Forgotten Secrets
I thought I'd stop at nothing to get my key back. To get my wish to become human. But Ari turned everything upside down, and now I'd stop at nothing just to have him. I hate him, but I'm drawn to him.
It used to be just Briar and me in our mission to collect all the Janus keys so we could get our wish. Now, I want to know Arizell, Ari. Who came into our lives by accident, but I never want him to leave.
Meeting them was never my plan. Hiding my past was. No one was ever supposed to know who I am. But that's the problem with God's and magic and Pirates. Nothing is what it seems, and nothing stays hidden. I barely know Briar or Murrow, but I can't seem to get them out of my head

Well THAT ENDING! lol
This was a fast paced, steamy, fun novella and I'm now desperate for the continuation!
Briar and Murrow are on the hunt for a key, the final one that Briar needs to make a deal with the gods for humanity for them both. Ari is kidnapped by the two when the pirates come to harbor, when he willingly offers himself in place of his friend. He's taken on board and there is instant attraction between Ari and Murrow, but nothing but animosity between him and Briar at the start of things.
I was curious about Ari's past but that's explained in the story (yes this is all cis mmm romance b/c I was wondering when I first started reading lol), and I loved his initial attraction to both pirates, especially the more hate vibes between him and Briar.
Things move along quickly - I think I would have loved some quieter, sweeter moments between the three of them as they're on the seas together, to feel a bit more of when the lust becomes more, but this was still fun nonetheless. And there is still a chonk of story for this being a novella! BUT THAT CLIFFHANGER!

Ancient curse, vengeful Gods, hard choices, a game of hide, seek and win in typical God-like style,where humans are just collateral damage on a playing mat, lies, secrets and manipulations and so much more. These is a captivating, fast paced story with unusual concept and lore that intrigued me from the very beginning to the... cliffhanger at the temporary end.
Prickly like his name, ruthless like a God, who isn't used to hear No or have an obstacle on his way, Briar is a cursed immortal with arrogant attitude, a nose, raised so high, the clouds look too close and a fiery temperament to match them all. But under all that heavy, deceptively repulsive personality, this pirate has a heart and a wrapped in barb wire unconditional love for his soul mate Murrow. On the surface Briar and Murrow look like two different kinds of clashing storms but through all the thunder, lightning and witty banter, shines the unconventional way they care for each other.
Right at the end of millennial quest, when the stakes are raised to impossible heights and the finale looks so close, Ari enters the game of the Gods, that don't play nice and changes everything a new player caught in the crossfire of two passionate, destructive, stubborn, prideful men who set their eyes on him for one reason but with different approach. This isn't the typical a couple adds a third kind of situation, which made the reading really interesting...And Bam...here comes the cliffhanger and all the life changing twists that will probably happen next. Who knows!?!

This was the first time I have read a book by A.Marie and I couldn't put it down. It was also the first time I have read MMM and honestly isn't my favorite trope. Nonetheless, I was captivated during the entire novella and was left wanting more after the cliffhanger at the end!

Ooooooo this one was quick and dirty. Lots of spice and a gasp worthy cliffhanger.
The Pirate King, Briar, is searching for a girl he left a promise and a special key with. It's said she ran away and others say she died but Briar knows the key is out there so he's been taking women that match her description. He leaves them at the next port when they are not who he needs.
Ari offers to help the Pirate King find the key if he leaves his friend alone. Now Ari is on the ship and hiding secrets. See he is missing memories but he does know something about the key.
I love a good game of gods with high stakes. Add in the MMM fated mates and I'm sold. This book was fun and spicy.
It may be short but it has so much to offer and I can't wait to see how it ends. Will our grumpy god get his key? Will Ari find what has always been missing? Will Row be able to hold everything and everyone together?

I've no other way of expressing just how good this book is, other than saying my bedtime is 9pm but I stayed up all night to read this and then to highlight my favourite quotes!
5 STARS!! Wish there was a higher ranking I could give it! Pirates with spice, hints of folklore and special pet names you haven't come accross before. It's like nothing I've ever read before and I can't wait to see more of the story! HURRY UP AND BRING BOOK 2!
Ari, Briar, Row, even the side characters in the book are intricate works with complex personalities and yet you find yourself pulled in to their world without an ounce of confusion. Not many authors can achieve what A. Marie did in this book! It's a journey to hunt the key and the only person who knows where it is is Zell! It's a fullblown adventure with twists and turns, I wouldn't miss it if I were you!

This book was full of all the spice and pirates! We get 3 MMC all different, all written perfectly. It's the perfect enemies to lovers and soulmates. Briar is this strong, grumpy god. Ari is the innocent, inexperienced man that protects his friends no matter what and Murrow is the glue that keeps the 3 of them together and prevents them from killing each other. The details of the book were well written and the character development had me wanting more. It was an easy read, couldn't put this book down. The ending left me sad that there were not more pages. Attempting to patiently wait for book 2.

Forgotten Secrets is an MMM romance about pirates, fallen gods, and finding where one truly belongs. Following Briar, Murrow & Ari, you got a look into what it's like to no longer want immortality but to die with the one you love. This novella is a quick pace and a less than 2 hour read. The spice is hot, especially with the sexual awakening that Ari goes through. I'm not even going to talk about the cliffhanger because I'm still in my feelings about it.

I am such a sucker for Pirates, and MM tropes. This is about immortal gods looking for a keys to be granted a wish; briar & Murrow. they find Ari who sacrifices himself for a friend. Murrow caves to Ari quickly while briar fights it as long as. When briar & Murrow find out, it it's too late and tragedy strikes. Book one ends on a cliff hanger. Absolutely hate cliff hangers but this one was done beautifully. This is incredibly fast pace and a lot of spice and definitely kept me interested.

MMM Fantasy Romance
What a beautifully destructive story!! Ari’s story had my heart breaking and when he finally comes to meet Briar and Marrow, things just start making some sense.
The ending is a huge cliffhanger, but for such a quick read, I feel like I got a good amount of information and understanding of the plot and who everyone was. I do wish we got a bit more background on all 3 of our MC’s, but otherwise I really enjoyed this!

This book had me hooked! The spice level is a 4
I love the characters! They had me laughing, shook and had me on climbing the walls.
This was written so well! It told an interesting story that will have you invested! It will make you want to know their story!

This is a super fast read that keeps you interested the whole time.
Ari, Briar and Murrow are interesting characters that all have a story to them. Their tale unfolds over time and isn't drawn out to much. There is tension, a little banter and spice.
I am looking forward to reading part 2 to see what happens.

This was short and ends on a cliffhanger so be prepared! But I definitely had alot of fun reading this one. I love the fantasy aspects of pirates & Gods. Plus its MMM so thats always a bonus! Also we get some enemies to lovers vibes but also instalove/lust and I honestly can’t wait for part 2!

From the characters and the plot to this, i fell hard!. This was slow at first, but by chapter 3-4, it starts to pick up. Not to much on the spice side as I was hoping for but this is the first so I'm hoping this picks up a little more in the next over all I can't wait to see what's next

Ma'am that ending?!?!?! This entire book from page 1 till the end gripped me!! I read it in 1 sitting!! I love the entire dynamic between Ari, How, and Briar. The back story behind Ari was amazing and disturbing equally. i need more!! The spice was top tier!!

I loved this story so much, I love a good pirate story, the spice was TOP TIER and the way the relationship was written is very beautiful, I do feel this book can be longer by giving more backstory to Briar and his mate. Certain scenes did feel rushed, so a way I think it could be slowed down a little bit is to show more of the enemies to lovers between Briar and Ari. Other then that this book/ARC is a 5 star read for me 💓🏴☠️
