This book provides some great highlight worthy quotes and practical strategies that can used and adapted in the classroom. Some stuff was repetitive and some chapters of the book didn’t need to be that long. I would’ve appreciated a more concise description in most cases. Overall, a good and practical read!
Honestly, I’ve gotten more practical advice from Pinterest and Facebook teacher groups. There’s nothing new here, and the writing style was repetitive and very bland.
As someone who's been teaching for over a decade, this book felt like it was written for someone who's never set foot in a real classroom. Everything was overly simplified and not remotely helpful when dealing with the actual challenges of inclusion.
Definitely not worth the price.
Was this book even edited? I got the digital version and it was poorly formatted and had too many errors.
As a special education teacher, this book provided a review of things that I already knew as a special education teacher. This book needs to be in the hands of the general education teacher, because it gives a great understanding of what the team is trying to provide when students are participating in an inclusion classroom. It’s a short easy read. It would provide the general education teacher with the information that they may not be familiar with. The book is short and concise, and truly helpful for those without a background and special education.
Very informative, easy to read book on inclusion education. The author is engaging. The chapters are short, easy to read, and full of helpful information. This is a resource I will return to.
