Dear Journal,

I'm feeling bad that I pretty much wasted 3 bucks and an hour of my time on this book. Very little helpful info. Now as you know, I have my troubles with grammer etc. But I don't claim to be an Author. The author of this book repeatedly mentions herself as one, but she uses contractions very inappropriately. Whole sentences, and paragraphs were awkward, unrelated, and unhelpful. Either she is a very poor author, or English is not her native tongue.

In order to prevent wasting more of my time and money, I resolve to be very wary of self published ebooks. Thank goodness for real publishing houses! I guess they really do reject the garbage.

Really good for making me think and realise that a journal would help me. I read it in half an hour - an easy little book but very helpful points.

Quick read

Very quick read. Enough to get the wheels turning. I will definitely use the tips as I'm writing my own journal.

The spelling errors and grammar usage really annoyed me. However, there were a number of quotes that I did write down and will incorporate in my future of journaling.

A short read on the basics of journaling

This is a fairly short read that goes through the basics of journaling. It spends some time on dreams and your inner voice which was not really my style. But there was some very good information in this and if you are interested in journaling it is a worthwhile read.

The message it gives is very simply "write down". Why is it important to keep a journal? How do you keep a journal?
If you want to have an idea about these kind of questions, you can take a look at the book.
Enjoy.

Good journaling advice

I liked the practical aspects discussed about journaling. For example, how you can use the journal as a learning device. Also advice was given on how to improve the benefit you get from journaling.

Journaling

This was a great book to help start journaling . Journaling for me seems very intimidating but this book broke it down in a way that made sense and I am happy to say that I am starting journaling with a new perspective . A perspective that starts from within.

Very good...

I think the advice given in the book is excellent. This is an easy to read and enjoyable book that I would recommend to anyone who has the desire to dig a little deeper into their inner being and bring out the best of themselves.

Simple and honest

Short and sweet, this book describes why we need to write a journal and how to write a journal. Both the language and thought are plain.
