Animal attraction takes on a whole new meaning…

Sam and Lacy find themselves lost in the woods and what ensues is funny, sweet, sexy and downright dirty. It will come as no shock that I enjoyed every moment of this book.
If you're in the mood for a quick steamy read I definitely recommend this book.

Lorelei James never disappoints. Lost In You is a fun story. I liked Sam and Lacy so well, I wasn't ready for their story to end. There's a bit of everything here - it's funny, sexy, sweet, interesting. I'm glad I found this little James gem that I had previously missed! I can recommend it to anyone who likes sexy stories with a great plot.

Its always interesting to read one of the earlier books of an authors before they got famous for a particular series. This is a re-release of a book from 2006 and it a short contemporary romance. One thing this author has always been good at is the snarky comments between her couples. Lacy and Sam are lost in the woods together thanks to Lacy. They were on a survivalist hiking trip and Lacy wondered off and got lost and Sam who she thinks is one of the hiking guides of the group finds her but they get separated from the main group. Turns out Sam is just helping his cousin out for the summer and isn’t any better at knowing how to find his way out the woods any better than Lacy is. These two start off on the wrong foot but it isn’t long before they are sharing a sleeping bag and making all the animals in the forest blush.
This was a quick read and an epilogue was added to this release and not having read it the first time around I think it really added to the story.

Lost in You is a quick read. It's fun, quirky, and laugh-out-loud funny. This stand alone short story is about Lacy Buchanan, who thinks that she can handle the back woods just because she can handle the city streets, finds out all too soon the difference between the city "jungle" and the back woods of Bighorn Mountains. Sam Becker may look the part of a mountain guide, but he's more of a computer guide being that he is the man behind the money. Somehow Sam gets roped into being with Lacy and everything starts to go wrong......

While not officially a series there are at least two other books related. Billy ran out on Eden after the prom and ten years later they both still have strong feelings for each other. Billy is determined to rekindle what they had before. The sex scenes are frequent and spicy including a one time ménage.

Fun, short read
This is a fun, short read. Although its a true standalone, there are at least two more novellas by this author that are loosely related, and I wish they were listed together as a series.

Cute. If you're looking for a quick sexy insta-love story, this is right in that direction. The chemistry between the characters worked. The relationship worked. The sex scenes, though not outrageously intense, they were hot.
A lot of the shorter stories seem like the author is just mashing a bunch of words and scenes into some pages to meet a deadline, but I didn't feel this was the case here. 3 stars because I felt it could have been more exciting, but I can definitely see how others would rate it higher based on their personal preference.

Not my favorite book (Novella) that Lorelei James has written, but it was a quick read. Lacy’s ex talked city girl into a backwoods trip and instead of cancelling the trip after the breakup, she picked a different date and went. Trying to prove a point, she ended up a getting lost in the backwoods on a hiking trip. Lacy fell behind the group and silent partner, Sam Becker, said that he’d hang back to try to catch her up with the rest of the group. Being lost in the woods through a series of misfortunes, Sam and Lacy build a sexual relationship.

Lacy and Becker get lost from their party while hiking. Lacy trusts Becker since he is a guide until she breaks the compass...He tries to find their way but is lost but knows the search party will come along.. He feels like Lacy-Cupcake is a smart mouth gal but falls for her....After being lost for 3 days they share so much and find they really like each other....Becker finally let's Lacy know he is a partner in business and he cares for her....but together they find that fate works when you least expect it....

Lost In You is one of Lorelei James' earlier works that has been re-released. I read it many years ago and recently reread it. It's a fun, sexy novella that I recommend to anyone looking for a quickie!

When I first stumbled on Lost in You I was confused on how I could of missed a Lorelei James novel. I'm a huge fan of hers and have read most of her work. After doing some research I realized this is a new name and cover from one of her earlier works Babe in the Woods.
Lacy and Sam get lost in the woods after some mishaps. Lacy and Sam soon occupy themselves with each other and make their way back to base.
Lost in You was a cute, super short read.

Lost In You is a short, fun, sexy, romance. Lacy and Sam start out totally annoyed with one another, but annoyance soons turns into attraction. These two are great together and I loved their HEA ending. Wanted more of their story! Great read!

Lost in You is an enjoyable, quick romance by Lorelei James. Even though it was really short and I finished it in no time, it drew me in immediately and the connection between Sam and Lacy was felt right from the start.

I completely love everything that Lorelei James writes and this novella is the perfect example of why. Even though it was a short story, she was able to make us feel like it was longer. Sam and lacy lost in the woods connected on a level that most people can't connect on after years together. Will they still ha e the same feelings once they get back to civilization? Loved it
This is a cute, fun read. Definitely great for an afternoon by the pool, because after you're done reading this you're going to need to take a dip to cool off. For a short read it's very well written and nothing is left out. I definitely recommend this book and anything else Mrs. James has written.

I am a HUGE Lorelei James fan. She has two new books coming out this summer. Both in series I am following since I do love it when I get hooked on a series. I just read "Short Rides" and think I was going through Lorelei James withdrawl so I decided to see which of her books I haven't read it. There was only one in her beginning writing career that I wasn't crazy for but I decided to take a chance on "Babe in the Woods" and I am glad I did. Whoa! What a great short read. Loved both characters. Interesting story line of getting lost in the woods. Hot Hot Hot sex. Yep, it was exactly what I needed.

This is really a short story more than anything else. It started out quite promising with mutual dislike but some inkling of attraction between H and h, but somehow Sam's surliness toward the heroine turned to too much sugary sweetness too quickly.
The story was just too short to allow real development of character or of the storyline. I love Lorelei's Western series and thought this would be a nice little novella in a similar but wilder setting. It didn't quite deliver, being too underdeveloped on all fronts.

In Babe in the Woods, Lacy needs to prove to herself that she's a survivor, only the hiking guide she puts her trust in, Sam Becker isn't really a guide, nor an expert in nature survival. When the two get separated and lost from their group, they have more than the wildness of the woods to contend with! This is a fun, quick read and shouldn't be missed!
