wasn’t looking for love but Crown was. Two souls became one and Kupid allowed a man to come into her life in break down her walls to want love again and that’s exactly what happened. Crown was going to love her know matter what and I loved that for them!!!

I really enjoyed this read. It’s a true reminder that people will change when they meet the person who truly has their heart. From the moment Crown met Kupid, he knew she was wifey. Kupid moved looking for a fresh start and never expected to fall for her boss, but their connection felt natural and genuine. They were the cutest couple.
