This is a great book of encouragement for believers to let God's glory be released in healing. Practical, Biblical guide to the calling of every believer and who God is. If you want God to use you to heal, read this book!
A very inspiring testimony from an expert in minister in healing in the name of Jesus. He listens for and receives prophetic words from the Holy Spirit on how to pray and whom to pray for, that they may receive the healing our gracious God is willing to grant .. Randy is a man of action not ashamed to take risks in public by obeying the words of knowledge that come to him because he is a willing vessel, just as each of us can aspire to be. He gives us tips to prepare for an anointing in gifts of signs and wonders so that we too can be doers of the word, and not just hearers.
I really enjoyed this book as it challenged me to think more carefully about the biblical teaching about healing ministry. The authors transparent honesty about failures as well as success makes the teaching compelling. He constantly reminds the reader that healing is the work of God and God alone and that our task is simply to be His servants in the process. There are areas of interpretation of the biblical text which I still have questions but I would encourage anyone who is serious about understanding and living in the fullness of all the promises of God to read this book
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and desire to be a part of healing miracles manifest for the glory of God. However, Clark lost one star for taking Scripture out of context to support the unbiblical claim of an end times rival. He writes, “As the body of Christ, we are moving into this time of awakening and revival. Haggai 2:9 says, ‘the glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former’ (KJV).” This verse in Haggai clearly refers to the second temple, to extrapolate it and apply it to a supposed end times revival, is eisegesis.
Excelente livro.
I like all of Randy's books! Simply, because they are biblical, practical, and honest. Randy writes about the pain we must expect when operating in the healing ministry but he also writes about the joys. Yes, the defeats and the victories. A very encouraging read.
Dr. Clark gives an excellent overview of the great power and ability of the Holy Spirit to effect healing and change in our lives and the lives of the souls around us. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
This was a very well laid out book explaining the gift of healing that is available to all of us who are filled with the holy Spirit. It explains how to go about this ministry, as well as many examples from his own ministry as encouragement. I definitely recommend.
Randy Clark provides great insight, through teaching and testimony, into the power and promise of God to heal. This book is an excellent resource for anyone seeking to grow in their faith and allow God to use them to demonstrate his love, power, and grace.
I'd heard Randy Clark speak, and was eager to read the book. It is encouraging to hear stories of God's faithfulness and power at work today, and to read about ways to train ourselves to walk in God's promises and guidance. There is a good lay-out of how we can help others to do this.
