Find your zen

I really enjoyed these zen strategies and learned a lot about myself. The book categories the strategies for certain things like clarity and joy so you can easily find one for the purpose you are seeking. I beleive this book would be beneficial even if you aren't Buddhist.

Insightful.

As a recovering alcoholic quieting the mind has been difficult for me...these simple exercises help with that which in turn helps with forgiveness, letting go of distasteful thought and helps me stay in my lane. I think almost everyone who reads this will derive some benifit.
