I have enjoyed the whole series thus far. It’s been a very enjoyable series from twobble, Frank the whole crew. Would love for more story with the dragons and I’d love to see how Celeste is gonna fit in because I believe she’s more important than words can say.
As the Academy opens more and students arrive, threats need to be addressed in order to keep all safe. Mae enlists the help of her found family both as instructors and as protectors. Maeve is growing in her magical ability and confidence. I love her friendships and the humor weaved within the stories.
The author covers ground slowly, but surely. It may take pages to describe a scene, but eventually she moves on, usually casting shades of doubt. There is rarely any resolution, but I’m sure it will get there eventually!
I enjoyed this book. Especially towards the end. The laughter and good times with family and friends. Finding ones self and the strength to face something fearful but bravely.
