Emery Audubon’s future is bright. She’s been accepted into Holworthy Halls, New America’s most prestigious university. She doesn’t mind that Holworthy founded the Educational Reform Initiative — an initiative that banned the Bible, revised history books, and passed laws requiring schools to teach there is no God.
But everything changes when an intriguing fellow student invites Emery to take an illegal class on Revelation's symbols, a class that meets in secret in the Histories Department basement. There Emery's confronted with truths no one taught her in school, a spiritual battle she's never noticed until now, and the God who reigns and redeems.
Emery’s life is shaken even more when the Dean of Histories discovers she’s taking the class. Will this nationally recognized academic leader ruin her life, which he now has set out to do? Or will Emery use unexpected truths from Revelation to reform her school?

I really enjoyed this book. It was easy to read, and it shows how God still reigns, even when people want to say he does not. This book perfectly depicts the spiritual war going on in our world, and it shows how one person of faith can make a difference. The book made me question things in my own life, too. I’d recommend this to any Christian.
Wow! For a YA book this one should be read by adults as well. It deals with things a young adult can face: starting college, trying to make friends, finding your voice, learning who you are/aren’t in God, but also key truths about following Christ and what that means in the face of adversity.
The storyline was engaging with short chapters and moments that, for the most part, moved the story along. The beginning was a bit of a slow start for me. However, it picked up quickly, and I was blown away by this sort of coming-of-age story that required a confidence in knowing God’s love, Christ’s sacrifice, and the Holy Spirit’s help. All of this was woven into a message of learning how to be strong and courageous through adversity with the help of God, family, and friends.
I had so many phrases/passages highlighted because the messages were very impactful with the majority of them being around scriptures or biblical teachings. There were several times I grabbed my bible to do a double take because things were being presented from a new perspective. I feel any young adult who reads this will have a great example that points them to God but also gives them the right tools to navigate life on their own. So well done!
I cannot wait to see what else this author writes!! I felt this book was so profound that it’s one of my top reads of the year!
The Revelation of Emery Audubon is one of those rare books that feels both timely and timeless. The story pulls you in quickly, but it’s the depth beneath the plot that truly sets it apart. Emery’s journey from passive acceptance to courageous conviction is realistic, compelling, and deeply inspiring.
The exploration of Revelation is handled with care and clarity, making complex spiritual truths accessible without oversimplifying them. The tension between institutional authority and personal faith is gripping, and the stakes feel real at every turn. This is more than a story it’s an invitation to think, question, and stand firm in truth.
An exceptional novel for teens, college students, and adults alike. Thought-provoking, faith-affirming, and unforgettable.
This book surprised me in the best possible way. The Revelation of Emery Audubon reads like a suspenseful academic thriller while delivering profound spiritual insight. Once Emery enters the secret class, the story becomes impossible to put down.
What I appreciated most is how the author trusts the reader’s intelligence. Faith is presented thoughtfully, not forcefully, and Emery’s growth feels authentic rather than idealized. The university setting adds a powerful layer of realism, especially for young adults navigating faith in a challenging cultural climate.
Engaging, intelligent, and spiritually enriching, this is a must-read for anyone seeking truth with courage.
The Revelation of Emery Audubon masterfully combines story and substance. Emery’s character arc is beautifully written, showing how quiet obedience and thoughtful courage can have a world-changing impact.
The secret Revelation class is a brilliant narrative device, transforming Scripture into something vibrant and urgent. The opposition Emery faces feels chillingly plausible, which only heightens the emotional stakes. This book doesn’t shy away from hard questions, yet it consistently points toward hope and redemption.
A bold, meaningful novel that will stay with you long after the final page. Highly recommended.
This is Christian fiction at its best, intellectually engaging, emotionally resonant, and deeply rooted in faith. The writing is clear and confident, the pacing excellent, and the themes handled with wisdom and grace.
Emery is a wonderfully written protagonist whose transformation unfolds naturally. The story challenges readers to examine what they believe and why, without ever feeling preachy. The tension between truth and cultural pressure is especially well portrayed.
Perfect for teens, college students, educators, and anyone who values thoughtful faith based storytelling.
The Revelation of Emery Audubon speaks directly to the challenges believers face in modern academic and cultural environments. The story is gripping, but its message is what truly resonates: truth matters, courage matters, and faith lived out quietly can change everything.
The author skillfully blends suspense, theology, and character development into a seamless and compelling narrative. Emery’s story is relatable, encouraging, and deeply empowering.
This book deserves a wide audience. It’s inspiring without being idealistic, challenging without being heavy-handed, and truly impactful.
A compelling and inspiring read. The Revelation of Emery Audubon is thoughtful, engaging, and highly recommended for anyone who enjoys faith filled fiction with depth.
