Valentine’s Day is meant for lovers, sneaky links, spouses, cut buddies and everything in between. Heavy Christmas snows left Akira Moore snowed in with an unlikely suitor, Martavius ‘Drill’ Washington, that landed her not only in confined spaces with him but him in her bed. Fast forward and the pair are still going strong with no strings attached. But what happens when a last-minute vacation to Lover’s Island and heated emotions land them both in a position to choose if they want to keep going or if they should call it quits?

Akira knows the easiest choice would be to walk away unscathed with her heart and mind intact but how do you walk away from the one person you want? The person who whispers to the other side of you and fulfills your nastiest desires. Love is a foreign concept in Drill’s world, so how can he give Akira something he doesn’t understand? Something he’s never had or experienced for himself. Drill may not know how to love Akira’s heart, but he’ll do everything he can to love her body.

Is the smut good ABSOLUTELY but everything else left a bad taste in my mouth. Like sorry if you keep reminding me that he got gray in his beard I cannot FOR THE LIFE OF ME ACCEPT POOR COMMUNICATION. All that ohh our bodies speak means nothing IF THATS NOT HOW THE FMC WANTS TO RECEIVE LOVE. Like everything else was just pointless and freaky. Like you met her and she was in a committed relationship, you talk about how she’s so bossed up and you know she’s a catch BUT YOU CALLING HER YA LIL JUNT????? Like sorry this was really just erotica and we didn’t need all them pages of foolery. I mean this was just super long winded for him to just make her his pregnant GF. A satisfying end

Drill and Akira are back for another drill session! What happens after you catch feelings for someone who was supposed to be just for fun? Drill and Akira are back trying to navigate tricky feelings they aren't even supposed to have for one another in the aftermath of their sneaky link sessions.

I was super interested in seeing how their story ended, especially after reading Drippin for Santa. I will say this is an erotica first, and this couple is definitely getting nasty, so don't go into this book looking for a heavy plot, but there are moments when Drill and Akira let themselves be vulnerable with one another, and those were my favorites.

I love me down some Drill and Akira… it was everything to see their relationship evolve pass the bedroom and the character development of Drill and his growth had me cheesing up a storm because he was bae and nasty and loved Akira like nobody’s business. I love to hear more from them in the future

I was happy to see that we got another book about Akira and Drill and I see he was just as nasty in this one as he was in the first book. While Akira wanted more, Drill thought it was easier to convey how he felt with sex but that can’t solve everything. I am glad that he finally got his act together and finally speak how he was feeling instead of just trying to show it because it was clear he really cared for Akira so it was nice to see him change his ways. Overall I enjoyed revisiting these characters and I thought it was nice with how it ended.

I was so pressed to see how their wild ride would wrap up—especially after I devoured Drippin’ for Santa! Let me just keep it a buck: this one is straight-up erotica first, plot second. So if you’re pulling up looking for a deep, twisty storyline? Mmm, don’t. But if you’re here for that hot, steamy, messy kinda love with just the right sprinkle of vulnerability? Baby, you’re in the right spot. Drill and Akira gave us moments, okay? And when they drop the act and really let those walls down? That’s where the magic hit for me.

Hot, messy, tender, and oh-so-satisfying. Period.

Drill got exactly what he wanted!

I’m happy I was able to get the ending to Drill and Akira’s story. After coming out of a bad relationship, Akira deserved to have a man love her right. Drill had been locked up since he was 16, so he had to grow into a man that could love and understand what that means. He was never short in showing it through his actions, but it was good to see him get to a point where he could give Akira love through affirmations.

I won’t lie and say I didn’t skip through pages of the book. There were a few parts that were a bit overkill for me, but all in all - I enjoyed this read!

A Sexy Love Story

The story of Drill & Akira is a story that began in another book but truly flourishes in this novella. The fireworks between these two pops from the pages into your mind as you read this book. They go away to an island for the weekend. The island is a place where people meet & have relationship without judgement. This island further solidified their sexual & love attraction. They balanced each other especially once they stopped fighting the feelings that they had.
Spicy read indeed.

This was a cute update on Akira and Drill. I love that she was able to express herself with him and confess her love for him. And although he mentioned he had never been in a relationship, Drill was willing to open up to her and learn how to love her. He knew that he loved her, and used actions to express it, but he needed help and guidance on fully trusting his heart when it came to being in love and verbally letting her know. Nonetheless, a little time a part, and the cold shoulder caused him to get his sh*t together. In the end, I'm glad they got their happy ending.

Dill & Akira

Drill still NASTYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! Drill & Akira’s relationship went through it. Although I enjoyed parts of the relationship, the story was lacking & repetitive in certain areas…

Didn’t want this to end!

Whew!! I loved me some Drill. He said he may be a felon but I’m not losing out on the second chance God gave him. He was tryna get her for so long, he wasn’t gon fumble this one!! He stood on business for her!! He loved that woman with actions before he could with words and that was everything!! Oh and the way he got all them babies involved for his surprise!! SWOOOOONNNN!! Oh and they was nastyyyyyyy!!! 😜😏

Excellent Read

I absolutely loved this story, but where are the men like Drill and it wasn't just the sex, the way he took the time to learn every inch of her body, it was.as.if he made.love to her mind then her body. Not too many men willing to give his all especially when he doesn't really know how to speak the words"I Love You" but he displayed it in everything he did, ensuring his love wasn't just words spoken but actions to back them up. Great read.

Drill’s Princess 💕💦🫦🍆🥵

Just like book one, I didn’t care for the plot. I was just more interested in Drill and Akira. They definitely progressed where they shared vulnerability. We got to see a different side of them. They still were freaks, though.

I’m a bit curious about Jalisa and Lucky, though. Maybe a little story on them in the future 👀.

Good follow up but lots of typos

I enjoyed this follow-up of Akira and Drill. They are still trying to figure out where they stand with other based on how they started during Christmas. This was an overall good book but I gave it 4 stars because of the many typos.
