Exhilarating read!
Book #2 picks up right after the ending of book #1 -- and it's such another remarkable continuation of this 'The Unraveled' series. Their (Sol & Lenora) chemistry is off the chart/pages and so are all the surrounding secondary and side characters that they always comes into contact with plus also have interactions. Never a dull moment whenever Lenora is firing off how she feels about anything or anyone. Still well-paced and well written plotline (few editing errors but nothing to distract from the storytelling)
Highly recommended book and series!

The journey of Lenora Graves and Sol Ruiz continues. The book picks up exactly where the last part left off. Events unfold rapidly at times, and I suffered along with the two of them. The fear of losing each other was so strong in many places. It was truly heartbreaking. At the same time, I loved seeing how Lenora and Sol learn to trust each other and build a relationship together, with everything that goes with it. Their story really touched me deeply, and there were moments when I was moved to tears. Lenora and Sol are truly special.

I also loved seeing Lenora in action in the courtroom!!! Woooow! I cheered her on!! Can this book series please be made into a movie???

I enjoyed every page and I'm looking forward to the third part, which comes out in November. This book is full of love, fear, suspense, sexual tension, and spice & smut (!!!!!). This series is truly a gem, and I highly recommend that you all read these books. You won't regret it!

Undone

C.W. Elliot closes this book masterfully. I loved the sequel just as much, or a little bit more than the first. She wrapped up everything completely. I truly enjoyed reading these characters. The secondary characters were well flushed, adding to the storyline wonderfully. The chemistry between the MCs was exquisite. There are plenty of spicy scenes to keep me occupied.
I hope this isn't the end of the road for C.W. Elliot and they will grace us with more books in the future.

This series has it ALL!
One of my favourite reads of all time and book 2 picks up perfectly where book 1 ends.

The characters are beautifully complicated, emotionally vulnerable, powerful, head strong women that you can’t help but fall in love with. The side characters are developed much more in book 2 and I especially love that we get to see more of Ben and watch Lenora’s relationship with the partners grow deeper.

For me, this story is about loving fiercely, vulnerability, hope and growth. It’s about adapting, pivoting and embracing, even when fear wants to prevent courage.

I can’t recommend this series enough. I’ll return to it over and over again and really hope we see more from this author! Excellent read!

I absolutely loved this. I read the first a while ago and have been waiting, as patiently as possible, on this one being released and it hasn’t disappointed.

How the author has managed to include the perfect amount of angst, smut, humour and fluff (in the only way Lenora and Sol can) is beautiful.

The relationship between Lenora and Sol is so relatable and even when there’s angst there’s such a great understanding of one another and willingness to learn not only how to develop that but work on themselves to further their connection, particularly Lenora, which perfectly portrays a real life functioning relationship when things get tough.

The smut? Amazing. As expected from the first book and captures the journey they’ve taken as a couple and how exciting learning everything about a new partner can be. Christmas does indeed come early for these two 😜

The legal side of things was understandable and easy to follow without giving everything away, Lenora in action in a courtroom is next level hot 🔥 the whole courtroom section doesn’t feel too much like some I’ve read where there’s too much jargon that makes it impossible to follow. That’s not to take away from it being well written though, it still is, and for me its been kept at a perfect level to keep the flow going and not lose you in a sea of words you don’t understand! (Maybe this is just me that struggles with legal stuff??)

My favourite part? Without a doubt the expertly placed whit and humour throughout. Between Lenora and Sol, throw in Ben for good measure and then Lenora’s dynamic with the partners of the firm too!

I think it’s really helped to open up Lenora’s character so much throughout this book and showing the little cracks in her armour where realisation hits that these people might actually truly have her back and understand her in a way she maybe hadn’t fully realised previously.

All in all the book was amazing and I finished it in one sitting as soon as it was released.

If you’re on the fence or need a new series to read, this one should absolutely be it!

The wait for Book Two was so worth it, and I’m heading in anticipation towards Book Three. The two MCs are amazingly well-drawn and leap off the page. Then there’s the secondary characters, so complimentary. The plot? Couldn’t be better. A page-turner.

wow

A simple masterpiece. I thought the first book was top notch, and this blew it out of the water. And my heart was thrown in 100 different directions throughout the curse of this series. And it was 1000% worth it

Both books are 5 stars from me. I loved em. I barely paused during reading and I actually still want more so in my opinion- that's a 5 star read.
A true Ice Queen, the real and raw perspective of basically her coming to terms with who she is and owning her trauma..while being a literal badass attorney, an incredible mom, and actually acknowledging her actions like an adult even if she still makes questionable choices? Absolutely enthralling to read. I couldn't get enough of Lenora and Sol- their dynamic was written in a way that I practically visualized as a movie, it was SO good.

And dear lord... the spice... I mean... wow. I think I blushed during one particular scene, and I don't think I've ever even blushed in real life, Lenora & Sol are exquisite with the chemistry and passion. Elliot will be added to my 1-click list, my personal library, and I'm hopeful that a duet audio will be in the future because it's deserving of real voices and talent behind the story telling.

Read It!

I loved it, maybe even more than the first. The story picks up immediately after the first and keeps a steady pace from there. You experience Lenora trying to reconcile her feelings for Sol step by step while also preparing for the Vanguard trial.

The use of Lenora’s wit and sarcasm to hide from /bury her fears and anxiety is so real and expertly done. The care and chemistry that Lenora and Sol have with each other is amazing and I can’t get enough.

The court scenes were a blast to read and it was nice to see Lenora’s brilliance at work since a lot of the first book focused of Sol’s intelligence.

There are four spicy scenes but they are on the longer side and so well done. C.W. Elliot writes some of the best sexual tension I’ve read.

I don’t know what else to say honestly I’ll keep gushing about this series and this author. If you haven’t read it I HIGHLY recommend giving the series a chance. 🙏

Remarkable

I really was anticipating this second book in this series and it certainly didn't disappoint, except for the fact that it's all over. When you connect with characters in a story like Sol and Lenora you know your in for not only a great read but an immotional ride. The description of them is so real you love them, tough on the outside especially Lenora an ice queen lawyer struggling to express emotion with Sol but melts with her little son. I laughed and cried with them, it's wonderfully written, terrific court room scenes, friendships, not forgetting really 🔥 🔥 personal moments that will unravel you. I hope we get some more of this couples journey through life. Thanks for a great series.

I had a gap between book 1 and 2, I reread the last few paragraphs of the previous book, but it didn’t bring much to mind, except the feeling I had at the end of book 1, when I HAD to preorder book 2. For stupid reasons I didn’t start it as soon as it was delivered!
However, within the early paragraphs of chapter I was again tense, enveloped in atmosphere. This unfortunately didn't translate to the intensity of the first hot scene. Only because of the gap in my reading..... I had to get used to the mains chemistry again, I did, and the many later hot scenes benefited from that. The tension from the blend half of the plot, was as well done as the first book.
Read the first, read the second and prepare to put life on pause till you finish it!

Wow

Incredible books! I typically read a lesfic book every day, but recently I have started and stopped on too many books because I lose interest or it doesn't feel believable which is hugely disappointing. However these two books kept getting better. The growth, the banter, the spice was perfection. Looking forward to more from this author! Thank you C.W. Elliot or whoever you are!

6/5

When It All Comes Undone is the perfect continuation of Part One. The chemistry between Lenora and Sol is splendidly written. I actually love this one more than the first book—it’s even smoother... if that’s possible. The dialogues are simply hilarious, and I absolutely love the domesticity between Lenora and Sol. The way their relationship grows slowly is just beautiful. And Ben... he’s absolutely adorable.

I simply love the entire series.

There is a court case going on in this book, a very important one. But the budding romance between Sol and Lenora is the main focus. Lenora is complicated, driven, and stubborn Sol is smart, complicated, persistent, and patient. I’m not sure how she puts up with some of the stuff Lenora pulls, but she does. And that leads to some very, very hot sex.

This is book 2 in a series and Tangled Threads must be read first for this book to make any sense.

DEVOURED this book in one day! I couldn’t put it down. The push and pull, the teasing, the chemistry , just everything between Lenora and Sol is soo sooo good.

I love how powerful and confident Lenora is in her abilities. And Sol matches her perfect in communication and confidence. Their relationship feels real and mature.

A strong recommend

This was EXCEPTIONAL! I waited bated breath for the second book and I can finally exhale! I loved the MCs chemistry, banter, dynamic literally all of it. Will most definitely add this series to my physical library

The epilogue being in Sol’s pov was a nice little surprise!

Would be nice for a little novella book 3 the epilogue gave that feel that we aren’t quite done yet!

The second part of this duology is even better than the first part. Lenora and Sol relationship blossoms, with all the inner turmoil of Lenora being explained. The spice is definitely spicing, tons of fluff and the Vanguard intrigue reach is peak. And Ben is the perfect kid anyone could ask for. Two of my fav books ever by this author

Wow! Fabulous Love Story & Courtroom Drama

Two strong women, one older and in charge of a successful law firm and the other a younger attorney of super intellect, are drawn to each other. An important and dangerous case threatens both women. This is an excellent novel with a happy ending.

I don’t write Reviews however

Dialogue was great and kept my interest even interfering with current crocheting obsession. Please fix the change in pronouns when the doctor was dealing with the hand and it’s hard to put your hands together behind your back when one is in a cast.
Outside of that, both books were good. Thank you
