Sheriff Sean has been grieving over his lost love for twenty years, but today has more work to do. Turns out a local girl has gone missing, one thing leads to another, and before you know it, the FBI has a team at his offices. They think a serial killer has struck again, and they have connected his lost love and the current missing girl together, along with a bunch of other missing cases.
This is a pretty good read.
