An exceptional creature feature!
Dire Wolves, book 1 in the Wolves Of The Second Dawn series, brings us to mysterious disappearances, unprecedented animal activity, and deaths of livestock on Washington's Olympic Peninsula. A research facility happens to be at the center of everything, both physically and in the plot. This book goes one step beyond the average horror novel with the inclusion of sci-fi elements. This is the best 'dire wolf' book I've read, and I read just about all of them. Overall, 5/5 stars, highly, highly recommended for fans of creature horror and good horror in general!

The book needs serious editing. The ending is just plain terrible. The story in the writing is pretty good. There are parts of the editor needs to look at and correct. But the ending pathetic.
