A useful tool when trying to understand how to approach memory issues. Reassuring to find I no longer tick many boxes but still slightly scary that some signs are still around. Some parts were repetitive but given the topic of the book, I found it helpful. Didn't find any techniques for improvement which was the purpose of reading the book but did assure me that steps I have taken are recommended.

Starts off promising and explains memory concepts. Goes into she related changes and briefly touches on certain diseases which affect memory. Didn't have what I was looking for as a younger person without an obvious disease diagnosis like brain injury.
