Dwayne has had a crush on Denise since high school, Denise was with Chris but now that they are not together he still can’t tell how he feels as he does not want to lose her as a friend.

When they go to a wedding for their friends Lana and Greg after his accident they decide to get married, and both Dwayne and Denise are part of the wedding.

Dwayne cant keep in his feeling anymore and asks Denise out on
Date, Denise says yes and Dwayne wants to give the best date ever,
Dwayne tells Denise he is in love with her.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It moves along at a pace that makes for an easy and enjoyable read, one in which you have a difficult time putting it down. The characters seem so real that you feel as though you are there with them and no matter what happens you want to see them overcome everything that may be in there way. This is a must read book that needs to be on your TBR list, no doubt about it.

I have come to love these little Novellas from Ireland Lorelei. She has me invested in every single couple and I’m so happy to see that the majority of the books that I have read from her have ended in the happily ever after! I don’t normally read a second chance romances, but I have loved every book of hers!

This short story is Dwayne and Denise's. They've always loved each other, problem is they never told each other. They were worried about ruining their friendship so they kept quiet. Now they have the chance after all these years to get things right.
