A fascinating read that complicates, humanises and challenges stereotypes of sex workers. It was really interesting to read about all the educational and activist efforts. The oral history quotes were the highlight for me.

An excellent, interesting book. I now understand the timeline of different sex work legislation in Aotearoa New Zealand and the personal stories helped me better empathise with what sex workers experienced during those changes.
I really enjoyed this and would highly recommend it.
