I had to put down the book as it was not so practical. Its just like a bunch of information laid out in an organised manner. The writing style of the author is good but I couldn’t find what I was looking for which is practical strategies to be successful. There were exercises in between but that was not so helpful. Its like the book is a long read.

i loved this book! It was very cool! I liked learning about my brain but wished there were more visuals!
