Eve is ready for an exciting time at Seduction Summit with her former sorority sisters Sammie, Catherine, and Amber, after Eve and Catherine graduated from college. Before “real life” starts, she wants the opportunity to go camping, hiking, and rappelling down the mountain. When her friends saw what was involved with rappelling, they freaked out and decided not to go. So she decides to go ahead and experience the rappelling herself as Hayden, a handsome, muscled mountain man lumberjack showed her how to put on the gear she would wear. He was with her all the way down and, when she asked questions, he told her he was a logger and enjoyed working among the other vets, so this rappelling task was only temporary. Before she realized it, she had made it back to solid land at the bottom.
It seems that her friends actually prefer hanging out at a bar and getting drunk. But Eve and Hayden saw each other that evening at the bar and made plans to camp out in a tent. There seems to be a special connection between them. This may just turn out to be the best celebration ever for Eve… and maybe she will want to stay and make her future here?

WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.
Hayden and Eve met when she goes rappelling and he's her instructor. Hayden helps Eve get suited up, then they head down. Eve is nervous and starts asking Hayden questions. When they get to the bottom Hayden asks Eve where she's staying. Hayden finds out her and her friends have dinner at the hotels restaurant. Later in the day Hayden heads to the hotel restaurant to find Eve. When Hayden arrives Eve isn't there. The bartender tells Hayden that she went to use the restroom and was looking for him. Hayden grabs a burger while Eve enjoys a few appetizers, then dessert. Hayden and Eve talk and he finds out that she wants to go camping. Hayden suggests they go tent camping and Eve is all in. Eve wonders what has gotten into her since she would never go with a stranger she just met. When Hayden finds a spot to pitch their tents Eve lets him know she wants to share a tent. Hayden and Eve can't fall asleep so they talk. Hayden lets Eve know she's beautiful and the perfect woman for him. Eve tells Hayden she's interested in him. Hayden lets Eve know he doesn't want to start a relationship with her since she'll be going back to California after her vacation with her friends is over. Eve lets Hayden know that she is falling in love with Seduction Summit and wants to stay. Eve wants Hayden to be her first, so she climbs into his sleeping bag. Eve pleasures him, they Hayden pleasures her then they make love. The following morning Hayden drops Eve off at her hotel, after they share phone numbers. Eve heads to the bar where she finds Hayden just about to walk out. Eve explains to Hayden what happened. Hayden asks Eve if she's hungry and she tells him she'll order from the diner. Hayden then tells Eve they'll go look for her phone, but she tells him she just wants to be with him. So Hayden and Eve head to his home. Ten years later, Hayden and Eve are married with two boys. Hayden and Eve sneak away for some private time while some of their friends watch their boys. Eve tells Hayden they should take their son's camping and he thinks that's a good idea. Hayden is the love of Eve's life and the best father. Eve feels like the luckiest woman alive and will never take it for granted.

She really needs to find some better friends.
Eve, Catherine, Sammie, and Amber became friends when they met at college rush week. In their junior year, they quit the sorority and moved together into an apartment. She and Catherine recently graduated, so they decided to celebrate by taking a trip together.
Eve's grandmother had lived in Seduction Summit, and she remembered the fun trips she and her parents had had there visiting from San Francisco.
On their first full day there, Eve had suggested hiking. Sammie demanded they go rappelling instead, until she saw what was involved. While the others declined to participate, Eve decided to give it a go. The fact that the guide, Hayden, was super hot didn't influence that decision...too much. She feels an instant attraction to him. It's like he truly sees her for who she really is.
Hayden had moved to Seduction Summit to rejoin several of his buddies from the military. The town is filled with veterans, and logging and construction jobs are plentiful. He's about to be the last man standing as all of his friends are finding their mates and settling into married lives, something he too wants. Eve just might be the woman he's been searching for, except she lives on the other side of the US.
They decide to meet at the bar in the lodge where the women are staying. He's a little late arriving, wanting to give her time to finish her meal with her friends. But she's nowhere to be seen. The bartender tells him she'll be right back.
Her friends are more interested in bar hopping, getting drunk, and dancing on tabletops. To do that, they have to go to Adairsville, the next town over.
Eve and Hayden go on an overnight campout. Despite having a wonderful night together, things start to fall apart courtesy of her friends. She's due to leave town soon. Can he find her in time?

Eve and her three friends (Sammie, Catherine, and Amber) were in Seduction Summit for a girl’s weekend, but they could not agree on what to do. Frustrated that her friends didn’t want to do outdoor activities, Eve agreed to go camping with their “super-hot rappelling guide” Hayden after Eve and Hayden felt an immediate chemistry with each other. Like most of the other men in town, Hayden was ex-military and a lumberjack. Hayden was also a part-time rappelling guide on weekends. Eve was a new college graduate from northern California but was familiar with Seduction Summit because her grandmother was from there.
The story was fast-paced, and the author did a wonderful job of creating an interesting and hilarious plot and characters. There were some truly funny moments in the book. My favorite moment and line were “I want to see what you’re working with” but you’re going to have to read the book to find out why it was so funny.
Hart is excellent at world building, especially with her mountain town of Seduction Summit. The Seduction Summit Trails series is the latest addition to the fantastic Seduction Summit universe created by Lilah Hart. Seduction Summit is a fictional ski resort community full of military vets in the North Carolina mountains. The men become lumberjacks to help with demand for new cabins and cottages. Each book in the series can be read as a standalone. I definitely recommend this awesome book!.

Talk about striking sparks. More like a blazing hot fire. I just loved this ebook. Eve goes to the mountains with her friends who she's starting to outgrow. They decide to go on an adventure of repelling but only Eve stays there to do it. When she gets a good look at the repelling instructor Hayden a ruggedly handsome mountain man she's instantly struck by a forever feeling Eve can't explain. Hayden is struck by feelings he can't ignore when he sees Eve a stunning curvy girl. He just can't ignore the sparks between them. They have such a deep instant connection and their chemistry is oh so hot. Will Hayden and Eve experience the biggest adventure of all when they are together or will they find that they're just too different? Can Eve find a way to let Hayden know that she's found a home with him and can she tell him that the feelings she has for him started just by a glance? Possessive Mountain Man is the second book in the Seduction Summit Trails series. This is a short, OTT, intense feeling, and insta-lust/love story between Eve and Hayden. She has come to Seduction Summit with her two roommates after two of them graduated from university in San Francisco. They are there to celebrate and Eve remembered the fun times she had when she came a couple times with her grandmother, who was born there. The ladies decide to go rappelling and Hayden is the guide/instructor. He is former military who moved to the mountain because of a friend who has also moved there after discharging. Hayden works on one of the lumberjack crews but loves the outdoors so working as an instructor is perfect for him. These two have a spark from the start, but both are sort of shy about their feelings and not sure how to get things going. But that will change quickly with one camping trip up the mountain and a shared tent. The breeze is not the only thing that is hot that night. But what will happen is the question as Eve has to return to the west coast while Hayden stays in North Carolina. They may have a whole country between them but their love and commitment for each other will find a way.

Eve met with her former sorority sisters: Sammie, Catherine & Amber at Seduction Summit and they had turned the adventure into a nightmare as they weren’t interested in the same things she was. Hayden was the guide for them to go rappelling. They were staying at the ski lodge in June, since they had just graduated the previous month. Hayden talked to Eve and she learned about his buddy Axel and Ryder and how they had found women and were married now. Finding out that Eve would be leaving soon and would be hours away afterwards was upsetting for Hayden as he believed that Eve was The One. Things progress quickly and then she decides that she wants to stay because she believes he is for her and she loves Seduction Summit too. I love how sweet and romantic and steamy they are together. I’m glad that she realized that those women who were her sorority sisters, weren’t really her friends and leaving them was the best thing she could’ve done. I can’t wait to see what happens next in the series.

Would you uproot your whole life and move across the country just to be with the man of your dreams (that you just met)? I mean technically I already did that with my husband, but a whole different reasoning. However I don’t know many people who would. I enjoy Lilah’s short stories, I get the beginning and some middle and the end, but it’s not too long of a book, so I can read it while I do my work around the house and not get confused like I do with longer books. This book was just AMAZING, Eve and Hayden had great chemistry and I loved how even though it was only 8 hours later that Eve didn’t respond to his texts that he went stalker and tried to find her and surprisingly Eve didn’t think that was creepy lol 😆I look forward to reading more of Lilah’s books in the near future. If you haven’t read this series or any of Lilah’s books before I highly recommend reading them.

Love and Respect!
I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Eve from San Francisco came to Seduction Summit with her 3 roommates from college. It was supposed to be for a weekend getaway. The “friend“ Sammie didn’t seem all that nice. She seemed more judgmental. All she wanted to do was drink. Maybe it’s just my perception of her. Amber was annoying as well. They decided to go rappelling. Eve was interested in the instructor right away. Hayden as he introduced himself to them was going along with Eve to make sure she was okay. He liked her from the get go as well. When they got back to the Lodge to get changed the 3 friends went to Adairsville and Eve ended up in the bar. She and Hayden met up and decided to hang out that night. They went camping. Hayden stopped at home to pick up tents, etc. while Eve waited in his truck. By the time they reached the spot to set up camp… 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜💜😊😊😊😊😊
I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Eve from San Francisco came to Seduction Summit with her 3 roommates from college. It was supposed to be for a weekend getaway. The “friend“ Sammie didn’t seem all that nice. She seemed more judgmental. All she wanted to do was drink. Maybe it’s just my perception of her. Amber was annoying as well. They decided to go rappelling. Eve was interested in the instructor right away. Hayden as he introduced himself to them was going along with Eve to make sure she was okay. He liked her from the get go as well. When they got back to the Lodge to get changed the 3 friends went to Adairsville and Eve ended up in the bar. She and Hayden met up and decided to hang out that night. They went camping. Hayden stopped at home to pick up tents, etc. while Eve waited in his truck. By the time they reached the spot to set up camp… 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜💜😊😊😊😊😊

Possessive Mountain Man starts with a rememberable meet that immediately shows connection between the main characters of Eve and Hayden. As they deepen their attraction to one another, they develop an emotional friendship that makes their connection even more compelling. As they travel their fast-paced personal journey, they must deal with friendships, jobs, and other conflicts along the way. I really enjoyed the backdrop of Seduction Summit and it link to the story and characters. Possessive Mountain Man is Book 2 of the Seduction Summit Trails series and is an engaging read. It is a great addition to the series.

Hayden really liked the outdoors and loved his part-time gig as a rappelling instructor. My question is: wouldn’t it have been great if they’d started a seasonal glamping business? Eve brought up glamping to him and he’d never heard of it, so there can’t have been any in that touristy town. So there’s a empty niche in the market…
And this is why I like this book. The hero and heroine seemed so real and relatable that I started planning a side project for them! I also liked the way Hayden and Eve were all in with each other from the instalove. Lilah always does instalove in a fun and hot way.

Eve is in Seduction Summit with her friends and they decide to go repelling, but the rest chicken out so Eve is left with guide Hayden. They are both a little flustered around each other and kind of agree to meet up later at the lodge bar. Eventually they leave to go camping and well the rest is history.
This was a short story that was fun and entertaining. I love reading these stories as a set. They're all well-written and quick entertainment for the day, swoony and sweet. They are not long drawn soppy stories. I'm a huge fan of the author!.

Another great story for seduction summit and tourists. Eve and Hayden. Eve on a girls trip with her 3 roommates and friends from home that two just finished college for a celebration. The one friend is all about adventure and wants to do some dangerous things but then chickens out. Eve does the repelling as scared as she is but with Hayden by her side she doesn’t even realize she made it down the side. She mentions if he shows up to the bar at the ski lodge she’ll see him later. Who knew their dinner date would end up in a camping trip!.

Eve wants to do something adventurous before she starts her real life now that school is done. However, her friends change their mind about their plans when she see exactly what they'd be doing. Eve goes on her own and meets Hayden who is a logger. Hayden takes Eve repelling down a mountain talking as they went to keep her focused. Later they run into each other again and things heat up between them. Will she end up staying with Hayden?
This is an amazing story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Eve and her friends decided to go on vacation to Seduction Summit. They were going on a rappelling adventure but her friends just wanted to go bar hoping and get drunk. The guide, Hayden, meets Eve and helps her with the rappelling. Their attraction grows so deeply that they want to be together for a HEA. But with Eve living out of state, will she change her life and stay with Hayden in Seduction Summit. This was an enjoyable instalove story.

I enjoyed getting to know both Hayden & Eve in this sweet and steamy instalove short story. They had a fun story with a hiccup along the way due to Eve's friends but everything worked out in the end and the epilogue gives a hint of the future.
