Really useful insight into time management, including:

Organizing your day to get the tasks you don't want to do over first (i.e. the wound dressing, a new IV start, etc)

Organizing notes to include: information for hand-off, things to research on your own time, meds to look up before administration, resources for pt teaching, positive things that happened during the day

Schedule teaching and interventions later in the am/day to allow for family/support mechanisms to witness and be able to take information home

Excellent book giving an overview of the stages of becoming a nurse- from deciding to become one, to selecting a school & what to expect, finding a job, and your first year as a nurse. This book helped me decide how to pursue my degree & got me more excited to complete this journey if possible. I recommend this most highly!
