This is an incredible book for anyone who has a friend or relative with cancer or other serious disease. I've read it several times over the years, and have to keep buying a new copy as I repeatedly give mine away. Do be aware though, that this is a book from the UK, and the parts about available services are not useful for US readers. The insights, however are invaluable.
