Judah Lamb has done it again—Holy Fire grabbed me from the very first page and didn’t let go. Landon Walker is exactly the kind of hero I live for: brave, sharp, and stubborn enough to take on an ancient cult bent on starting the Apocalypse. This book isn’t just suspense—it’s a rollercoaster of faith, danger, and high-stakes action that kept my heart racing the entire time.
I loved the way Lamb blends the spiritual with the tangible threat of a cult so powerful it could actually make you question reality. Every prophecy, every ominous sign, every moment with Landon and his angel companion had me on edge—checking my surroundings, flipping pages, and holding my breath. The tension is relentless, the stakes are huge, and the fight between good and evil never felt so immediate.
What really hooked me is how grounded Landon’s faith is, even in the middle of chaos. He’s the kind of hero who doesn’t just fight external battles—he wrestles with inner ones too, and that depth makes him impossible not to root for. The pacing is perfect, the action is crisp, and the suspense keeps building until the very last chapter.
⭐ 5 stars. Dark, thrilling, and impossible to put down—Holy Fire is a must-read for fans of Christian suspense, high-stakes prophecy, and heroes who fight with heart and courage.

I relished diving into the next edition of this series, I hung on to every word, following horrific events of previous book, as Landon, Sarah, Zacharias and Father Sciplini breathe a sigh of relief, their faith, overcame the distaster that could have been. But....Rapture theology is doing it's rounds, destructively, and Landon is once more in the centre of things. I enjoyed the characters immensely, their growth, both personal and spiritual, unfolding with each page. Landon, Sarah, Vanessa, as well as Father Sciplini and Zacharias have forged a bond, a beautiful found family.
Doomsday conspiracy is in full swing at the university, mainly thanks to Nicholas Langley, who is ploughing fear, doom and destruction in anyone who will listen. So many of the students, having just survived the demon possessions, are ripe for his misconstrued preaching, and it's leaving a toll of fear in it's wake. Landon, Sarah, Zacharias and Father Sciplini see the harm it's doing but, "The human desire for certainty in uncertain times is powerful.” resonates, loudly. And Vanessa, recently being "liberated" of her possession, is angry. Angry enough to play a prank, a cruel prank actually, which no one could deter her from. The results of which, had far reaching consequences. As Father Sciplini said,
“Truth must be advanced with love, not cruelty.” Except, the truth, when it does come out, is one riddled with holes, ammunition by someone else's hand.

Oh gosh, where this author took the story, how he twisted it, and upped the stakes was a head spin! As always, Judah Lamb presents an provocative, thought provoking read. He throws in theology, he adds mystery, he adds soul to the plot and the characters. The truth in this statement cannot be denied, “Truth must be advanced with love, not cruelty.” Most importantly, one must remember, God is not a vengeful god" as some feel fit to believe. God is love, God gives of His love freely. God is mercy. The truth might set people free, but first they had to want freedom more than they wanted the strange comfort of fear. This is hardly a purely Christian fantasy, this is about conspiracies, about certain agendas, about manipulation, wielding the word of God as a weapon and a group of unlikely allies who resonate with truth, with love, with values. Immersive, exciting, thrilling, a touch of danger, angels, demons and an awesome cast to boot!

Holly Fire is the sixth book in The Unfallen Series Landon Walker Thrillers by Judah Lamb. This series continues to improve with every installment. I’m not entirely sure how that’s possible, but it truly is. The more you delve into this series, the more you crave to continue. Each book holds its own distinctiveness. I eagerly anticipate discovering more about Landon Walker in the future tales within The Unfallen Series.

In Holly Fire, Landon and Sarah are focused on sharing the truth through love rather than fear, in contrast to college student Nickolas. Landon and Sarah don’t aim to impose their views on others; instead, they wish to assist individuals in forming their own beliefs.

I appreciated Father Sciplini’s advice to Vanessa when he discussed what she could have done to aid Nickolas instead of playing a prank on him. Pranks can have repercussions that linger in unexpected ways. He remarked, “But seeds planted with love have a better chance of taking root than those scattered in anger.” I resonate deeply with this sentiment, having held this belief long before encountering it here.

Applying this approach could be beneficial in various situations. Planting ideas in someone’s mind may not yield immediate results, but tomorrow may present a different outcome. Hopefully, your words will linger in their thoughts, guiding them toward their own understanding of the truth. Ideally, your words will help them feel uplifted and view things from a new perspective.

I wholeheartedly recommend picking up a copy of Holly Fire, as it would make a wonderful addition to any collection.

"Holy Fire" is the sixth installment in The Unfallen Series: Landon Walker Thrillers, authored by Judah Lamb. Remarkably, this series continues to enhance its appeal with each new release, leaving readers eager for more.

The narrative journey in this book is both exhilarating and unpredictable, as the author skillfully escalates the stakes and intricately weaves the plot. As always, Judah Lamb delivers a thought-provoking and engaging read, intertwining theology, mystery, and depth within both the storyline and its characters. The assertion that “Truth must be advanced with love, not cruelty” resonates powerfully throughout the narrative. It is crucial to remember that God is not a vengeful deity, as some may perceive; rather, God embodies love, mercy, and grace. While truth can liberate individuals, it requires a desire for freedom that often surpasses the allure of fear.
This work transcends the boundaries of a purely Christian fantasy, delving into themes of conspiracy, hidden agendas, manipulation, and the misuse of divine teachings as weapons. It introduces a diverse cast of unlikely allies who embody truth, love, and strong values. The reading experience is immersive, thrilling, and filled with elements of danger, including angels, demons, and a remarkable ensemble of characters.

Each book in the series possesses its own unique qualities, and I eagerly anticipate further revelations about Landon Walker in future installments of The Unfallen Series.

This 6th suspense filled christian thriller is a real must read, as in this book Langdon, Sarah and their friends are tested to their limits. Another group of students is preaching the end of times approach, and fear is ramping up on campus causing great worry to Landon's group, the truth seekers. They try to use debate to defuse the situation, however soon realise that there is no reasoning with fanatics, and they start to fear there might be more behind Nicholas the mouthpiece being used. Demons are relentless, and it seems they plan far ahead, down to the last detail, and are ready to re-use people like Landon and Vanessa who had already been cleansed through exorcism. The plan being hatched is truly diabolical, and many people stand to lose their lives if the plan succeeds. However will our group of young students be able to stop an event planned on the other side of the world in so short a time? They never waiver in their faith, and believe that though the devil may plan, God's plan always supercedes those of the dark side, and it is this faith which pulls them through. This book is full of nerve wrecking moments, as well as very trusting moments which believers will really enjoy reading about.

Received as an ARC, I am leaving my honest review. Shortly after reading the first few chapters I became totally immersed into the plot and the suspense filled storyline. The more I read, the deeper the pull until I could not put it down. Beautifully written, gripping, with tension filled moments that were breath holding at first, then as everything played out it had me really thinking hard about what the scriptures really mean. The destructive elements of the demons plotting to use Nicholas as their catalyst for their own agenda really drove home the need to remain vigilant in my faith and to beware of false prophecy. I absolutely loved the epic ending that had me cheering as I teared up in happiness. I am so looking forward to the next story!

Holy Fire: A Christian Supernatural Thriller and Suspense Novel (The Unfallen Series (Landon Walker Thrillers) Book 6), my eighty-third read from author Theophilus Monroe, the sixth under his nom-de-plume Judah Lamb. Incredible and gripping from the first pages, the series takes a shocking turn, another well written & enjoyable read, 442-pages but reads longer due to the depth ot the writing. I was given a complementary Kindle copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. I look forward to reading the next book in the series, Soul Siege: A Christian Thriller and Supernatural Suspense Novel (The Unfallen Series (Landon Walker Thrillers) Book 7), when it's released next month, it's already on my TBR list. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Landon, Sarah, Zacharias, Father Sciplini and Vanessa hear about a student called Nicholas Lindsey who is pushing the end of times stuff and questions are being asked about it in their Truth Seekers ministry. When Nicholas has a meeting Landon and Sarah attend and realise he is making world events fit prophecies and frightening some of the students. Landon tries to talk to him, but he wont listen. As things worsen it appears there are demonic undertones at work. Then Nicholas disappears..where has he gone and for what reason.
Great book, plenty of action and intrigue. Well worth reading.

In Holy Fire, the Truth Seekers are faced with a new faith threat—an inspired student preaching of the rapture. But is he a fervent young man, solid in his beliefs, or another tool of evil? And can Landon, Sarah, and Vanessa challenge this new barrier to their teachings without losing their love and faith?
Inspiring and educational. Judah's faith-based debates show differing teleological ideas without shaming narratives the author does not believe. Great characters and informational – it calls you to challenge and consider your own beliefs.

The author has painted a picture of what an ecumenical movement can look like. Personally, I think that the hardest part of this story is less the resisting of demonic influence and more the loving respectful disagreement between passionate believers. This was thrilling and touching and uplifting and painful in equal measure; this is not a novel to be read lightly.

Nicholas believes in God and is preaching about the end times. He is misunderstanding some of the revelations he is receiving. Unknowingly being influenced by evil. Landon and Sarah and the truth seekers are trying to open his eyes to the truth. Can they help him in time before he is lost forever? Will others be able to survive or will the loss of many people be in the future?.

Important lessons on what's really important with end times. Written in a story fashion. Like able characters who are not perfect. Teaching lessons on humility, approaching division with love, living your faith (prayer and relying on God) . Always like authors notes in the end explaining his theology related to book.

Does include darker themes like a possible terrorist and demons ..but fairly clean.

Vanessa becomes a valued member of the team of Landon, Sarah, Zacharias, and Father Sciplini. They learn of a fairly new student, Nicholas Lindsey, who is leading an "End Times Study Group", with the idea that he is supposed to help bring about the rapture and end times. How much trouble can he cause on one college campus? Well,...

another inspiration

I found myself copying pages with information I wanted to go back to and read—to ponder. I began looking at my own beliefs in a different perspective. I have rethought some of my interpretations and seen them in a new light-not a new truth, but a new perspective.
