I don’t think this books was for me, was expecting something else. Although, it is great for people who needs a push regarding the job market world and how to achieve some things in corporate.

Again, not my style at all but good for people who need it.

Human Pride is a great self-help book for individuals looking for career growth or assessment. It's better to read it in sooner rather than later because it has a lot of tips for how to work on your professional journey in this day and age but It might become less valable in 5-10 years due to the very specific terms that helps guide you have a relevant profile on the job market today : LinkedIn profiles, proper curriculum build-ups, etc. Except for that important detail I think it can be very beneficial and inspirational to everybody. Ron has a great way of storytelling and finding the good in everything, I like his writing style. This book goes 360 degrees; from just starting a career after college, to an all time expert in your field, to a managerial level or simply general self help for a happier life overall.

Human Pride BLEW ME AWAY. This is a complete and total roadmap to reinventing yourself in today's complex and ever-changing career market. Being an entrepreneur, I was surprised how much this book spoke to me and how it helped me lean more into my uniqueness and lead with authenticity, while I continue adapting my company to the changing world we find ourselves in. Most of all, I appreciated the value of our story—skills are becoming more and more commoditized, but what we will never be able to replace (with AI) will be our story—what we went through to get us to where we are. Ron, thank you for this incredible roadmap.

A timely AND timeless read on leveraging your human qualities to achieve new levels of success. I particularly loved the four chapters on leadership and found the author’s experience deeply enriched core foundations established from other works I’ve read.

This book found me at a time I really needed it. I highly recommend it to any soul searcher staring down the barrel of AI growth wondering what their next move should be.
