Loved it! She is my go-to novelist when I need a short read. Her stories are perfect for me. This story had some hard life situations, but the characters were solid Christians, and this helped them thru the concerning days. The marriage of convenience is so much more. Jada Spikes, an alone professional, and NBA Baller, Derek Baker are in a fix, and Theo the lawyer sees an opportunity to help them both out of a life-jam.

I ended up DNF😕
I wanted to get into the book more but I couldn't. The first chapter felt like it was dragging on. The conversation with her grandmother felt repetitive in discussing why she isn't in a rush to get married. I feel bad for women who have family members that try to make them feel bad for not having a man or a boyfriend. I would still try out another book by this author. I just realized early on that this one wasn't for me 🩷

It was a nice short read for Jade and Derek finding love with one another after being put together during unusual circumstances. I like how Jade stepped in immediately helping Derek with Robyn and Wynona. I like the fact that Jade and Derek did get to experience having their own twin boys. What gave me cause of concern was how Robyn and Wynona’s abuse by their parents was glossed over and not brought up in court.

Sadness Turns to Pure Joy
My first read read by this author and I loved it. Felling love with the characters and the girls. The more I read this book the bigger my smile got. My heart cried for what the girls went thru but their Uncle would mountain s to protect them. The ending was definitely beautiful and God's Perfect Timing

Beautiful Story
This book was a great read. It shows how true love perseveres. It has some great twists. I was on the edge of my seat at times. Wish the story didn't have to end.

This contemporary Christian romance is actually a very good read. The story and characters are all very interesting and dynamic. There may have been tears and excitement while the story was being written. Still, I look forward to the next romance and HEA!

A really awesome story of the power of God
God with the help of some his saints brought this family together. Derek and Jade was just what the girls needed and gave them added blessings.

A wonderful story!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and hate that it ended. A beautifully written book. The storyline was superb. I will definitely find other books by the author to read.

With God nothing is impossible
A marriage that was made up became love. What was said could not have been was done. Children that was hurt was safe. What was done in the dark came to the light. Prays were answered when the person forgot about them..

It was a very short read. It was a clean, quick, straightforward book. I do wish there was a bit more about their journey towards God, but I thought the book was very cute <3
