This would’ve been a cute book as a normal audio but since it was an AI narrated book there were mistakes allllllllll over the place with pronunciations and how the story was read.

Again, I liked the story but the narration ruined it for me

Freedom in the badlands will not only keep you wanting more but hoping for it too. A slow burn will lots of build up with realistic exceptions.
3/5 spice level for my more dark romance readers but a great start for a new spicy readers.
5/5 Plot rating with a great story and a feeling of knowing the characters. The connections with the characters and the reader are very real.
leaves you fulfilled and wanting more at the same time!

I don't remember how I came across this, but I'm so glad I did. I really enjoyed this.

The themes of abuse and SA were tough to read but were very well written. I thought Leah's character was strong-willed and determined and she didn't fall into the stereotypical victim category that wouldn't help herself. And I'm glad Wade got what he deserved in the end.

I will say, there were some minor grammatical errors, but it wasn't anything off-putting enough to not continue reading. I definitely recommend this. 👌

I liked the book but I thought the middle dragged on.

I enjoyed the scenes working with horses the most.

I liked how her tattoo incorporated her scars. I thought the bad guy's dad who helped cover up his crimes did not get punished enough.

Oh my gosh i fell for Ky so hard. The way he took in Leo and then Leah. We need more Kylers in the world and zero Wades. This was beautifully written and I could truly see myself in the book. It took me no time to finish! Definitely a book of wish I could read for the first time again!

Brilliant story. Couldn’t put it down. Potential spoiler

No 3rd act break up which I love. Savannah is an amazing character too. :)
