I loved this little book. I cannot wait to read it to my grandchildren. As you see, the child of promise is in us all. If we work hard and do it with pleasure, good things will come to us. If we see the good in everyone around us as well as within ourselves, we will lead a happy and full life. Each child will be loved and nurtured as if they were the child of promise. What a wonderful story for young and old alike. Keep writing, I will definitely be following you in the future.

This was a really cute children's book with a nice uplifting story. Right now it works well as a bedtime or naptime read. In a few years I think it will be good for a early reader (ie no chapters but a longer story with more words than pictures) for my girls.
I received this book for free as a part of the Goodread's First Reads program.
I think that the book was a great book. It feels as if you are standing there, watching it all happen. On the other hand,I must say that if you don't like fiction you won't like this book. One last thing I must say is that l so pulled in that when the book was over it felt incomplete, but it was a great book. --Zoe, 8 years old
