Our first release, the boxset LANGUAGE LESSONS: VOLUME I, contains a 300+ page hardbound book of poetry and prose, two vinyl LPs of music, and five frame-worthy broadsides. An anthology, LANGUAGE LESSONS highlights unpublished work by Frank Stanford, Sampson Starkweather, Jake Adam York, Joshua Marie Wilkinson, Sommer Browning, Steve Stern, Dan Boehl, Ben Mirov, Daniel Pujol, and C.D. Wright. Many emerging writers are featured, too, next to Pulitzer Prize nominees and National Book Award finalists such as Adrian Matejka and Dale Ray Phillips, and punk rock-n-roll progenitors Richard Hell and Tav Falco. For the ears, the double-album includes poetry recitations by LLVI authors and unreleased music from the likes of William Tyler, Destruction Unit, Paul "Wine" Jones, and MacArthur prize- winning jazzer Ken Vandermark. To hang on the wall, the broadsides feature poems by C.D.
