In the gripping final book in the Bear Valley Shifters saga, Corin Dunbar is still living with the ghost of the boy who died saving her life from the wrath of the Long Claws ten years ago. Unable to move on, she’s settled in the sanctuary of Bear Valley with the other bear shifters she has grown to rely on. On the eve of war with the murderous clan, she encounters a familiar man outside her camp. He’s colder than she remembers. He’s now the alpha of the clan she is about to go to war with. But she’s desperate to find out if he’s the boy she used to know.
Brooks Butler has fought hard to become alpha of the most feared bear shifters in the world, and just in time to lead his people into an epic battle against the enemy—Bear Valley. Unfortunately, a beautiful woman who swears he’s someone else won’t leave him alone. He doesn’t have time for a meddling female to mess with his head, but a night in her arms makes him question everything.
Determined to prove his place, Brooks will bring the remaining bear shifters together for one final legendary showdown. Yet the mysteries surrounding Corin confound him, and her beauty beguiles him. If he can unravel the secrets between them before the battle takes place, he just might have a shot at redemption.

T.S. Joyce is devoted to bringing hot shifter romances to readers. Hungry alpha males are her calling card, and the wilder the men, the more she'll make them pour their hearts out. She werebear swears there'll be no swooning heroines in her books. It takes tough-as-nails women to handle the shifters of Bear Valley.
She lives in a tiny town, outside of a tiny city, and devotes her life to writing big stories. Foodie, bear whisperer, ninja, thief of tiny bottles of awesome smelling hotel shampoo, nap connoisseur, movie fanatic, and zombie slayer, and most of this bio is true.

The exciting conclusion of the Bear Valley shifters is done. My heart is happy but also sad! I really liked Corin. She was a awesome character, and I loved the fact that she held on to the one she loved for 10 years. Granted she thought he was dead, but wow she didn’t want anyone else but him. And she was willing to go out there and die for her people, and not run away from the fight that came. For a submissive bear that’s very brave in my book!
Brooks was such a complex character, and I really liked that about him. This guy had survived some very horrible things in his life, and having to go through the memory loss and abuse.... just wow. Pulled at the heartstrings for real! I was with Corin on this one that man needed to be hugged a lot! I’m so glad he has Corin to help him remember what real love feels like again.
This book had so many ups and downs. Times that was like omg what’s going to happen! A lot of bad people were taken out in this book, and one of them Merit the evil vile witch, got what was coming to them. Reading how the clans come together and rebuild everything that Long Claw had broken was great to see. And I really hope later on we get to see more of Hannah and Jenny! I mean for crying out load with the end I want to know how it goes for both of them!
All in all it was a great little series to read, and I really enjoyed it!
Ruined another book again. He screwed other women while she stayed a virgin in his memory. I don’t care if he was brainwashed, his bear should’ve held out for her as his mate. That can’t be erased so he’s a cheater. And he only screwed her because he was turned on from Merit leaving his tent smelling like heat. The whole thing was a disgusting cast on mates romance which is a slap in the face from one of my favorite para romance authors who usually gets mates perfect and does them right
I like that with this book the battle between Bear Valley and The Long Claws comes to an end, but it seems a little too pat. Not sure that I can buy into Brooks/Daniel and the role that he played or that Corin would be so forgiving to him. But with that being said, I did like the ending.
Brooks, once known as Daniel Butler was the New Alpha of the Long Claws was preparing to go to war with the Bear Valley Clan. He had been having a recurrent dream about a faceless woman more like a girl that kept waking him up with a startled. He didn't want to be like their former Alpa, he swore he wouldn't let a woma mess with his head, no matter what. He just wanted to focus on bleeding the enemy.
Corin Dunbar was saved a decaded ago from an attack from the Long Claws by a boy whom she thought died. But when she saw him again now a man, she needed to make sure he was the same boy who'd saved her from a cruel faith. She was hurt wen he didn't remembered her but after a talk with Hannah about finding a way to stop the war
She made a decision, one that led to her losing her heart for a second time to Brooks aka Daniel. The latter was conflicted about the emotions Corin awakened in him. As the war began, he realized in the middle of the battle that he needed to do things differently which didn't sit well with some of his people.
He had things to do that took him away from the woman that intrigued him. With Riker's help, Brooks became worthy of Corin, even though it ripped both their hearts out from them being apart from one another.
In the end it was all worth it, they found their way back to each other. And they make friends that were more like family than they thought. It was great to see previous characters and get a glimpse of their future.
REDEEM THE BEAR is the fifth book in T. S. Joyce's BEAR VALLEY SHIFTERS series. What an amazing and emotional ride. T. S. Joyce never cease to amaze me with her talent. Two thumbs up!
This is the fifth book in the series and they should be read in order. This is also the last book in the series. Corbin lives everyday with the ghost of the boy she loved and lost. On the eve of war, she swears she sees the boy. Only he has no idea who she is. She is hurt that he doesn’t remember even after all the things she tells him. Brooks fought hard to become the alpha of this clan. He doesn’t know who this girl is or what she is talking about. Until he begins to remember. He doesn’t want to remember at first though. He is determined to go to war though. But the more he sees Corbin and thinks about what she told him the more he begins to remember even if he doesn’t want to. Will he remember the truth in time or will these two clans go to war and fight to the death? This final book kept me on my toes. I felt for Corbin. She wants Brooks to be the boy she lost ten years ago so badly. Could she really be wrong about him? Or could he just be a colder meaner version of the boy she remembers. You will just have to read the series to find out. Congrats on another fantastic series T.S. Joyce. Can’t wait for more books by you.
What a book to end the Bear Valley Shifters on, absolutely brilliant. Once again, I was pulled into the story from the get go, and that is where I stayed until I had finished each and every word that was written, I also had my little mini movie playing in my head that just makes the book that little bit extra with me. The surprises that occur throughout the book are brilliant, they really make the story, some are large and some are small, some you will see coming and others you won't. I went through the emotions that the characters went through at the same time as they do, but I think I might of got a bit more frustrated than they did. I highly recommend this author and her books all of them not just this series, they are fantastic and I don't think you will regret them.
Because I had read newer books before this, I was upset, when I read the first one, with the inconsistencies - a mark is a knife cut instead of a bite, humans can’t be changed, bears don’t drink alcohol….
Honestly, though, it finished so strong, that I don’t even care anymore. If this is an entirely different universe, so be it. I love them both.
This is the last book in this run, and you really do need to read them all in order. You won’t understand if you don’t.
This final book was what it’s all about. It wasn’t about sex. It was about a connection between two people. I love all of the characters in this series, but these two are definitely my favorite.
Final instalment in Bear Valley Shifter series and what a series.
I liked how the series started with Hannah and Ricker and they were the main theme throughout, although they are interwoven with other bear characters and stories.
War has come to Bear Valley Shifters, with the alpha of the long claws dead a new alpha (Brooks) takes over, however he used to be part of the Kodiak Bear Clan. When he was younger his home and his life were destroyed by the Long Claws. He doesn't remember this though, but Corin who is part of the Bear Valley shifters does.
Can she make him remember who he once was and save Bear Valley?
A hot well written story and great conclusion to the series.
Oh!!!! This was a fantastic finale to a fantastic series! Wao! T.S.Joyce is a fantastic storyteller. She doesn't mess around. She grabs you from the very beginning.!!! This is the story of Corin, a bear shifter and member of the Bear Valley clan. She is preparing to go to war with Long Claw clan. She knows she won't make it alive but she is willing to die fighting against the clan that decimated her formal clan. The last thing she expects is to come face to face with her childhood sweetheart or for him to be the Alpha of her clan mortal enemy. Fantastic read. Highly recommended
Wow, so gripping. Never would have come up the reason Daniel became Books. The author is not like the majority of the shifter genre writers. The ability to think outside the norm, to understand differences in human nature, include what your upbringing and environment has done to mold your thinking, and behaviors is rare. Most authors may change the plot, characters but usually revert to what they know and understand from there personal experiences. Will be reading the rest of the authors books.
I've read all of T. S. Joyce's series, and I have to say these people will stay with me for a long time. I loved this whole series so much!! It's always sad to come to the end of a beloved series, and this one actually had me in tears. I so hated to see if end!!! These characters are so real, even though a freaking bear can rip out of them at any time. But while they're wearing their human skin, they're a lot like somebody you actually know!! Amazing series. Do yourself a favor, buy them all, one series at a time. You owe it to yourself!!!!
Carrying on Long Claw’s lethally brutal legacy, new alpha, Brooks, is motivated and more than happy to avenge the death of his predecessor by the claws and maws of their enemy, Bear Valley.
Submissive Kodiak, Corin accepts she won’t be alive 24 hours from this second as she helps set up her clan’s camp on the eve of battle but crumbles when she inhales Brooks scent. Corin’s certain Brooks is the boy she was promised to in her old pack who’d given his life for her. Brooks’ mouth swears he’s not that guy though his eyes and heart tell a different tale. Rating: 3.5stars
Each book just gets better and better! This was definitely my favorite in this series. The culmination of everything is just right and Corin is an awesome she-bear with a heart of gold times one hundred! She has no idea how to give up and that's what makes her so loveable. The characters throughout this story have definitely touched my heart and I will be thinking about Bear Valley and the new Long Claw Clan for awhile...ahhhhb 😊
This series is awesome. The characters are so well written that you help but love them. Not one of the matings is easy, but that’s life, so it just clicks into place in this series. I love River & Brooks, two strong alpha who want what is best for their clans and are willing to do whatever is necessary to bring them peace. And the women who become mates to these strong men are indeed strong themselves. Well worth the read!
This book was sooooo much OMGS. Mostly because you've heard how incredibly awful the Long Claws are for 4 books so far and I mean...they are as you see into their set up. The whole lost memory thing was an interesting plot device (not one I come across terribly often) so there's that as well. I love how courageous Corin is, even in the face of the difficulties of Brooks not really remembering their past together.
The end of another good series by TS JOYCE. Here we meet Corine and Brooks our stars of this novel. In this finale, out star crossed lovers must relive old battles and conquer new ones in order to find ever lasting love. This ties the entire Bear Valley Shifters series up nicely. We even get to finally learn the fate of an old foe. Happy reading.
The final book in this saga is pure T. S. Joyce! Darn she can tell a story! Start as a Witness and end feeling totally Redeemed! Thrilling and scary at times and always full of strength, power and love! Minor editing errors throughout all 5 books but not bad enough to detract from the story.
This series was good and I feel like the author evolved throughout each book and I enjoyed it very much in the end. I felt like the first two books was a little naive in the writing style but now I look forward to read more from this author. No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings Good dialogues Action, love and fairytale ending, all good.
In this installment a long lost love becomes alpha but he does not remember his past until the night before the big battle. It takes the strength and conviction of a female bear to break down the walls that were created to discover who the enemy alpha really is. Finally an old enemy gets the karma that is well deserved. Great pace and story layout. Enjoy!
This whole series has been so well told and so excellently written that I can't express more how much I enjoyed it. His finale with the story of Corin and Brooks could not have been written better, with all the emotion ad romance you could ever ask for. I would thoroughly recommend these books.
Enjoyed entire Bear Valley Shifters. There was good character descriptions and good flow from beginning to end. Liked that the books were shorter stories, no long unnecessary fillers just to make the story last longer.
I liked the development of the characters and the people were people, with an individual voice. I liked the plot and the twists and turns. And of course, the conclusion to the series. Really fun.
I just came across this talented lady. The first series sucked me right in. I work 40+ hr week and have a toddler running around, but still finished 5 books in less than a week. Amazing, intriguing, and totally consuming!
Another great series! It's sad when the final book in the series comes to pass. There's always hope that they'll show up in another series. I highly recommend this series & especially this author! She has you laughing, crying & everything else with each book!
Awesome series! Can't stop reading it! Once you start you get hooked right away! The characters are well written and keeps you wanting to know what's next!
Out of all the books this one was pure amazing! The fight with different clans ends up being 2 shifters back together when one was grieving the lose of a mate she thought was gone the Hart ack of true love and the way this book is styled is amazing 5*
This series has been fascinating and the writing phenomenal. The characters are strong, especially the women in their strengths as well as the weaknesses. Highly recommend!
I think I liked this last book the most of this series. They were all good. I enjoyed the characters and the endings. Some of it was predictable as it went along, but there were some major turns of unexpected.
