I just finished this book and was disappointed. Reading the title I believed this would be medical advice from a doctor on how to take care of yourself in your older years. I would have liked to hear about vitamins, exercises, food, etc. It was more of an autobiography of his life and being a runner. Most older adults tend to have arthritis and unable to run especially multiple miles. The second part were letters about Dr. Cooper about how much he affected their life positively at his clinic including family members. Most people cannot attend his clinic so a helpful book with information would have been appreciated.
