Useful Book for learning Spanish
I borrowed this book thanks to my Kindle Unlimited subscription, and I read it between my phone and tablet using the Kindle app.
First of all, this book is aimed at people learning Spanish, but with at least a solid B2 level. The story is easy to read and follow, and it's divided into short chapters of no more than 2–3 pages. The author highlights key vocabulary words in bold, which may be new for Spanish learners, and at the end of each episode, all the bolded words are translated. There are also three questions after each episode to test reading comprehension.
As for the story, it follows Binta, an African girl who has to escape her homeland in search of a better and safer future. She flees her town at the age of 15 and eventually ends up in Spain. The happy ending helps give hope to the narrative, even though not all real-life stories end this way.
