I found this story by a BL rec FB page & I'm so glad I did! I'm a sucker for omegaverse stories with dominant omegas, plus there's the mafia/action element to it too which makes it so interesting!

I skipped a lot of tense/action scenes so I am only adding the side story on my read pile as I did spend my 3hrs on it. Hope to read this fully in future!

I WAS NOT EXPECTING THE ENDING WOAHHHHH

This might be one of my favourite manhwas of all time. I’ve read so many, but this one refuses to leave my mind. The story is intense, emotionally raw, and just... unforgettable. Every character feels real, with layers of pain and longing that hit you deep. Jaein, especially - I just want him to be happy. He deserves peace more than anyone.

The way Taeyoon’s father haunts the narrative adds this heavy, almost tragic weight to the entire story. His presence lingers in every decision, every emotion, and it makes the story even more powerful.

If I had one small critique, it’s that I wish the development between Jaein and Taeyoon had felt a little more grounded. Their relationship started out in such a toxic place, and the shift to something more loving happened a bit too fast for me. Still, seeing them get their happy ending made my heart so full 🥰

• to be fair it wasn’t that toxic, it was true love since the moment taeyoon smelled jaein’s pheromones.
• we can se the switch on their relationship with the collar, after jaein’s feelings changed it was like the collar never existed.
• also cute cute cute baby!!!! we love happy healthy and wholesome families.
