Okayyy, this one was my very first motorcycle club romance and... I GET IT NOW. 😮💨 The grit, the danger, the broody protective energy, it pulled me in from page one. And that cliffhanger?? Rude. I need the next book yesterday. 😭
Ace and Katarina’s dynamic was the perfect slow-burn tension with just the right amount of sass and guarded vulnerability. I loved seeing how their walls slowly chipped away as they hit the road together. Also, the side characters, Bodine and Mikey?? Obsessed. The connections between them and the FMC/MMC added so much heart and made the club feel like a found family (with secrets, drama, and a whole lot of testosterone, of course).
Spicy, emotional, and unexpectedly sweet at times—this book had me flipping pages and shouting "NOOO" at the end. If you're new to MC romance like me, this one is a great place to start. Just... be ready to immediately need book two. 🖤🔥🏍️

ARC REVIEW:
This was my first ever motorcycle gang romance book and I loved it! Lots of romance, action, and plot! The only thing I wished there was a bit more of was sexy scenes, but still has good spice in it. I can’t wait for the next book to come out because that cliffhanger was crazy! Highly recommend this book

I really loved this book. It was so good and it was exactly what I needed to help get me out of my slump.
I loved Ace so much. He’s the VP of a motorcycle club. He would do anything to help protect those he cares about, especially Katarina, the club president’s daughter and his former best friend. One of the things I loved about him was that he wasn’t a playboy and didn’t have a ton of women around him. He was also fiercely loyal.
Katarina was such a badass. I loved how she wasn’t afraid to take on people who were trying to hurt her or others. I loved her attitude. She was also very loyal. While she didn’t fully trust Ace after he left all those years ago, only to return and not speak to her, she cannot help but feel the pull and attraction to him.
Now, for the side characters! I absolutely loved Bodine and Mikey. These two had me laughing and were the perfect balance to Ace’s broody attitude. They were so fun and I hope they get a book because I would definitely read that.
Overall, I loved this book and I’m so happy that I read it. I finished it in a day and I was so shocked by that cliffhanger! I cannot wait for book 2. If you love a slow burn, motorcycle club, only one bed, found family, forced proximity romance, I would recommend this, 100%. This was an easy 5 star read for me.

When I say this book is a slow burn packed with tension believe me, I mean it. Most of the pining comes from the FMC, since our MMC is doing his absolute best to keep his emotions under wraps. We’re talking lingering glances, subtle touches, and a whole lot of jealous inner monologues. There’s zero spice until the 80% mark... but trust me, the payoff is so worth it. The buildup? Absolutely spot-on.
Adrian Hernández-known as “Ace” in the Drengr MC, is the club’s vice president. Fiercely loyal and forever indebted to the president, Ace doesn’t hesitate when he’s asked to take the prez’s daughter out of town while things heat up back home. That daughter just so happens to be Katarina: his childhood best friend, now a successful freelance photographer... and the one person he’s been avoiding at all costs. Untouchable hooked me from page one and did not let up. I’ve read a lot of MC romances but this one really nails the rough edges, the brotherhood, and that slow-burn tension that makes you stay up way too late. Ace is the kind of vice president you want in charge. He’s loyal, guarded, and will burn the world down for the people he cares about. Katarina is all fire and backbone. She gives as good as she gets and never fades into the background.
Their past gives the story real weight. Watching them stuck together on the road, fighting the pull they both feel, made every moment hit harder. The banter, the longing, the way they chip away at each other’s walls was exactly what I wanted. When they finally give in, it’s worth every slow page.
Bodine and Mikey were the perfect balance to all the grit. They cracked me up and brought so much heart to the club vibe. They need their own story.
That ending? Completely uncalled for. I finished and immediately needed the next book. If you like your bikers loyal and protective, your heroines sharp and stubborn, and your romance full of tension and found family, add this to your stack. You will not want to stop once you start.

Wow! What an incredible start to this new world and duology!
I was so excited for a darker story that included a MC and some of my favorite tropes. What I got was so much more!
This new family is so good. I really hope we get a book for every person but more importantly I need book 2 now!
This ends on a major cliffhanger but don’t let than deter you from reading it as soon as possible!
Adrian “Ace” Hernandez is such a vibe! Then you have Katarina, the off-limits, president’s daughter! Besties Bodine, Mikey and Tabitha are also incredible side characters!

I love a good motorcycle romance. 🏍️😍 There’s just something about them that always hooks me!
This was my first read by this author, and I was really into the writing style right away. It pulled me in quick and kept me flipping pages. That ending though… I’m seriously dying for book 2 already!

This was my first motorcycle club book and I have to say that I really enjoyed it.
I really loved reading Ace & Katarina story and loved to see where it was going with there relationship. There could have been a little bit more spice in this book but what it had was just enough as well.

Thank you, Sarah for this arc! This was my first book by this author and I absolutely loved it. It was such a good motorcycle club book and it definitely does end on a cliffhanger so I cannot wait for book 2 see how it wraps up!

I screamed and gave this a 3 star rating because of the cliffhanger. I overreacted. And changed it back to 4 star 🫣😂Because this book was so good. But..Ms Sarah Pirtle…we are fighting if you don’t hurry up with book 2! I’m in CRISIS after that cliffhanger…be on the lookout for my extensive therapy bill 😤😤
Seriously though…I’m not always a huge fan of MC romances. It has to be done just right for me to get into it. And Sarah did her THING! I was hooked straight from the beginning. Forbidden? Former best friends? Slow burning tension? A man who isn’t a playboy and doesn’t need a thousand women to help him deal with his past? Sign. Me. Up!!
Katrina is our badass FMC. The daughter of the MC’s president so naturally she is off limits to everyone. She’s sweet and sassy but takes no crap from anyone. She’s a free lance photographer and heavily protected by her father and the club. When things start getting heavy at home, Katrina’s dad has his VP take Katrina out of town for her safety. But things are about to get very complicated on this little road trip.
Ace is our tall dark and handsome MMC. VP of the club and Katrina’s former best friend. They grew up together and were really close…until they weren’t…he moved away and when he returned and became VP he cut all communication with her. But he always kept an eye on her. Ace is loyal…and protective. Especially when it comes to those he cares about…and that includes Katrina.
We see how much Katerina cares about Ace. The lingering looks, stolen touches and glances. We also see Ace struggling to keep his emotions in check. He didn’t just leave for nothing. He knew he couldn’t control his feelings for Katerina and he knew he couldn’t cross that line…so distance was the only option for him. But now he’s going to be stuck with her….so he does the only thing he can do. He brings a buffer in the form of his two best friends…Bodine and Miley 🥲 it’s like going on a road trip with dumb and dumber and I was laughing so hard. They are so oblivious to the tension but so much fun 😅 I wouldn’t be mad if they got their own book 👀👀👀 just saying 👀👀👀
The tension between Ace and Katerina is PALPABLE. I found myself screaming at my kindle multiple times…”JUST KISS ALREADY!!” 😩😩😩 but at around 70-80% in, THEY FINALLY give in. And it was perfection. I think the tension in my body just drained as they finally gave into each other and I loved it so much.
This book was the perfect blend of suspense, sexual tension, longing, angst, danger and hilarious side characters. I couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait for the next book !! ❤️🔥

Anyone familiar with Sarah Pirtle's work knows her characters are going to get inside your heart but Ace and Kat take it a whole new level. I am already dying for more and book one hasn't even hit the shelves yet.
Katrina Anderson is the kind of female lead we all love to see; hot, confident and capable with a feisty attitude that makes you love her from the start. And Ace? Who knew we all needed a Spanish speaking hottie with an attitude and filthy mouth to heat up our library because here he is. Their friends are going to leave you in stitches in between the heartfelt moments we have come to know with this author.

Let’s start with Ace. That man is brooding, loyal, emotionally constipated in the best way, and HOT in that “I will burn the world down but only for you” kind of way. As VP of the Drengr MC, he's carrying trauma, guilt, and a moral compass that starts short-circuiting the moment Lenny—club president and father figure—asks him to protect his daughter.
And here's where it starts to get juicy: Ace and Katarina grew up together. They were best friends—the kind that knew each other inside and out, that spent every waking second together. Until Ace’s father, also in the club, died. Then Ace and his mom left without a goodbye, and Kat didn’t hear from him again for years. She was gutted, confused, and hurt. And now, all this time later, he’s back...assigned to protect her...and acting like his feelings aren’t tearing him apart.
Kat, by the way, is not the cold-hearted princess some people think she is. She’s guarded for a reason. She doesn’t trust easily—and Ace broke her heart once, even if he didn’t mean to. Watching them unravel around each other is a slow, angsty burn. He tries to keep things professional. She’s not here for that. There’s so much unsaid between them it hurts—and when it does start to come out? Whew. It’s messy and emotional.
Now, let’s circle back to Bodine and Mikey. These two walked in like comic relief and ended up fully stealing scenes. They’re unhinged, hilarious, loyal to a fault, and I need each of their books, stat. Especially Bodine. That man has issues and I want to unpack all of them.
And just when you think you’re getting somewhere with Ace and Kat—just when you start believing they might figure it out—bam. Cliffhanger. No closure. No comfort. Just you, staring at the last page like: "Are you serious right now?"
I went in expecting a typical MC series setup where each book focuses on a different couple. Wrong. This is Ace and Kat’s story, and we’re just getting started.

Now, let’s circle back to Bodine and Mikey. These two walked in like comic relief and ended up fully stealing scenes. They’re unhinged, hilarious, loyal to a fault, and I need each of their books, stat. Especially Bodine. That man has issues and I want to unpack all of them.
And just when you think you’re getting somewhere with Ace and Kat—just when you start believing they might figure it out—bam. Cliffhanger. No closure. No comfort. Just you, staring at the last page like: "Are you serious right now?"
I went in expecting a typical MC series setup where each book focuses on a different couple. Wrong. This is Ace and Kat’s story, and we’re just getting started.

Oh man, Sarah did it again 👏🏻👏🏻
If you’re familiar with Sarah’s previous work you know she writes characters that you instantly fall in love with and will become a piece of your heart. I knew since this book is part of a duet it would end on a cliffhanger that would mess with my emotions and I was not wrong haha.
Ace and Katarina grew up together as kids and were best friends, their parents part of the same Motorcycle Club. Both experienced hardships and loss that unfortunately caused pain and space between the two. Now that shes back, Ace is tasked with keeping her safe and they discover that the feelings and chemistry between them is still strong as ever.
Ace is broody, loyal, emotionally guarded and very protective of the people he loves. Kat isn’t the cold princess people think she is. She is sassy, fierce, strong and unapologetically confident who knows what she’s doing behind a camera lens. The slow burn angsty tension between these two was 😮💨 🥵
Writing the perfect friend group and side characters is nothing new for Sarah and she did not disappoint in that regard. Bodine and Mikey were hilarious the perfect comedic elements amongst all the tension and emotions in this story. And Tabs, man do I wish I had a best friend like her lol she is loyal and hilarious as well. I also appreciated the little Easter eggs of a few of our beloved Nashville Nights characters making an appearance.
I ate this book up and will be impatiently waiting for the next book to release because I have to know what happens. If you’re looking for something that has fast paced writing, tension, banter, action, and an emotional slowburn then I have the book for you!

Truly one of Sarah’s best books. So easy to read and so well written! It will cure any book slump you have.

Katarina is such a badass but also girlie and I love her for it. She’s not afraid to stand up for herself, literally, and that is just always awesome to see. She also cares deeply about the people she loves.
Ace is totally the club daddy; a big tough, grump on the outside who doesn’t laugh or smile often, but you can see how much he loves those he cares about. He will also totally surprise you in the best way. I won’t say more, just go and read the book to learn about him.
“I’m about to touch you like you’re mine. Don’t you dare pull away.”
I always love found families, and this one did not disappoint. All the best friends are so hilarious, acting like idiots sometimes and just being fully themselves. Ace is the Drengr club VP. He’s reliable, respected, and gets his job done. The club president saved Ace’s life, and he will do anything in his power to pay him back. The only teeny, tiny problem is that the girl he can’t have is suddenly the one who’s everywhere. Katarina travels for her photography business, is the club presidents daughter, and doesn’t take sh*t from anyone. When her job is up, she’s back home for a little while and keeps running into a specific somebody who seems to not want to be around her. Ace and Katarina go way back, but their relationship today isn’t how it used to be. It seems like Ace doesn’t so much as bat an eye in Kat’s direction, meanwhile Kat gets the butterflies just being in the same room as him. When he inserts himself into her business one night, he realizes how hard it is to stay away. With a new threat in town, Ace realizes just how important it is that he be the one to keep Kat safe.
I love a good biker romance and this delivers in every way. The bond these men have within their club is the key to every single biker romance. It’s got the grumpy, broody higher up MMC, tension so thick you are basically just being edged nonstop, the badass FMC, and a hint of suspense and action. Their back and forth banter, sexual tension, and sprinkle of enemies to lovers in the beginning makes this slow burn so worth it.

When the club becomes threatened by an outsider, the president Lenny, Kat’s father, tasks Ace with keeping his daughter safe and away from the danger.

This book had me giving my Kindle side-eye like, are y’all ever gonna kiss or what?! 😂 But that’s the beauty of it—it’s a slow burn done right. The tension? On point. The glances? Loaded. The emotional build-up? So worth it.
Katarina is fierce, guarded, and grieving in her own quiet way. Ace? Loyal, broody, and doing everything he can not to fall for her—which only makes it more delicious when he finally gives in. Their history runs deep, and it shows in every little touch, argument, and soft moment that slips through the cracks.
One of the most intense moments? When Tabitha calls mid-trip to tell Katarina someone broke into their place. That alone was enough to raise the stakes, but it didn’t stop there. While Tabitha returns to grab her things, Bodine stays behind to investigate—and what he finds? Changes everything. That final scene had my heart racing. Guns drawn, enemies closing in, and zero warning. I usually don’t like cliffhangers, but this one shook me—and I need book two. 🫣💣
Also—Bodine and Mikey deserve their own spinoff. Period. Their presence added heart, humor, and serious backup energy. And can we please learn more about Tabitha too? 👀

Ace is my favorite. He’s not a playboy or a douche bag, he’s just straight up here to protect Kat at all costs and it’s so respectable. I find a lot of MC romances, the VP of a club is kind of stuck up and it was so refreshing to not have that in this book.
Katarina is your guarded (rightfully so) takes no shit from anyone bad ass. Those are always my favorite FMCs. The dynamic her angsty attitude added to Ace’s character is perfection. It really creates a constant push and pull between the two that I really enjoyed. There is so much unsaid between the two and watching their walls finally come down made it for such an emotional read.
I can’t write my review without mentioning Bodine and Mikey! I loved them! They brought so much comedic relief during some of the tougher topics throughout the book. I could read a whole little spin off just on the two of them and their antics! It really added so much to the story.

UGH- I literally could not put this book down. This is the kind of book you want to cancel your plans and stay at home cuddled up in bed to read.
This was my first motorcycle club romance and I think I now understand why it is so popular. I love the brotherhood of the members in the club and the deep loyalty, especially the relationship between Ace, Bodine, and Mikey. The three of them together is a trip man 🤣
Tabitha, Katerina's best friend and roommate, is literally the bestie that every girl wants! She's unhinged in the best of ways. “Shut up, tell me everything.”AND "It’s so cute that you think we’re going to discuss ANYTHING other than [🤫... spoilers]?! We need more of Tabitha in book 2 please!

10/10 recommend🤩 But are we surprised?! I always love and devour every Sarah Pirtle book I read. If there’s one thing Sarah knows how to write is, well many things but my favorite is the witty side characters and in this story it is Aces best friends Bodine and Mikey. Bodine is also Katarina’s best friend and I love her friendship she has with Tabitha as well!

One day, Lenny’s daughter, Katarina, comes back in town. All feelings he has for her comes back in a rush but Ace refuses to show any emotions or get close to her because of his loyalty to Lenny… and because he doesn’t want to ruin anything.
But that’s until a stranger who claims was in the club a long time comes by and only causes trouble. Him and his minions are trying hard to be disruptive and seem to have an eye on Katarina. Lenny asked Ace to go on a small road trip with her to keep her safe while things are figured out.
We can’t forget about Bodine and Mikey who are absolutely the funniest characters out there!!
It was fast so good, a fast read, and I just want more. Which is great because this was book 1 of 2! And of course, the ending leave you gasping out loud.

If you have not read a Sarah Pirtle book what are you waiting for? Seriously? Sarah writes the best Found family/Friend groups I have ever read in a book! I absolutely loved the banter and friendship that Ace & Katarina have with Bodine and Mikey it was everything! And Katarina’s best friend Tabatha is a friendship every girl should have!
First off I loved our FMC Katarina! We don't have a weak FMC here, our girl is strong and doesn’t take shit from anyone including Ace, our broody MMC.
While this book is short (It is part 1 to a duet) at 264 pages it did not lack story and tension! The tension in this book between Ace and Katarina is absolute perfection!
I loved how Ace and Katarina slowly started to open up to each other and let one another in. The vulnerability they show to each other was just perfection. And while this is a slow burn it is so worth the slow build to Katarina and Ace finally giving in to their feelings.
Now this leaves on a major cliffhanger and I need Sarah to get out the second book asap so I can see what happens next!

First off I loved our FMC Katarina! We don't have a weak FMC here, our girl is strong and doesn’t take shit from anyone including Ace, our broody MMC.
While this book is short (It is part 1 to a duet) at 264 pages it did not lack story and tension! The tension in this book between Ace and Katarina is absolute perfection!
I loved how Ace and Katarina slowly started to open up to each other and let one another in. The vulnerability they show to each other was just perfection. And while this is a slow burn it is so worth the slow build to Katarina and Ace finally giving in to their feelings.
Now this leaves on a major cliffhanger and I need Sarah to get out the second book asap so I can see what happens next!

I am writing this review immediately after setting this book down and woah…what an absolute cliffhanger! My pulse is UP right now!
I’ve never read a motorcycle club romance before this one, and I liked it a lot more than I expected to. The “off-limits” daughter of the club leader, with the added “childhood friends” element really increased the tension. And the tension was cranked up with this one! I thought to myself, “just kiss her already!” several times, because I really was rooting for this FMC/MMC. The slow burn definitely paid off for me here.
The side characters of Bodine and Mikey were just the best! The comic relief they provided got me giggling out loud a few times. Ultimately though, they were the perfect “ride or dies” for their friends and the club, which made me love every minute they showed up on the pages!
Perhaps we will get more drama from the trial in book two, but I would have loved to get more scenes from it to add to the suspense. At times for me personally, I got a little lost knowing who was actually speaking during the scenes with a bunch of dialogue. But overall, I was super invested and excited to turn the page!

Untouchable is the first book in the Drengr MC series by Sarah Pirtle. This is the first book that I have read by Sarah Pirtle and it wont be my last!. I love a good motorcycle club romance and this book is no exception. I loved the characters of Ace and Katarina. Katarina is a female main character that I like reading about-she is sassy, fierce, strong, but also vulnerable. And Ace is a perfect motorcycle club, main male character. He is the perfect. He is the perfect blend of brooding, loyal and protective. I loved reading about the relationship of Ace and Katarina. I loved the slow buildup of their relationship-it made when they finally got together so much better. Their chemistry was spicy and their banter at times had me laughing out loud. The author not only did a good job of developing the main characters but also the side characters as well. I loved Bodine, Mikey and Tabitha, and hope to read their stories in the future. This book had me hooked since the beginning and after the cliffhanger I can’t wait to read their stories in second book. Untouchable
I need the second book pronto! This story completely pulled me in from the first page. Katarina is the kind of heroine I adore—fierce, and unapologetically strong. She’s such a refreshing lead, and I loved every second of her journey.
Ace…Ugh, a big hunk of Latino hotness. I’m a total sucker for the emotionally guarded type, and he delivers. The dynamic between him and Katarina was pure fire—tense, electric, and layered with so much slow-burn chemistry I couldn’t look away.
Also, Bodine and Mikey? They had me cracking up. They brought a comedy element that I ate up.
The writing was sharp, fast-paced, and full of energy. Between the witty banter, intense action, and emotional moments, this book had everything I love in a great read. I swear, if absolutely cannot wait till book 2 comes out and book 1 hasn’t even officially landed. 😅
Definitely a 5 star read for me it kept me up all hours of the night.
