“You are running out of time, Karenta!” boomed a loud voice. “You were tasked to secure a Paragon from a Sentinel, along with thirty Wizards with their staffs, before the beginning of The Reconning, and you have done neither!”
Karenta spun towards the crystal and cringed as she espied the menacing glare of the transmogrified visage. She immediately bowed so that her eyes were diverted from the face’s glare and replied, “My apologies, my Liege. I am close to accomplishing those tasks, as both a Sentinel and a Wizard are now on the Island. The Wizard possesses three staffs, and the Sentinel possesses one of the Paragons.”
The face looked at her coldly. “You have one day to secure the thirtieth wizard and the staffs. The final resolution of The Reconning is upon us. Should you fail to absorb the combined power of the thirty Wizards, your life force will END,” the Dark Lord’s last word spoken with a guttural snarl.

The Eidolon is the fourth book in The Order of the Sentinels tetralogy, The Eidolon Series. Sentinel Ruben returned to Mokiem with Sentinel Joe and Sentinel George, where he had momentarily perished for several decades (which is oddly the correct way to describe what happened) at the Battle of Kassam Pass. The Sentinels, the Wizards, and the other signatories of the Disseverance make their last stand against the Sorceress and The Collective, who are surging out of the Wastelands of the West in their final push to eradicate the Mokaijem.

This series features Sci-fi/Fantasy time-travel action adventures on multiple worlds, full of magic, mystery, and some romance, for most teens and adults.
