Brilliant minds come together & made this a mind blowing experience! It was amazing how these authors were able to take ONE story and completely revamp the ending, giving the readers different experiences of how Cherice’s story would play out. I truly feel as though I read 7 different books. Several omg, wtf, jaw dropping, and “dis tew much” moments! These ladies took Six Days in Seven Ways, and gave it new meaning. Highly recommend! 👏🏾👏🏾

This was such a fun and unique read! I loved exploring all the different possible outcomes, each one more unhinged than the last. While I wish the plot had a bit more depth in some areas, I get that the open ended style was part of the experience, leaving plenty to uncover with each alternate ending.

Real Fun Read

I really enjoyed this book! So many outcomes and twist and turns! It's like a thriller/mystery readers happy place lol. I felt a little nostalgic reading because I remember reading the choose your path books as a kid flipping to different endings and finding the one you like best. Some of the authors I'm reading for the first time and I will definitely be looking into their catalog of work. Overall great job and I would recommend this book.

Seven authors begin with the same narrative spark—a single shared starting point—and each reshapes it through their unique voice, perspective, and style. The result is seven divergent paths, each story evolving in its own direction, reflecting the distinct creative vision of its writer while echoing a common origin. BRILLIANT.

The story kicks off with a bang, plunging the reader into a whirlwind of emotions, fear, and action. The action continues through the story with many twists and turns, turns, and unexpected moments. Each author’s narrative definitely takes a different turn and provides interesting insights and endings.

The butler did it!

The authors kept the mystery going and it really could have been anyone who did the deed. But what I like was that the hubby was never really considered. Cherice had her secrets and a bunch of haters who were envious and jealous. People certainly wore their masks because it shows how unhinged people are and can become. One thing about it, the different endings show that you can't never say what people won't do because this story proves that they'll do anything to have their way. It is my first time reading these authors' work and I enjoyed it. It's different and unique seeing different povs and ending. Mystery and suspense remain throughout. So, with all of these questionable suspects, Ima just say the butler did it, even though a butler is not even included in the story. Lol

So Creative and Crazy!

So this is not your typical book. It’s multiple unhinged authors who all have their own twisted endings to one main story. I never even heard of any other book that’s like this, so I was so interested from the beginning. Every ending was different from the last and it’s hard to just pick a favorite. It’s a great read for those who have ever read a story and was like hmmm, I wonder what would’ve happened if ‘this’ happened instead. So creative!

Alright ladies! Ya'll did that! 🔥 I was quickly pulled down the rabbit hole after the first couple of pages. What the hell happened to Cherice? The first ending was pretty mild, then they got continually darker, I couldn't stop reading! 🤷🏿‍♀️ Each one was so unique with a twist I wasn't expecting. Really enjoyed this! 👍🏿👍🏿

📚 Book Review: Vanished by Kaylynn Hunt & the Plot Twist Posse
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — because my jaw is STILL on the floor.

So boom—Cherice Meriwether, wife, mama, and mystery magnet, vanishes into thin air. The group chat is in shambles. The police are confused. Her family is spiraling. And me? I’m clutching this book like it owes me money.

For five days, the story unfolds in all its messy, twisty glory. But then day six shows up like Beyoncé at an open mic—seven authors, seven endings, and not one of them came to play. Each version serves a whole new plate of drama: Is Cherice a victim? A scammer? An avenger? A ghost? Sis might be all of the above depending on the chapter.

It’s like watching seven true crime documentaries at once, and every single one swears they know the real tea. Spoiler alert: they don’t. But you’ll love every second of trying to figure it out.

💅🏾 Read it once, question everything.
🔁 Read it again, question yourself.
🎭 Who is Cherice Meriwether? Depends on who you ask—and how shady they are.

One Story, Different Endings

Vanished: Six Days in Seven Ways is an interesting experiment that lets multiple authors explore the same mystery through different endings, and that creativity is easily the book’s strongest feature. Each version feels like an opportunity for an author to put their own spin on the story, highlighting different themes, clues, and emotional beats. The ending where Cherice wasn’t dead especially stood out to me, as it leaned more into character and aftermath rather than relying on shock value.

While not every ending fully connected all the dots, I appreciated how the variations encouraged me to think about the story from multiple angles. Some clues and elements felt underdeveloped depending on the day, but overall, the book succeeds as a creative experiment. It may not be perfectly cohesive, but it offers an interesting way to see how the same mystery can be reimagined in distinct and thoughtful ways.

Vanished: Six Days in Seven Ways had me on edge the whole time. Cherice’s disappearance pulled me right in, and watching her family, friends, and the authorities scramble for answers felt so real and so heavy.

What I loved most was the way seven different authors gave their own version of the sixth day. Each ending made me question everything I thought I knew about Cherice. Was she a victim, a villain, or a survivor? Depending on whose perspective you lean into, the answer shifts in ways that will stay with you long after the last page.

This is more than just a mystery it’s a layered, haunting experience that keeps you turning pages and then replaying them in your head.
