If Cleo isn't writing (or reading!) erotica, she's probably sitting on her balcony, watching the wind blow through the trees. She loves snowstorms, horses, and piña coladas. If she won the lottery, she would hire an assistant to take care of the technical side of e-publishing so that she could write all day.

Some random facts about Cleo:
1. Thinks life's too short to forgo HEAs and HFNs.
2. Sprained an ankle joining the mile-high club. (Never again!)
3. Favorite writers include Cormac McCarthy, Junot Diaz and Rachel Caine.
4. Gets weak-kneed for bookish guys who know how to fix things with their hands. *swoons*

Well, this was interesting. And a cliffhanger. Which I didn't know about and as we all know cliffhangers suck!

I picked this up because I've never read about shark shifters and I have to say it made a nice change. The prologue grips you and the plot makes you want to know more. For an erotic romance it had an actual plot and the couple didn't get "busy" until after the 55% mark.

You expect Koenraad to be more like:
description
But instead he is more:
description

Maybe not exactly that but he's not a ruthless opportunist. He has a tragic backstory you want to see resolved and he patrols the ocean where he lives to help animals and humans alike.

Why I didn't rate it higher? Maybe it was because I was expecting a resolution and got the cliffy but it felt dragged out in places. And though there is chemistry between Koenraad and Monroe I didn't feel it strongly, if that makes sense. I didn't warm up to Monroe in general, she felt a bit wishy-washy. She accepted the shifer issue with no questions asked, no discussion. I would've been firing so many questions at the guy he'd lose track in 3 seconds. She mentions she's surprised at her self for accepting it all so easy but it just wasn't convincing for me.

Other shifters are mentioned like lupine and dolphin but you don't get much details about them. I wanted to know more about the sharks hierarchy and how they all operate.

I am definitely reading the next one as I need to know what is happening! If you love PNR and shifters I'd recommend giving this one a try. Even if you end up not liking it you can at least say you read a shark shifter book.

3 to 3.5★

At first I was doubtful about this. I mean, shark shapeshifter! I haven’t encountered one yet, a dolphin, a seal, yes. But shark? Hell, they eat people! So okay, here goes the adventure.

So, first of all, so that you might not be blindsided like me, this is a cliffhanger, one I haven’t realized after I have finished reading and frankly, that’s quite a frustration. I haven’t gotten over it, actually. Until now. I mean, argh!

But, well, it was a slow build to something I want to explore. Koenraad has secrets that adds to the mystery of the sick they are investigating. And, more to it is that why he is not affected. Also, there was eating people of course, but eating that is, you know, eating. LOL

I guess, what I’ve liked was the animalistic and predator side of Koenraad. He is the defining point of what I've liked in here and the secrets that I want to explore. Monroe? Well, not so much.

This book is free, and thank god for it as it's a serial and it ends midaction :/. I believe it should have a warning otherwise it's cheating.

At this point I don't know if all the other books are part of the serial or just the second. Stay clear.

Surprisingly good freebie. This was a hot little novella about a shark shifter.

I was curious if I would find the guy in any way hot, as I do not like sharks at all. I am afraid of them, and I do not like to watch them or would ever go into any body of water where there could be sharks...

What I liked here was, that the shark shifter was kind of alien. He was not simply a human with somehing more tagged onto him.

The love interest was not a model beauty, but a normal woman.

And it was hot.

Only downside: there was no real story. It read more like the first third of a book than a novella with beginning, middle and end.

Not sure if my interest is strong enough to check out the rest of the series.

This is not a novel. It's barely a novella. There's no completed story arc once the beginning and conflict is set up; the story is lacking a proper climax (well, there are climaxes, but of a different sort; more on that later). The story began, set up a mystery, then set up another mystery, began to explore them, then the book ended with no clear resolution. Even if you set up an over-arcing storyline to a series of books, in each individual book there's always a smaller mystery that gets explored and resolved by the end of each book. That didn't happen here. The book didn't end on a cliffhanger, the book ended on action which should've been picked up in the next chapter. On the next page. At least one of the mysteries Peitsche set up in her story should've been resolved, possibly the one about Koenraad's son, something that could've been done in about four more chapters to judge by her pacing.

The overall story idea is interesting, the sex scenes... okay, they were hot. And probably the most well-done parts of the story; how Koenraad responds to women in general and Monroe in particular, the way they made love, the way Koenraad feels the need to bite Monroe during sex (which mimics exactly the mating habits of sharks, especially Great Whites), and even the details of his, um, dingle-dangle, they were all extremely creative. Not to mention the writing itself - the technique, grammar, spelling, dialogue - was pretty good. It's a shame that kind of creativity was let down by a lackluster plot and poor story planning.

As far as reading the second "novel" I sincerely doubt I will. Frankly, the only reason I picked up this title was because it was free. If I'd paid money for what I'd received, I'd have been mightily pissed off. And while it was fun to read the sex scenes, I'm not invested enough in any of the characters to discover what happens to them in the following "novels."

But I read it. So take that, faerie!

I've read a fair amount of erotica in my life, and a very large portion of those titles contain shifters that are either some sort of jungle cat or most commonly, a wolf. I tried passing this book by as I looked through titles, but I just couldn't do it. How often does one stumble across a shifter romance where the hunky lead's shifting form is a shark? I thought this would be just what I needed to get out of the wolf-cat shifter romance rut I've been in, and I was largely correct.

I really liked both main characters in this story. Monroe is likable and relatable. She's trying to figure out what she wants out of life and how to get it, and has self-worth issues that I think we all have grappled with at some point or another. She gains her inner strength and decides to take what she wants, and I like that about her. And then there's Koenraad, the hunky shifter previously mentioned. He's rich and protective and alpha and all other things good in the world of romance books. Together they're explosive and I loved reading about them growing together as a couple. The sex scenes are well written, and the rest of the plot is too.

I also really liked the setting. It's very detailed so that the reader feels like they've been whisked off to a beautiful island paradise too. The shark shifting ties into the island's history, and I found this to be a nice touch to the setting and explanation of the significance of Koenraad's abilities.

This was my first experience reading a romance where a shark shifter takes center stage, but oddly enough it really worked for me and I hope that it won't be the last. If Goodreads proves correct, this is a series, and I would definitely read the next book to follow what happens. If you're tired of run of the mill shifter romances, this is a book for you. Thanks to Pouch Productions & Netgalley who provided me with a copy in exchange for my honest review. This review can also be found on my blog, Bitches n Prose.

I have to say this wasn't what i was expecting. I'm used to Bears, Wolfs, lions, and other cat shifters. But a shark is something new and I was pleasantly surprised. I mean it was unique and the story was good. I was dragged in and didn't want to put it down.

Monroe hasn't had much luck in the men department. Here she is now one of the last of her friends to not be married or in the engaged stage. She's happy but sad at the same time. Her ex boyfriend was a jerk and none of her friends liked him.

Now she's on an island for her friends' wedding and the last thing she expected was to meet a guy and fall for him. Koenraad is a millionare shark shifter with responsibilities and a missing son. How does he handle things? not well...until he meets Monroe. he can't get her out of his mind, but what will happen to them with all of his secrets?

Excellent but

This is an excellent book, but I didn't realize it's not a standalone. It ends leaving you hanging. It's definitely a great book and the first I've seen about a shark shifter. I didn't think it would be so good, however I was very wrong. I hate being left hanging though so I'm not sure yet if I'll get the next book. I'd have given 5 stars if it didn't leave me hanging. I was sooo into the book, completely engrossed, enthralled, then it ends in the middle ugh.

It started with all the right elements but a couple of things got in the way. TSTL characters and it ends in a cliffhanger. The H was weak, made excuses and was not very smart. The h was a moaner, she stands up for herself and breaks up with her ex via email, then hooks up with the H. But he gets distracted and she sort of drifts off aimlessly, after a holiday hookup before it becomes a cliffhanger. No, no no.

This was a lot of fun. Much better (like *much* better) than I expected, I mean "shark shifter paranormal romance" - that's about as far out of my reading range as War and Peace.
This didn't take as long to read as War and Peace, and neither did I have to think about it too much!
Monroe (I love the heroine's name) and Koenraad meet on Monroe's vacation to a Carribean Island known in folklore for having shark warriors who protect the island and its people (I'm not quite sure from what). Monroe's on the rebound from an ex who stood her up on an invite to a friend's wedding, and plus, has just told her "she's boring."
And just to help things along, Koenraad is a shark-shifter billionaire with multiple yachts and an ocean mansion paradise. And he's amazeballs in bed.
I really only had one moment in the book with Monroe where I thought, 'no, I don't like that.' This was for her assumption as to why Koenraad hadn't called her and why he stood her up for dinner, after the first time they have mind-blowing sharky sex. I didn't like this slant in her thinking, I mean... 'Come on, Monroe! You're better than that!'
But otherwise, I like this sinister 'contaminant' in the ocean... I think this is described well and it shows this isn't just going to be a book about incredible sexual encounters between a shifter shark and a human. Although, now I mention that, I would have enjoyed that too... except I'm a little worried about the whole shark anatomy discussion. (Ouch!)
I thought the style of writing, and the editing, were both good, and the dialogue sounds real.
The book lost a star for me because of the cliffhanger ending, but given I picked the book up for free, I really can't complain too much.
It was fun reading about shifters other than wolves or bears or cats, and particularly to choose a Great White Shark as a hero... that takes courage from the author.
So well done Ms Peitsche, I will enjoy telling my writing group about your work, as they are into tentacles and megladons (so they tell me).

I saw this book pop up in my feed and I was like hmmmm Sharks! I've never done shark shifters before... So I went over to my scribd and they were ALL available! I have to say this was a very unique and well thought out story. The world building was very natural and I found it didn't repeat itself like some paranormal stories do, and this could've easily fallen in this trap because no one has done shark shifters, or should I say they aren't a popular concept. I'm not sure why how much more Alpha can you get than shark shifters, right? I don't know why more people haven't latched onto this and been like UM YUM! I did have moments where I felt Koenraad was acting a bit out of character and not as Alpha as he should've. I feel like a great white wouldn't hold back so much, in his core he'd been more anti hero than savior. I could get over it. There were some pacing issues in the arc where I didn't know why we were sitting in the heroines head so much and how she had TSTL moments. The book as a whole is not without its flaws. I think the concept was worth the read and I did move straight on to book two. I think the heroine needs to grow a pair and not look a gift horse in the mouth. The author does know how to write her intimate scenes I will say that. Koenraad held true to his Alpha even when trying not to 'go to far' and I was like oh well then...

Probably my least favorite book from all of Cleo Peitsche's works. I was struggling with the romance, the smex wasn't working out, and the plot had me frustrated. Compared to the other works by Peitsche, it's a complete 180.

I must confess that I requested Touching Paradiese because the idea of a wereshark intrigued me. After all the shark is not the animal which comes spontaneously to mind when talking about sexiness and cuddles. But obviously we are wrong, the shark is just much misunderstood.

While she’s on a paradisiacal island for one of her friends’ wedding, Monroe meets an extremely attracting man who succeeds in making her forget her fear of the water. Koenraad is intrigued by the young woman and is going to try and make her extend her stay, even if he knows there’s no future between the both of them.

I found Monroe was a heroine quite realistic and endearing (except for the fact that Monroe for me is a male “werewolf” in Grimm series). At the beginning of the novel she mopes around because before she came she had a fight with her boyfriend who told her she was boring, and she ends up sending him a break-up email. Her interrogations, her desire to get her life together, and her hesitations in front of her attraction for the hero rang true. However I thought she took well the fact Koenraad is a wereshark, I think that would have dampened my enthusiasm lol.

I appreciated Koenraad too, he is an interesting character. I liked how he tries to control himself with Monroe, not to reveal his secrets, even the physical ones, but succumbs little by little to his attraction. I also found he was very respectful even when he is clearly dominant. However, even if there are interesting scenes with the hero in his animal form, I’d have like to know more about his past and his species.

That’s what bothered me in Touching Paradise. The author introduce a were species not yet tried, but I thought that finally we have information sparingly about the weresharks, although she creates an islanders’ folklore about them. However some points only mentioned in passing are intriguing, like the dangerousness of Koenraad’s semen for a non were, or the story about his missing son, and it’s somewhat sad that it’s not more developed.

There’s a plot with a poisoning of the water on which Koenraad and his fellow creatures must investigate. I was sure we wouldn’t have the solution in this volume, and I was right. However the couple’s story ends abruptly: no declaration, no forever, a novel end that looks like a chapter end. At first frustrated, I learn after that the author writes novels with episodes. In a way it’s just as well, they’ve only known each other for two or three days in the end of Touching Paradise, I would have complained if there were big declarations so fast.

In spite of those negative points, this novel is a good beginning for the series, and I salute the originality of the creature. And even if generally I’m not fond of novels with episodes, I’m going to read the next one, which was published this month.

When this book showed up on Netgalley I could not hit “request” quickly enough. Who could resist the idea of a shark shifter? I was so curious to see how this was handled, after all sharks aren’t exactly what one would think of as the cuddliest sort of animal. I have to say though, the book definitely exceeded my hopes and expectations.

My first impression of our heroine Monroe is that she is lonely, despite being surrounded by friends. She is smart, and a bit shy, but curious and fairly open to trying new things. Because of these traits, and despite having something of an ocean phobia, she allows her friends to talk her into a snorkeling trip, and that is where the story really begins.

Our hero Koenraad is undeniably alpha, but in a subtle sort of way. His gentle, nurturing demeanor is a nice contrast to the general public’s perception of his animal. In his first encounter with Monroe—in shark form—he accidentally scares her. Feeling terrible about her reaction, he takes it upon himself to temper her fright by showing her all of the beauty of his ocean.

The book has quite a bit of intrigue. We start off with a prologue, wherein Koenraad’s six year old son had shifted and disappeared into the ocean. As the story truly begins—two years later—Koenraad is still searching for his child while also working to patrolling his section of ocean. Along with the disappearance, and the romance aspects, there is also the issue of the child’s mother (who is the very definition of the word manipulative), and an unknown toxic substance wreaking havoc in the waters.

I must mention the book has a very abrupt cliffhanger ending. I did not realize that this was part of a series or serial, so when I got to 85% and nothing was resolved, I was worried that the ending was going to be terrible and rushed. There was just no way all of the loose ends could be tied up in that amount of pages. Now though, I am sort of torn about this issue. While I really loathe being blindsided by cliffhanger endings, had I known what this was ahead of time, I might have passed on it. And that would be sad because even though the story is yet to be finished, the characters and plot are still incredibly intriguing and engaging. Suffice it to say, even if you hate cliffhangers, this one might well be worth picking up anyway. I know I certainly can’t wait to find out what happens next.

For the sake of full disclosure it must be stated that I received this book, free of charge, from Netgalley.

Wow -- I have to say that I wasn't expecting such an addictive and sizzling hot book when I picked this one up. Shark shifters? I'm open to new things, but wasn't really expecting such a fun and well written little book. As someone who usually doesn't have trouble hopping from book to book, I can't stop thinking about finding the next book in this series. It has definitely made me into an addict for shark sifter romance.

This story begins with a heartbroken shifter, Koenraad (you get used to it), who is throwing his money into finding his missing child. There's some drama there, that I'm sure we'll find out more about, but it sets the scene for things to come. Later, Monroe ends up on the same island, in the mood to shake up her boring and less than satisfying life. For a woman afraid of the water, a snorkeling trip seems like just the thing. Things don't appear to be shaping up for her when the boat breaks down, until Koenraad swoops in to save the day.

The romance and sexual chemistry between these two is off the charts. I couldn't put this book down once I started reading because I *had* to know what happened next for this pair. As a longtime paranormal romance reader, it takes a lot to get me hooked, and this series has definitely done it (and then some). I'm absolutely dying for the next installment and cannot wait to see where Koenraad and Monroe end up!

I was a little skeptical about Touching Paradise since sharks don't exactly give off warm fuzzy feelings, but this was pretty entertaining.

Monroe is on a tropical island for a friend's wedding when she meets Koenraad on a snorkeling trip gone awry. Koenraad had been casually swimming by the boat, investigating something in the water that didn't feel right, when he sees Monroe. Attracted and curious Koenraad decides to pursue Monroe while also juggling an increasingly problematic issue with the water.

I really enjoyed the way Peitsche chose to portray Koenraad. He was probably the most well developed character in the story and easily held my attention. Also, the shark shifter mythology Peitsche is building here is pretty interesting. I look forward to seeing it develop further as the series progresses.

I wish I could say more about this novella but "Touching Paradise" is only Act 1 of the story. So this serves as an introduction to the main characters and primary plot, before ending on a cliff-hanger. Cliff-hangers aren't normally my cup of tea, but the story had reached a nice stopping point so I didn't mind it too much. I look forward to reading the rest of the series and watching how things between Koenraad and Monroe continue to develop.

Touching Paradise by Cleo Peitsche is an interesting read. I’ve read lot of paranormal, but not a shark shifter and am taken in with this story.

Koenraad is a billionaire manning the waters of his island. Human by day as a respectable businessman and a shark by night patrolling the evil infested waters, searching for his lost son, he is a man tormented with past betrayal and pain. Fate brings Monroe into his world and he cannot seem to get over her.

Monroe is on vacation attending a friend’s wedding and trying to get over a broken relationship. Despite the beauty of the island, she is terrified of the water and a not a swimmer. But one look at Koenraad and she yearns for his touch and company.

As Koenraad and Monroe spend time with each other, his identity is revealed yet Monroe seems to be falling head-over-heals in love with the handsome and sexy predator. As they explore the passion between sheets, someone is making the ocean sick and harming the life within its depths, and it is up to Koenraad to get to the bottom of the danger and end it. And also figure out if there is a future for both of them.

It’s definitely a fascinating story, and does not end here. Touching Paradise is not a standalone, and there are subsequent books to follow. Cleo Peitsche definitely worth a second and a third read. I’m looking forward to reading the continuation of this story.

I snagged Touching Paradise because it was a freebie, and I've been trying to find some not the norm type of shifter books. This one, as you can tell by the cover is a shark shifter novella. Can't say I've been introduced to that type of shifter before so I knew I had to snag it. *plays Jaws music*

Monroe is a woman visiting a beach paradise for her friend's wedding. She's a bit sad though due to her boyfriend bailing on attending the wedding with her and in the fight that ensued he said some pretty harsh things, such as calling her boring. That's definitely not the type of guy I'd want to be in a relationship with, so I was hoping Monroe would cut loose the guy and have some fun on her adventure.

Koenraad is a billionaire shark shifter that is looking for his missing child. When he sees a local scuba/snorkeling tourist boat broken down in the middle of the ocean, he goes to investigate. This is when he spots a pretty lady in a bikini and decides to lend a hand. The two hit it off and some fun time ensues. I'm not going to get that into the story since it is a pretty short novella. I found the story kind of lacking, though I think that's partially my fault since I wanted a novel length story. That being said I'd definitely read the next book to see what would happen. If you're looking for a sexy shark shifter novella look no further.

First off the guy's profile on the cover reminded me of Joseph Morgan you know Klaus from 'The Vampire Diaries' and 'The Originals', so the cover totally caught my eye and made me want to read the book. While reading this book there were times I found myself wondering, are their issues going to get resolved and the answer is no, because we are left with a big ole' cliffhanger with issues still up in the air. There is no question on whether or not Koenraad is attracted to Monroe we already know the answer is yes, "he marveled a moment at the small of her back and how it gracefully gave way to the perfect round globes of her a**. His c*** appreciated it, too. Now, that wouldn't do...If she turned her head, she'd have an excellent view of his growing erection." When our boy is with Monroe his animal really wants to take control, "biting. He wanted to bite her. To mar her skin with his lust. Every shark shifter who ever saw her would know that she was mated and claimed." To me this was an alright story, it provides a good background for Koenraad and Monroe but it's killing me not having questions answered.

OK, when I read the blurb about a alpha billionaire shark shape shifter, of course I rolled my eyes. But I read this story for a book challenge and when I got to the end all I could say was NOOOOOOO! It can't end here! So, first of all - this is a cliffhanger. The next installment is out, but I believe this is a serial so, read at your own frustrating risk!

Koenraad is a big, gorgeous, wealthy guy who happens to be a shark! He works in security for the shark shifter community, which is declining. And he's been searching for the past five years for his son, Brady, who is a shark that never learned to shift back to human form. He meets Monroe when the boat she's on for her snorkeling adventure conks out. Monroe is on the island for a friend's wedding, and is feeling lonely after her boyfriend cancelled on her at the last minute and, when they fought about it, told her she was boring. She's afraid of the water, but in her quest to open her horizons she ends up in the middle of the ocean and meets Koenraad. They end up spending time together and.... well, you'll have to read it to find out more. There is actually an interesting story line here, the characters are interesting and the sex is hawt! Great read!

I admit I have a problem with unusual shifter stories. I'll pick up anything if it's an odd shifter character (not a wolf, big cat, etc). Often times it doesn't work out for me but I can't seem to stop myself. When I saw shark shifter I couldn't say no. I was so pleased that this was a good story. I really enjoyed it. Koenraad is a great white shark shifter who patrols the waters around a Caribbean island. Monroe is visiting the island for the wedding of a friend. She is coming out of a bad relationship and not sure why she can't seem to find the right guy for herself. Koenraad has some personal problems of his own which have him distressed. The two meet when her snorkling trip goes awry. I thought this story was well done and I enjoyed it a lot. The two characters were entertaining and I liked them both. She was just an every day woman and he was alpha without being over the top. The plot was unique and the sex scenes were hot. Really hot. I will definately be reading more of this series.

I came across this book in a freebie thread and I thought how would that work I mean a shark shifter so I was curious and I have read this author before. This was a very good book its the first book in a new series. Koenraad who is mourning the lost of his only son he is rich, sexy and a shark shifter. Monroe is attending a friends wedding at a beachfront resort after being told by her boyfriend that she is boring but hot. Monroe decides to try adventure and she meets Koenraad in the ocean and sparks fly she knows that it is something different about him. This was a really good surprise I didn't think I would like it I mean the shark thing, but I liked it so much that I have already bought book two. This book was really well written and I am looking forward to reading the next book to find out if these two stand a chance at love. With the problems Koenraad is having at work and his ex Victoria and Monroe's ex Thomas coming to the island to cause trouble for these two. I can't wait to read about it.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I absolutely loved Touching Paradise. It started a little slow but when it picked up, it was full steam ahead. Monroe was a little annoying but that was due to her self doubts caused by her no good boyfriend Thomas. It's Monroe's self doubts that lead her to Koenraad. Koenraad has secrets but let's his attraction to Monroe distract him from protecting his biggest secret - he's a shark shifter. Not only is he a shifter but all alpha. Thanks to Koenraad, Monroe experienced several swoon worthy moments and was able to let her inhibitions loose. The chemistry between these two was sizzlingly hot.

In addition to the romance between Monroe and Koenraad, Touching Paradise also has a couple of intriguing mysteries. I was saddened that the mystery involving Brady wasn't solved in this book. I'm hoping that it will be resolved in the next book, Master of the Deep.

Touching Paradise was the first book I've read by Ms. Peitsche, but it won't be the last.

Wow!! I have to admit, this book left me wishing shark shifters were real!!! Can not wait until i read book two!!! It starts off with the main character Keonnard who's a gorgeously sexy hot tall beautiful shark shapeshiter whom patrolled the ocean perimeter of a small Caribbean island. He meets Monroe who's a New Yorker vacationing on the island and who's also, conveniently, terrified of swimming in the ocean. Like all love stories, they "click" with each other; but it's different..a good scary different especially since Keonnard is a shark shifter. The book ends,

I enjoyed Peitsche's humor in this book. All the characters had a bright playful personality making me feel happy and relaxed. The description of the island and the boats where inviting and placed great pictures in mind. I can't wait to read the second book.

What a pleasant surprise. I was quickly drawn into the story and disappointed when it came to an end. Koenraad, a shark shifter, spends his time patrolling the ocean, searching for a missing family member and . He's drawn to Monroe and coaxes her to enjoy snorkeling despite her terror at being in open water. Their relationship quickly heats up and he's disappointed when he's called away to investigate a problem at another location. The sex scenes were well written, with slight elements of dominance/submission.

Warning: This is definitely the first in a serial. There are a lot of unanswered questions and open plot threads. I wouldn't start this if you are not interested in reading a continuing story. As for me, I'm very tempted to go ahead and buy the next two installments right away.

2.5 stars

As most of us, I am used to other kind of shifters (felines, wolves, bears...), so when I read the blurb for this book I was intrigued how different sharks would be. However, after the first book there is not much I can tell you. This book can't be read as a stand-alone, not only because there is no ending to the romance or the mystery, but also because we don't even get to really know the characters, the shifter world...

I liked the h/H, although I lost some respect for the heroine in the last part of the book. They meet, spend less than 24 hours together and the hero cancels dinner and breakfast with her (for which he had pretty good reasons). Is our heroine mad? Disappointed? No, she is blaming herself because he probably didn't come back because he didn't get a BJ. Seriously?

However, the mystery with and wanting to know more about the hero's son make it interesting enough that I will probably go back for the 2nd book.

SHARK dangerous? Hell no just freaking HOT!!!

I was so excited to hear Cleo was doing a SHARK shifter story and couldn't wait for it to come out. It took me only 1 day to read it and fall in love with the characters. I loved every bit of the story from Koenarrd holding and breathing into Monroe while under water. To what I know in my heart was Monroe meeting Koenarrd's son on his beach. But the hardest part is now I have to wait for book 2. This was a fantastic story that any shifter fan will enjoy. There is action, love, humor, sex, passion, doubt, mystery, and much much more. so enjoy!
