Bethany Thomas has life all figured out.

She has a scent-sympathetic pack, a great job at the OMS, and the home of her dreams.
Until she doesn't.

After a betrayal she never saw coming, Bethany's life is turned upside down, and she finds a true scent match in the one place she never thought she'd find in another omega.

Sure, her parents are a scent-matched omega pair, but that's a one-in-a-million occurrence, right?
Clearly, she was wrong.
Miles isn't what Bethany expected from a male omega, because besides being her scent match, he's also her client, and he's determined for the two of them to find their pack.
Together.

Bethany's heat is fast approaching, and she's running out time.

Will Bethany and Miles be another omega couple? Or will they be able to

Honestly, with 2 omegas I was hoping we’d see more of the alphas doting on Miles too, but any progress made with him is pushed into the background. Kinda makes me want to read Lola because I love how male omegas are portrayed there.

All in all though, pretty entertaining. I swear these endings always make me roll my eyes though hahaha.

Oh and I loved the demi rep! An alpha who needs emotional connection before having sex? Yes please!

4.4 stars.
This was really fun. I loved Miles, and the pack. So nerdy and sweet. I also really enjoyed all the differences in the relationships, and personalities. It definitely added an entertainment factor that I appreciated.
I do think there could’ve been more shown with Miles and his relationships, though. In the end it seemed to even out a little bit, but the beginning and middle sort of felt like he was left out a teensy bit.

2.25 stars, disappointed.

Let me start with, I rated the first two Starbrook City books 5 stars. I was so excited for this book. I’m sad to report this was a disappointment.

PRO:
1. Loved the demisexual rep

CONS:
1. I was so excited for a male omega, but then he was treated as a backup character to the female omega.
2. The main FMC is selfish & self-centered. Everything is about her & leaves out the other characters feelings.
3. The dynamics between the characters bounced around the place.

Summary: not all omegaverse books need to be the same, obviously. However, I think the main point is for the omega(s) to be the focal point. So to have 2 omegas & one of them being the main character & the other being a backup character? Felt icky.

Not all omegaverse books include MM relationships & that’s okay, but to add a male omega character and then not give the proper representation of his relationship(s) with the alpha(s) feels incomplete.

Miles was not allowed to be his own character, he was only used as an extension of Bethany and that makes me sad. He was good enough to shine on his own & he should have been allowed that.

Knot it..

The book started off so good but then fell off after Bethany’s first heat. Bethany is an omega with a lot on her plat, and honestly her pack felt like a square peg and round hole situation. She basically was forced to accept the Alphas after she bit one, and he basically guilt tripped her into taking him home. She should have just stayed in a relationship with Miles only. Also poor Miles misses out on his story for Bethany, they are both omegas but everyone favors her way more… I really feel like there was a lack of chemistry and sorry to say but Kieran was really annoying and I couldn’t get passed his terrible personality. Hunter should have just not been in the pack, he was barely there in the beginning of the story so you really lost interest in him fast.

Loved every word. I really like Jessica Winters' writing. It's easy and casual, fun and funny. I feel like I'm reading about my friends. I love loved Bethany and Miles. They are truly the heart of this Pack. The vibe of this omega pairing felt different than others I've read. They were each other's first love and priority. Everything else was a bonus. The secondary plot is interesting enough without it taking away the attention from the relationships. Each relationship developed at its own pace. There was lots of spice which was super fun. I loved all the little nerdy things throughout -- D&D, plants, anime. I would rec this to any and all omegaverse readers.

This is such a good series! I LOVED Bethany and Miles and the evolution of their pack. There were moments at the beginning, with Bethany and Kieran, that made me nervous that I wasn’t going to like him, but that didn’t last too long and I ended up liking all the guys.

The idea of seemingly straight guys being scent matched to a male omega was a bit weird to me, but it’s an alternate universe, so I can’t exactly complain that it doesn’t make sense. 😄 I wish some of the alphas/beta had had relationships with each other, as I always enjoy that dynamic, but it was lovely as it was.

Hunter was great! You don’t see a lot of demisexual representation in romance books, so I LOVED seeing that done so well.

Overall, a thrilling, interesting, sweet and spicy OV!

Lovvvved it! This was everything. A perfect addition to the series. Double omegas and a pack of alphas & a beta? Adore it. It was fun, sweet, spicy, and a little mystery with the background storyline. Thoroughly enjoyed all of it and I’m so sad I’m already done it haha Accidental bonding is one of my favourite Omegaverse micro tropes so this hit that spot!

Release date: Aug 29🎉

This book just hit the omegaverse spot for me! I loved it.

- Their Knotty Pack is perfectly cozy, sweet and spicy with a dash of mystery. I devoured it in a day.
- Unique set up! Bethany and Miles are an omega pair and have sworn off packs. But when Bethany's heat hits, can Miles satisfy her or will he call in reinforcements?
- Bethany and Miles's chemistry just leaps off the page. I love that they're so in tune with each other and always put the other first.
- If you like MMMMMF omegaverse, heat care, knotting,
- So many cute and swoony moments! The dates. The courting gifts 😍🤩🥺.
- It was so satisfying to see the whole pack build Bethany up and undo the damage of her ex pack. But the omegas also help the alphas and beta overcome their issues.
- I really appreciated the beautiful portraits at the beginning of each chapter. Very helpful for imagining the story line and not get confused with so many characters.

- Instalove, if that's not your jam.

This book quickly became my favorite in the series, and I think it’s because of how effortlessly charming it felt from beginning to end. The characters were sweet, authentic, and refreshingly down-to-earth. They never felt like overblown archetypes or exaggerated personalities meant only to drive conflict; instead, they felt like real people whose emotions and choices made sense. That authenticity gave the story a warmth and sincerity I couldn’t help but love.

One of the things I appreciated most was the lack of unnecessary drama. So many romances lean on predictable tropes, especially the dreaded third-act breakup, to create tension, but this story proved that you don’t need forced conflict to keep readers invested. The relationship unfolded naturally, built on mutual respect and genuine affection. Watching the bond grow was both heartwarming and satisfying, because it felt grounded in trust rather than manufactured obstacles.

I also loved how the narrative maintained such a positive tone. There were challenges, of course, but they were handled with maturity and care, which only made me root for the characters even more. It’s rare to find a romance that’s this uplifting without ever veering into saccharine territory, but this one struck the perfect balance.

In the end, it left me smiling and feeling genuinely happy, exactly what I want from a comfort read. Sweet, authentic, and free of unnecessary angst, this installment is easily my standout favorite in the series, and I’ll definitely be revisiting it whenever I need a feel good story.

4.5⭐️

I really enjoyed the concept of this book! I haven’t read an omegaverse book where there are two omegas!
I loved that they found each other first and the others formed a pack and then they all met

I really liked that you got to see Miles and Bethany’s relationships with each person separately and together! Obsessed with each unique nickname they’re given🥹

Here for the cameos of Brennan, Wren and their pack and would love to read their story!!
I love seeing the packs from the other two books in the series, it makes me want to go reread again from the start!

This was such a cute book and I didn’t want it to end! Sad that this series is over but can’t wait to see what’s next for Jessica!

Thank you for the ARC🫶🏻

“A piece of my fractured heart binds itself back together at his words. As I look up into his eyes, I realize I feel the same way. Being around him… it fixes something inside of me. Something that broke so long ago I don’t remember a time it was whole.”

A sweet and spicy conclusion to this series! ♥️

This omegaverse has spice, sass and sweetness. Bethany and Miles are so beautiful together. The plot is interesting and tense enough to keep the story moving forward without too much stress. We get to see the characters develop individually and as a pack while getting all those spicy scenes and a happily ever after.

If you haven’t read this series yet, go now!

Look, was this still so unbearably lovey-dovey in the end? 100%. I am not a fan of pregnancies and babies in epilogues lol. But I still liked this much better than the first book because here they actually had to get to know each other (at least most of them and at least a bit) before they went straight into orgy mode💀 But yeah this is 85% smut. 3.5-4✨

WHY DID THIS BOOK HAVE TO BE THE LAST IN THE SERIES 😭 SOMEBODY ERASE MY MIND SO I CAN REREAD THIS SERIES AGAIN 🙏🏼

Bethany, You lucky bitch 🤭 The connection that she had with EVERY 👏🏼 SINGLE 👏🏼 ONE 👏🏼 of her pack mates was out of this world ☺️ I especially loved when her Omega would come out when someone got too close to Miles 😚😂 She was not playing around when it came to him, that man was hers and she was not willing to let him go. Seeing Bethany become obsessed with her new pack was 😘 When she went feral and jumped on top of Kieran during her first heat with them 🫦 and BITTING HIM !!! causing him to go into a rut and BITTING HER BACK !!!. It may have been an accidental bonding but damn… it was HOT 🥵

Miles, My blue haired Omega 🥰 Ahhh I loved him so much 😍 He was the glue that kept the pack together 😊 Miles was defiantly a switch, he loved to give it and take it (If you get my meaning 😉🍑💦🤭). Even though he’s an omega, he didn’t need his pack taking care of him. He was more devoted to making sure Bethanys needs were met over his own but once in a while you saw moments of his Omega coming out, needing comfort from his pack. When he was snuggled up to Hunter on the sofa, and Hunter was stroking his hair whiles looking at him with adoration 🥹 Please be still my heart💙

Welcome back Brody 😚 He deserved all the happiness in the world 🌍 His past pack was arrested and he was left alone trying to clean up the mess that they made. He’s put so much work into trying to make amends for what his pack mates did to Cady and their past Omega😢 He opened up a law firm that helped Omegas escape their abusive packs FOR FREE and thanks to Matteo sponsoring him, he’s able to continue doing so with the help of Bethany working along side him. He was determined to make a safe space for those who needed help and his hard work paid off 🥳

Detective Hunter Song 😏 He was very different from the Alphas you normally get in Omegaverse stories. Hunter is Demi-sexual, meaning that he can only be intimate with someone when he has an emotional connection with them. I loved this about him, it was a nice change of pace and when he finally started to become comfortable in showing some affection, it meant so much more ☺️ Understandably, he was afraid that being demi-sexual would affect his chances of being with Bethany and Miles so he kept it hidden but luckily his pack members gave him the courage to come clean. Once it was out in the open, you could defiantly see the difference in how he acted and it actually pushed him to be more involved with the pack.

Kieran, my motorcycle boy 🏍️ He never regretted marking Bethany. He liked that even during her heat, her Omega chose him to bond to out of all the other MMC's 🤭
Poor Kieran did struggle in the beginning, not knowing whether Bethany was willing to give their bonding a chance. He tried to put on the asshole act in order to protect his feelings and it nearly ended up with him losing her altogether 😔 His apology t-shirt was both funny and sweet ☺️
Miles was a big help in making them realise that just because their bonding was accidental, it doesn’t mean that it was a mistake 😇
I loved Kieran's courting gift to Bethany 🥰 Lucky bitch, he made her a floating shelf so that she could display her plants 💕 WHEN IS IT MY TURN TO HAVE A LOVE LIKE THIS 🫶🏼

Oh sweet Damien 🥰 He grew up as an outsider with Hunter. Both immigrants, brought into a world where they had to learn how to fit in 😞 Damien learnt to wear a mask, always coming across as a playboy, a flirt. When in reality all he wanted was for someone to see who he truly was, someone worth loving, someone worth cherishing ☺️ He's so used to wearing the mask that he's forgotten how to take it off 😔 Our dear Omegas were more than willing to give him all the love that he deserved and he was more than willing to give it right back 😝

This story ends with a HEA for The Song Pack 🥰 I know this is the end of the “Starbrook City Omegaverse” series but I do hope that in the future we get a book about Wren and her Alpha’s. We’ve seen them throughout this series since the very beginning and I would love to read their story of how they became a pack.

Possible Triggers include but are not limited to:
Past abuse
Human trafficking
Closeted Omega status
Stalking/Harassment
Non-consensual bonding

I always love trauma healing with my spice. And there is some hardcore, beautiful healing happening in this book for multiple characters.

Bethany - having left her pack, finds her soul mate in Miles (a closeted-from-his-parents Omega). They meet bad-boy Kieran, who has intimacy issues, Playboy Damien who has self-confidence issues, Demisexual Hunter (who is both slightly self-conscious of this fact and also dealing with a stressful case at work involving missing Omegas), and gun-shy Brody (who left his last pack when he realized they were abusive, and started a law-firm to offer free services to Omegas needing help).

All the guys are awesome, though it took me (like Bethany) a while to warm to Kieran. Once he stopped being an asshole, I liked him. Same thing with Damien. I'm not really into the 'playboy' characters, so when he opened up and allowed himself to be vulnerable I was much happier.

For whatever reason, it took me a while to get Hunter and Brody separate in my head. I kept confusing them and their chapters. Maybe because they are both alphas in positions of authority whose main job is specifically trying to help Omegas. The biggest differences being Hunter is both Demisexual and Asian, while Brody is neither.

I loved Miles immediately. He was sweet and goofy and science-teacher-sexy. Their D&D sessions had me giggling out loud.

It was interesting to see the different dynamic, once again, between all the pack members and Bethany. There was a lot less insta-connections strengthened by sex, because of Bethany's history. She basically waited for each of them to make the first move towards intimacy (though of course she doesn't tell them this, so it takes a while to get sorted).

The side story of the missing Omegas was well done and didn't take away from the main romance at all. And while I do feel that getting Pack Hansen talking seemed a little easy, I loved seeing Bethany come into her own and help with the case, adding to her healing in the process.

A few stand out moments

Almost any Bethany/Miles scene
The D&D campaign
Brody at the piano (though I have to argue here that Hungarian Rhapsody no. 2 is harder to play than Rush-E [I ended up down a bit of a rabbit hole after that scene, lol])

I feel like this book in particular had a bit more 'storyline' going on and less overall sexy time, which I was here for. This series was fantastic, and I hope Ms. Winters changes her mind and finds another story or two in this world, because I would line up to read them.

I was so fortunate to be given an ARC copy of this book and I loved it! All opinions are my own. Thank you to the author and team for this opportunity.

slow burn

‼️⚠️spoilers ahead ⚠️‼️

FMC: Bethany
MMC: Miles, Brody, Kieran, Damien, Hunter

Okay, this one was a doozy. There were a lot of characters in this (pack). Idk why, maybe because this is the first I’ve read it, but the 2 omegas threw me for a loop. I’m so used to 1 omega being the center of the packs universe so idk why it felt weird to read 2 omegas with one pack. I absolutely loved Miles and his fierce protectiveness of Bethany and how he slowly put her back together and back to who she used to be prior to Pack Hansen.
The main plot in this one was just as good as books 1 and 2. I enjoyed the fact that they all had the common denominator of the omega trafficking ring and we finally got to see that resolved.
However, I’m giving this book a 4/5 stars as opposed to the 5 star rating I gave the first 2 books in this series. That’s because it was SUCH A SLOW BURN. I understand Bethany’s hesitancy, I get it. Her trauma with her old pack should not be diminished. I’m glad she finally realized she was being selfish and would hurt Miles too by not giving them a chance. And the fact that it was such a slow burn, it felt like Hunter’s connection with them in the end was “rushed”.

Hunter is allowed to have his feelings with how he approaches relationships. There’s nothing wrong with that. But we don’t even see him and miles go on a 1 on 1 date. One moment he’s on a one on one date with Bethany and the next rubbing Miles’ hair while they lay on the couch. Then he tells Bethany how he feels after the sting, and then her and Miles’ heats hit at the same time. A lot of it felt like only 2 of the guys in the pack were on the same page with Miles, while Brody and Hunter’s felt so slow. They’re scent matches, and the other characters in the prior 2 books all just fell into it feet first, with some minor hesitancy. Idk, to me it felt like it took even longer due to the fact that it was 2 omegas in 1 pack. So them all coming together in the end so we could get our HEA, felt rushed since everything leading up to it felt soooo slow.

It was still a good book and I won’t diminish Jessica’s writing because she is fantastic. But, if you’re like me and you check your reading % often, it had me questioning how far along I was compared to how far along the packs relationship was. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was a nice ending to the Starbrook City Omegaverse.

What you’ll find in this story:

🤓🩵🐉👾🕹️ 🍫 a cheeky, thoughtful blue haired Dungeon Master Omega
😜🧑‍🏫 a sassy and flirty Beta
🧑‍⚖️🥰 a sincere, sweet and lawyer Alpha
🔨🧱👷‍♂️a smart mouthed, hard working, sometimes soft Alpha who loves to get under his Omegas skin
🚓🕵🏻 a protective, serious, needs to have control Alpha who’d do anything for his pack
🫐🌺 🪴🪻🌱 a sassy, bighearted, plant loving and thoughtful Omega

Their Knotty Pack 5⭐️ 3.5🌶

I was incredibly excited for the 3rd instalment of the Starbrook City Omegaverse, and I can say wholeheartedly that I was not disappointed. I thoroughly enjoyed the first two books so much that I knew there was something so magical about this Cosy omegaverse series. Jessica's ability to lace cosy, insta-love, happily ever afters with deep, exciting plot is something I haven't found in many other omegaverse series and books.

At first, I was sceptical about the omega/Omega secent-match/mates storyline. With having read a handful with this trope before, I'd only enjoyed, maybe, two?
That being said, I am so incredibly happy to have been proven completely wrong. The way the story is initially set up, we get a chance to see Bethany and Miles' story naturally develop before any Alphas enter the picture. We get the chance to fall in love with the characters, their relationship, and their bond first. Which makes us fall harder for the characters and want to fight for them even more.
Having Miles, always put Bethany first, reassuring her that he would always choose her and being her advocate form the get go, eased my worries, and made me want Miles' Omega at the front of the story just as much as our female Omega.

I thought having two prologues was very clever, showcasing the two aspects of the larger plot and Pack, that would eventually come together, it made it easier to connect to the Alphas as well as the Omegas, and further understanding their beginnings within their Pack.

I think overall, my only complaints would be that I wanted to see more of Miles' development within the Pack and his relationships with the Alphas. And Keiran being so heavily featured in the beginning of the book, it almost felt like he dissappears midway through the book a little bit, to reappear, almost at random.

Each individual character held something that made me love them and want to root for their happily ever afters.
I have loved watching the development of Brody's character from the very first book, and I was rooting for him so hard. He deserved to not only find Bethany and Miles but his Pack, his family.
I appreciated and loved the demisexuality representation in the story, making a slow burn between characters, where we don't usually see this in secent-match omegaverse. it really made the book stand out from the crowd for me.

I'm so glad we got to see this Pack find their happily ever after. It is definitely my favourite of the series, and I can't wait to see what Jessica Winters has in store for us in the future!

A very good example of familiar topics

Somehow this series from Jessica Winters has been an absolute win from start to finish. My only complaint is wanting Wren's full story and that's not really a complaint at all!

Bethany is a great FMC - not living her best life or potential in the beginning, she quickly gets her power panties on and gets to work. From page one, she's a likeable character (from Cadys book even) and by the end Beth is a great example of a well written, well rounded FMC - smart, funny, sassy, imperfect but constantly striving to be better.
The guys are (mostly) equally perfect. Miles, Hunter and Brody are perfect throughout. Damien coincidentally gets smacked with a door and suddenly shows himself in a better light quickly after. Keiran is my least favorite of the guys (he's the most shallowly written with very little backstory and an odd personality change) but by the end he makes reparations of a sort and becomes a better MMC.
The side characters, especially Wren's pack, are fantastic. Every one plays their part on page well, the return characters are consistent from their time on page in previous books, and they all fit well into the entire plotting.
The antagonists.... She does a decent antagonist resolution in this book! That entire thread is well paced and presented, the solution makes sense with the characters in play, and the end results are reasonable.
The humor, the pacing, the relationship building all work so well.

The quality of the presentation is decent. There are a couple of minor errors like a duplicated word or a name mix-up, but generally whomever edits these books does well. It's smooth and easy to read, not distracting from the story at all.

I keep saying it because I can't quite help myself - Wren's pack is hands down my favorite group of side characters that I would love to know better. Brennan is a solid win every time her steps on page and Teddy absolutely needs to be real so I can be friends with him. All the threads connecting these 3 books are oddly anchored by this pack of side characters that snag my attention every time.

honestly, i’m not sure what was the point of having a male omega if he was gonna be completely sidelined by the female omega, bethany, literally all the time. she got to have all of her one on one time with all of the guys in the pack while every single interaction miles had with them on page had bethany there as well. and worse, there was barely any acknowledgment of him having alone time with the other guys off page either. even when he was to have first time with one of the alphas, she inserted herself into it, while all of her first times with the alphas was by herself. (spoiler: i’m not gonna even mention the part at the end when miles got his heat and i thought “finally he’s gonna have some the attention!!!” and then bethany ended up ALSO having her heat lol)

also bethany was a very hard fmc to read from. i really didn’t like her much and having to see every single male care to each of her needs while basically not doing the same to miles rubbed me the wrong way. and at some point it’s even alluded that miles isn’t “like other omegas” because of his past and it just felt like a way to not have to develop a proper mlm on page.

and listen, not every pack omegaverse needs to have mlm but if you chose to write it, why not commit to it? it’s already hard to see wlw in omegaverses since the genre is centered mostly around big alphas and whatnot but then to have the mlm part of this one botched so bad was kind of a disappointment.

i love the demi representation, though, however i also don’t think it was done very well and the true scent match thing was used as a crutch to not develop it better. the characters barely had time together to form a proper connection and less than a month they were fucking? but at least i enjoyed the conversations about it.

might read any other omegaverse this author writes because i truly enjoyed the other two installments of this series, but this one really did not work for me.

💖 ᴡᴇʟᴄᴏᴍᴇ ʙᴀᴄᴋ ᴛᴏ ꜱᴛᴀʀʙʀᴏᴏᴋ ᴄɪᴛʏ 💖

𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒚 𝑷𝒂𝒄𝒌 is the final installment in the 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒃𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑶𝒎𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒆 and follows of the story of 2 true scent match omegas, Bethany and Miles. you meet Bethany in the first 2 books of the series briefly as she is Archie’s sister. however, i was a little surprised that this book had a little bit of a darker theme with the omega trafficking ring. however it was balanced well with scenes of playing D&D and creating Sims characters to get virtual revenge.

overall i enjoyed this story. i love an OV with 2 omegas, esp when they are obsessed with each other more-so their alphas. i felt like this story definitely focused more on Bethany, and even tho Miles is a true omega, he didn’t need the same attention that Bethany did, so it placed more focus on her and her relationship development with the pack. i would have liked to see more of Miles’ individual relationships with the rest of the pack, esp before his heat.

this is a fast paced omegaverse with insta-lust/insta-love elements bc of true scent matches, 𝙃𝙊𝙒𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍, you do also have one of the alphas who needs an emotional attraction before sex, which i do also love seeing in OV where even tho scent matches are a thing, sometimes you need more than just biology.

*quick note that one of the alphas, Hunter, is a detective. i don’t always like to read books where one of the main characters is a cop, so i always want to point that out for others*

thank you Jessica Winters for an e-ARC of 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒚 𝑷𝒂𝒄𝒌 💖

Their Knotty Pack by Jessica Winters book 3 in Starbrook City Omegaverse series.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶🌶🌶🌶💀💀
Kdrama meets Omegaverse and it's fabulous!
Miles agrees to see a pack through OMS but shockingly they are not the scent he wants but the omega they are courting is, Bethany. Beth is determined never to have alphas or a pack, only her omega mate, goes into heat only find a need for knots after all. Enter her scentmatches. Absolute chaos erupts and a story of finding forgiveness, understanding, healing and building a family begins. However Hunter, "detective daddy" is working on missing omegas. Twists, shocking revelations and undercover work brings an exciting read to life. So, the help of friends, packs and family they solve the mystery.
Tropes:
Found family. Omega couple. Heats. Knots. Scentmatches. Mating. Romcom. Cozy. Cop drama. Light femdom. Demisexual alpha. Bi awakening.
Quotes:
"I saw you, and ever since, I haven't been able to get you out of my mind. It doesn't make any sense. It's flawed thinking, wondering if another omega would be the answer to all my problems, but I've been desperate to see you again."

"You may have bonded the abominable snowman first, bright eyes, but I'm a patient man. I can wait however long you need."

"What I think is… I'm falling in love with you." Her mouth parts slightly, but I keep going. "Scratch that. I am in love with you. I love how you talk about your plants like they're actual people, and how your nose wrinkles when you're thinking hard about something. I love that you're not afraid to push back at Kieran, but at the same time know when to pull back with Hunter. I love seeing you turn into a flirty little schoolgirl with Brody, and… how you always see me. Me. In a way that nobody else has bothered to look. Ever."

Last book in the starbrook city series and it didn’t disappoint.
all 3 books couldn’t be more different even though their interconnected and covers the omega verse .

Bethany & Miles:
Althought an anomaly both omegas are scent matched by chance and different events bring them together . They are hopelessly in love from the minute they lay eyes & noses on each other. Miles of fun loving and easy to love. Bethany is nursing a heart broken my a pack who used her for 3 years.

Hinter, Kieran , Damien & Brody:
they formed packs when a lonely Xmas eve in a local bar shoved them all together and now the only thing missing is an omega. They all have different personalities, Hunter , the cop: controlled, organised, serious. Kieran: the joker, sarcastically funny and able to bring the banter. brody: kind compassionate and clever. Damien: the beta , reassuring stable and a clean freak.

Bethany & Kieran:
the meet at a heat clinic but things take a turn when Bethany bonds with Kieran while in the haze and they’re now bonded . This starts as bickering and back & fourth arguments but soon becomes more .

bethany, Miles , Damien & Brody:
they all embrace the scent match and enjoy their time together 😝😝

Bethany & Hunter :
this is the last to make the scent match work as he needs emotional connection first . But love conquers all and Hunter is the last alpha standing before they all bond 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

It’s really a great story follows the trials and tribulations of double omega in an alpha pack and finding your place in life. Also a bitta police drama and the results of saving omegas.

Another amazing read from Jessica Winters! I’m so sad to see this series end but I know Ms. Winters has more captivating stories to tell in other universes. This is one of the longer books in the series and I still didn’t want it to end.

At first I was a bit hesitant wondering if I would like this book. I’m not usually a huge fan of male omegas because I feel like the FMC doesn’t always get the spotlight like I prefer. But in this story Bethany always remains the center of the group and still giving enough attention to Miles our male omega.

In large packs like this one with 6 members it’s often hard to keep everybody straight, sometimes their personalities blend and it’s hard to maintain who is who. Not in this pack, not in this story, you’ve got two omegas, 1 beta, and 3 alphas. We’ve also been introduced to some of the pack in prior books which helps a lot. And I love the continued redemption arc for our sweet sweet Brody.

⭐️ - 5 stars - There is a little bit of everything for everybody, male omega, female omega, even a beta this time that I was missing in previous stories. You’ve got a bit of mystery and suspense, redemption arc, slow burn, fast burn and plenty of the spice and tropes you’d expect from any OV.

🌶️ - 3.5 - What I love is how there is a complete mix of closed door and open door, and for some of our couplings there is a slow burn but others it’s hot and heavy from their meeting. There are lots of different combinations and even a character that could be called demi-sexual but with Daddy vibes.

Jessica Winters really said, “let’s crank up the pack dynamics, stir in some angst, and of course, bring the spice.” Their Knotty Pack leans hard into everything I want from an Omegaverse read, messy relationships, protective bonds, and heat that doesn’t just simmer, it sizzles.

The highlight for me was the chemistry. The FMC’s dynamic with each member of the pack felt distinct, no carbon copy personalities here. Every MMC brought something different to the table, and it made the bonds feel layered instead of just spicy for the sake of spice (though trust me, the spice was spicing). The protective, possessive energy balanced well with moments of softness and vulnerability that gave the story heart.

Where it dipped a little was in pacing, some scenes dragged, while others moved so fast I wished we’d had more time to dig into the emotional side of things. A few conflicts wrapped up more neatly than I expected, and while I loved the payoff, I wanted just a touch more tension in the middle to really punch me in the gut.

That said, it still gave me exactly what I came for: Omegaverse chaos, steamy scenes that actually serve the story, and a pack dynamic that left me curious about where the series goes next.

If you’re into:
⭐️ Omegaverse with strong pack bonds
⭐️ Distinct MMCs with different personalities and roles
⭐️ Protective/possessive energy balanced with tenderness
⭐️ Spice that delivers

…then Their Knotty Pack will hit the spot. For me, it landed at 3.5⭐️ fun, messy, and steamy, even if I wanted a little more depth in places.

A Steamy, Emotional, and Addictive Omegaverse Read

Their Knotty Pack pulled me in right away with its mix of emotional depth, pack dynamics, and seriously high spice levels. Jessica Winters does a great job weaving together intense romantic tension with layered character development, making this story much more than just heat and chemistry.

Bethany’s journey was one of my favorite parts. She’s a strong, complicated character who’s been through real emotional damage, and watching her navigate betrayal, rediscover trust, and find her place within a pack was genuinely compelling. Her connection with Miles was a standout — their dynamic had just the right mix of tension, tenderness, and unpredictability.

The world-building is another strong point. The omegaverse elements are explained clearly but naturally, without slowing down the story. The scent-matching, pack structure, and emotional bonds all felt immersive, and it made the stakes in the romantic and personal conflicts feel real.

The only reason this wasn’t a five-star read for me is that a few sections dragged a bit, and with such a large cast, some side characters felt a little underdeveloped. That said, the pacing overall kept me engaged, and the main relationships more than made up for it.

If you love reverse harem/why-choose romances, steamy omegaverse settings, and stories that balance spice with genuine emotional growth, this book will absolutely deliver. It’s addictive, intense, and full of heart — I flew through it and immediately wanted more from this world.
