This was a very helpful informational book about Medicare and Social Security. I bought it because of my stage in life. But also because I follow the author on Youtube and her videos are always really helpful. Lots of good information and easy to read. I recommend to anyone in their 60's and up. Could save a lot of problems.
It was written in 2025, but I imagine the author will update it regularly with new information and things like this can change quickly.

I highly recommend this book for people

1) going on Medicare in the next 1-2 years
2) on Medicare already --so they can see how the system works and what options they have.
3) ditto for social security.

This book is full of very useful information. I know a fair amount but was surprised by howich I learned.

I'm getting closer to the magic medicare age and I've been doing my homework. This is the best guide of the half dozen books about Medicare that I've read. It's well organized, opinionated without being too dogmatic, and focused on just providing clear information. Highly recommended.
