Hawk is the third book in the Kiss of Death MC series, and as always, Marteeka delivers a compelling, easy-to-read story. She’s absolutely hit this one out of the park.
From the start, Hawk is protective, sweet, and a little gruff—but definitely a keeper. His confidence and the way he grows within the relationship is just so well done.
Carrie, with her sweetness, resilience, and kick-ass assertiveness, is someone you genuinely want to root for. She’s had a rough time growing up with her family, but she decides to take charge and change her life, and that journey is both inspiring and empowering for the both of them.
Carrie and Hawk’s romance is one for the books. Their chemistry is spot-on from the beginning, and the plot is executed wonderfully. With the perfect blend of action, drama, character development, and laugh-out-loud moments, this is a rollicking good read. I was genuinely sad to finish it—only because I enjoyed it so much.
