My next read is

"The motherhood walk of fame" By @sharilowbooks

It's such a fun read, when I was reading this at work during my breaks I just couldn't help myself laugh so loud that everyone kept asking me why I was laughing and what was so funny. I would always get these odd looks.
Overall a good read and very captivating.

Another book, with the character of Carly Cooper. But this time she is getting an opportunity to travel to Hollywood, to present her bestseller novel to the big bosses of the movie industry.
-This book is so funny!

A fantastic light read. I laughed out loud at work, and everyone wanted to know what I was laughing about. I loved the characters - Shari Low depicted them true to life. I liked the thought bubble type script - aren't we all guilty of this sometimes?

Would you cross the pond , on the off chance your book will be used for a film

I love Shari's books . They are belligerent

This book was fun to read. I always love Shari' books. They are light hearted and easy to read
With characters you can relate to. If you have not read any of Chairs books you don't know what you are missing. Highly recommend.

Funny, fun, fabulous!!

Oh how we laughed. I thought the characters in the story were brilliantly written. The day dreaming dialogue as opposed to reality. We have all been there. Great read.😂

This books seems to have been forgotten, or denied. It sits in the middle of the Carly Cooper books but those are consider a pair, so I’m not sure! I liked it. It’s a bit samey from the other two but it’s fun. However the ending was too rushed and a bit too good to be true.

A quick fun read, but I found the main character annoyingly selfish and immature, hence I only gave it 2 stars.

Was und wen will sie wirklich?
Eigene Meinung

Loved this book and if you are looking for some light hearted chick lit then this is for you.
Carly's marriage has got stuck in a rut and she spends her life running after hubby Mark and their two young boys. Having wrote a novel years ago she is astounded when Sam ( an ex of hers and now a Hollywood superstar) pitches her novel to Hollywood and asks her to come and persue her dream. Armed with her two boys she arrives in L.A and falls in love with the place and their new life style courtesy of Sam.Hubby Mark is a lawyer and cannot go with her and the trouble starts , she loves her new life but can she persuade Mark to join her and then there is Sam, gorgeous, rich ( and boy do I want him!!!) who never got over Carly dumping him.
Carly has decisions to make...life and riches in L.A, or domestic drudgery back in England.

The Motherhood Walk of Fame, Shari Low's fourth book, is the story of Carly Cooper, an author and journalist, happily married to her childhood sweetheart and with two lovely sons. The problem is, she's bored. And not just with her sex life (that's less boring and more none-existent).

When she gets a phonecall from her ex, Sam - one of the (six!) men she was engaged to before marrying Mark* - everything changes. Mark has given Carly's first novel to his agent and he's lined up meetings for Carly with Hollywood studios.

A great follow up to What If? Plenty more laughs as Carly, now married with two children, gets the call to go to Hollywood to pitch her novel, at the instigation of her ex, sexy Sam.
But the journey goes further than just Hollywood as Carly examines her life and marriage while trying to resist the romantic overtures of Sam. Is it possible to have a platonic relationship with someone you've shagged and nearly married?
Another great journey with Carly, showing that while she has grown up and matured, she's still the girlfriend you wish you had.

A feel good, nice read! The narration is smooth flowing, you seem to enjoy it even more coze of the evident comic sense and the obvious female mental thoughts so plainly put forth. A 'Bloody' Good read ::)
