Eye opening

Reading this short guide was eye opening. It showed me that my husband and I always talk about heavy issues in reactive brain when we should be taking a moment and then talking while in creative brain. We are both very hot headed and competitive and both want to always be right. I think this way of thinking will really help us as we both get to be right with this way of thinking. I read it and now can't wait to share it with my husband so he can read it too. I feel really optimistic that this will really help my relationship get back on track.

It was not what I thought it was going to be

It is quite short and has many examples of dialogues, but it does not get to the point. It is more about how to try to save it, instead of finding out if it's worth to save.
