Not me being burned out w/ the same ole’ same ole’ 🥺

I truly feel like it’s laziness at this point, we could atleast switch some of the wording. Here’s what had me rolling eyes bc I am so tired of reading it.

Almost every H’s thoughts as soon as they see the h’s lips:

“They’re going to look perfect wrapped around my…” OR “I can’t wait to see her lips wrapped around my…”

Literally every h written blushes, and the H’s wonder how far the blush goes or something to that effect.

Last and certainly not least, the spicy scenes are recycled almost word for word.

(I’m sure others will enjoy this esp if they didn’t recently go on a binging spree of FD’s books.)

I always enjoy the age gap, insta-loves of this club, and Wesley and Sadie's meet-cute was fun.

Be ready for an easy to read, addictive, page turning story, full of all the possessive, "mine" energy we love from this MC club. Throw in a little mystery and drama, sizzling chemistry, steamy scenes, and MC brothers banter (that this author duo does so well), and you're in for a treat.

I do recommend reading this in the right order for the best experience, and to avoid spoilers. I was fortunate to receive a complimentary ARC (thank you), and happily leave my review.

This is book number 10 of the Hounds of Hellfire MC series and focuses on Wesley (Hunter) and Sadie. Hunter is an enforcer for the Hounds of Hellfire MC who has his life turned upside down when he meets Sadie at a bakery in the Hound’s territory. He takes one look at Sadie and immediately falls into his obsession. He knows that he just found his woman and is determined to keep her safe when danger comes her way. This was a great story and a great addition to the series.

I really enjoyed Sadie & Wesley, aka Hunter. 😁 They have quite a nice banter going on. She's a lil bit cheeky. He's a lil bit possessive. Heh. And they have quite a lot of 🔥🔥🔥 together! As should be expected, they're also super sweet together. 😉

I love a baker & a biker together! I'm really craving the pastries now. Ha!

There's a hint of danger, a lot of smiles, quick catch ups with all the couples, & an anticipation for Phoenix's HEA in this story.

Hunter, a member of the Iron Rogues MC, was unprepared when he met Sadie, and all his protective instincts rise up. She was young, too young, but that wouldn't stop him from claiming what was his.

My reviews always contain spoilers, I write them so I can remember the story.

Hunter is an Iron Rouges enforcer, he’s perfect for the job with is experience as former military and FBI, like his fellow brothers he too falls hard for a beautiful woman at first sight. Sadie is a bakery assistant at a bakery owned by Marcy in a club owned building. The Pres likes to know all the employees who work in their properties so he sends Hunter and Viper to check her out. Sadie lives in a different town and knows nothing about the Iron Rouges but is intrigued when she meets Hunter. The attraction is mutual between them but Sadie is young (19) and shy so Hunter doesn’t come on to strong. Plus he and Viper we’re on a club run for two days.
When he comes back to town he goes to see Sadie, he finds her talking to a young guy who is irritated that Hunter interrupted them, especially since Sadie is happy to see Hunter.
The young guy is Austin the local handyman, he’s there replacing a broken window. For a new building there are many things breaking or not working properly which causes alarm bells for the Rouges. Hunter puts up a few cameras to keep a eye on things.
A little mystery when Sadie gets a note warning her away from the Rouges, she lets Hunter know about the note. He arrives and gets the ball rolling on finding out who dropped the note in the bakery’s mailbox. They share their first kiss and he tells her she is his. Finding out Sadie’s alone at home since her parents are on a RV road trip he tells her to pack a bag to come stay with him. Not being able to resist her they have their first time in her bedroom. She’s a virgin, no mention of his past. She meets all the club old ladies and babies at breakfast the next morning, more sexy times and talk of breeding. The Rouges figure out it was Austin who left the note and Hunter has him taken to The Rom after letting Sadie know. Turns out Austin is not a nice guy but cause he’s a local Hunter can’t get rid of him but can teach him a lesson.
I love yous, Hunter gives Sadie her property of Hunter cut, and a proposal.
Epilogue day of their wedding and setting up Phoenix’s book. Five years later with a daughter and Sadie pregnant.

It’s okay. As always, their love moves at warp speed. Hunter falls hard first, and she’s a shy girl.
I don’t understand why Austin was considered dangerous enough that warranted to take him to The Room. As described, he was just a young guy with a crush on Sadie doing things that granted some time together to talk. He never did something directly to her, to her car or anything. Just left a note. And why did Fox approve bringing Austin to the Room if he was gonna stop Hunter saying he was a local?! But.. oh, well 🤷🏽‍♀️.
And then there are the overused phrases that are starting to make me roll my eyes and cringe instead of swoon.
The story is simple, fast and has a HEA. Idk if it’s because my mood was not right or the last books I read weren’t great… but this story felt flat to me. It is okay but didn’t wow me. Sorry.
The good part is that you don’t read anything about Hunter’s past love life. It’s almost as if he’s never been with a woman and that is awesome to me. He entered the military at 17. Obviously these guys come already knowing what to do anyways!! 😁

This is book ten of the author’s Iron Rogues series and features Hunter, aka Wesley, former Army Ranger and FBI turned Iron Rogue MC member and Sadie, a young baker’s assistant.

This was a super spicy little novella with a protective MMC who fell first and he fell HARD at his first glance of the FMC, the bakery’s beautiful, newest, employee. Like all of the previous Iron Rogues who’d fallen victim to love before him, Hunter was obsessed and completely wrapped, wanting only for Sadie to be his…and she was, she just didn’t know it yet.

Obsessed and possessive MMCs are like catnip to me and this series has been the absolute embodiment of that with men who were willing to set the world on fire to protect their women (I LOVE the series, just not crazy about the term, “old ladies”) and Hunter is one of the best. I think my favorite aspect of his character is that while still having an alpha personality, he didn’t have the ‘you do what I say or else’ attitude common in so many MC alpha characters; he was more loving and protective and Sadie (and I) was helpless to resist him.

For readers who are obsessed with MC romances full of hot, loving MMCs, give this series a try. You might find that you love ‘em just as much as I do. 5 stars!

Hunter and Sadie

This is book 10 of the Iron Rogues MC and is about Hunter (Wesley) and Sadie.
Hunter is just plain grumpy. He doesn't really talk a lot but when he does speak, people tend to listen. He's loyal to the MC and when his President (Fox) gave him an assignment, he done it...not knowing it would change his life forever.
Sadie lives a couple of towns over, but got a job at the new bakery in town. She's so shy and timid. She loves her family and loves to bake/decorate cakes and cupcakes.
When they meet at the bakery, Hunter falls hard and fast but Sadie is shy and gets really embarrassed. Will Hunter be able to break down Sadie's walls? When Hunter finds out someone is bothering Sadie, how will he react? Will he be able to protect her?
I recommend starting with book 1. They are all stand alone stories but the characters are in the books throughout the series.. Plus its a darn good series with hot bikers and sweet and sassy women who bring out their protective and growly nature.

Wesley "Hunter" Hastings is an enforcer for the Iron Rogues MC. One by one his brothers are finding their women, but he isn't so sure it is in the cards for him. That is until his Prez asks him to go check on the new employee of a bakery. Sadie is working her first day her new job. She has no idea about the Iron Rogues until her boss breaks it down for her explaining that when they fall, they fall hard and fast.

Sadie might come off as innocent in the beginning but Wesley brings out her sassy side that's for sure. He is all alpha and gives off all the possessive vibes and I am here for all of it. Their banter was funny and their chemistry is off the charts. When trouble starts brewing around the bakery, Hunter goes into full enforcer mode and will stop at nothing to keep his Sunshine safe.

I am obsessed with this series, these alpha men and the women that bring them to their knees. Hunter & Sadie's story was no exception.

Hunter and Sadie

This is another standalone in the Iron Rogues MC series. Like all of Fiona Davenport's books, this is an instalove, slightly over the top romance. It's also what I call MC lite because it has very few similarities to the MC shows on television.

These books are always, quick, easy, fun reads. I always love the characters, but I was particularly charmed with Hunter and Sadie. There was just something so sweet about their interactions. I was hoping that Hunter would get his own story since meeting him in previous books and I wasn't disappointed.

This is a safe read that does contain explicit language and content. The writing duo of Fiona Davenport have several MC series and a couple of Mafia series that all cross over, but you don't need to read any of them in order to enjoy this story. I'm already looking forward to the next Iron Rogue's book.

I love a good grumpy/sunshine, fiercely protective MMC and sweet/innocent FMC book and this one had that in spades. Wesley, road name Hunter, was super grumpy until it came to Sadie and then he would just melt. He was a former Army Ranger sniper and FBI agent turned enforcer for the Iron Rogues. He knew how to track and interrogate and most of all, he knew how to read people. The minute he saw Sadie, he knew she was his and that he needed to protect her. Sadie was absolutely adorable and sweet and trusted Wesley immediately. It was insta love for the both of them. They were so opposite, but worked so well, I loved their chemistry! No cheating or OW/OM drama, virgin FMC, possessive/protective OTT alpha MMC, breeding kink, dual POV, HEA and a couple epilogues in the future. Can’t wait to read Phoenix’s book and see who the woman that crashed the wedding was!

Love that we're heading back to the Iron Rogues and Hunter and Sadie were the perfect couple to bring us in.
Sadie is 19 and just landed her first full time paying job at new bakery in town. She knows nothing about the Iron Rogues despite growing up a town over. She's about to become very well acquainted though as Hunter has laid his eyes on her and decides he's never letting go.
Iron Rogue men don't mess around and the plan is simple, claim her, breed her, marry her, love her forever.
A little bit of drama at the bakery pulls Sadie further into Hunters orbit and their romance grows.

Great story loved the passion between Hunter and Sadie, enjoyed the previous characters interlinking in their stories.
Solid 5/5 stars.

Just finish reading 10th book of this series.

Hunter, or Wesley, met a young baker's assistant after being told to looked after being newly hired for the new bakery. Hunter didn't expect he will joined just like his brothers and their banter to each other and their chemistry is 🔥🔥. Sadie being shy, timid and beautiful, she has this sweet aura and she didn't know that she will be owned by Hunter after their first meeting.

The story is fast paced just liked the previous books and its literally 🔥🔥🔥🔥. It's a must read i you like this kind of book ❤️❤️ I can't wait for Phoenix book,

Sadie is a young woman who has just landed her first job at a bakery. On her first day, she meets the gorgeous "Hunter" Wesley, the local MC's enforcer, and she falls head over heels for him. Unfortunately, someone is threatening her in the shadows.
Hunter became an MC's enforcer after getting out of the army. He thought he had given up on love until he met the beautiful Sadie. He knows with a glance that she's his wife, so when she's threatened, he knows he'll do anything to protect her.
Will Hunter be able to protect Sadie from the threat and live a beautiful story…

Wesley/Hunter and Sadie’s story is a quick fated couple storyline. As with all the Iron Rogues, once they find their perfect one they move at lightning speed to get them pregnant, married and a property patch on them ( in no particular order). We also have a bit of a stalker situation that the Rogues handle with club rules ; no cops and a bit of brutality . 5✨

So far, out of all the Iron Rogues MC books that I've read--Hunter is my favorite. Mr. Tall and Broody meets his Sunshine in Sadie. I loved the representation in this book about phobia's, which we don't see nearly enough of in literature, in Sadie's claustrophobia. Hunter takes great care to not do things that could trigger it and is always checking in with her. The spice, of course, was spicy and the character development was wonderful. Another great book!

Gotta love how these tough Iron Rogue’s fall instantly. Wesley aka Hunter stops in the local bakery and instantly knows the sweet shy young woman behind the counter is to be his. A super spicy, seductively sensual and deliciously addictive romance. These Iron Rouge men are falling like dominoes and I’m loving it. Hunter and Sadie are absolutely adorable together. Hunter knew what he wanted and jumped in head first to get it. He makes Sadie feel safe, protected and loved right from the start. I enjoyed going on this ride with them. A very grumpy retired Army ranger/FBI guy with a sweet tooth finds himself a sunshiny baker!

Sadie is sweet and filled with sunshine to brighten a gruff Enforcer’s world.

Love the Iron Rogues and their fierce and sassy women. Wesley is a perfect grump with very little to say but his actions speak volumes, and for Sadie, he’s a soft teddy bear.
