The storyline was interesting but the characters not so much. I was waiting to see where individually the characters were headed but kept thinking they were delusional; the brother and sister faced each situation like they were dreaming. Thought for awhile maybe it was just active imagination but by the end, was totally confused. Not sure I even liked this book, that’s how it left me, confused.

I only read 50 pages before I quit, so I don't think that counts as a read book. I think the book was dated. In addition, I didn't particularly like any of the characters, and there didn't seem to be much happening, so I just didn't see any reason to go on.

I hate to quit books, but life is short. This one wasn't worth it.

An alright read that got better as it went on, but by no means a page-turner. I wasn't especially attached to any of the characters, and never would have picked it up on my own; I only read it for work.
