This series is getting a little scary! Tanya is being setup. The relative are doing everything they can to scare her away. Ryder, an old friend from her past & the father (he doesn’t know he is the father) of her child is trying his best to help her. They have partnered up with the shop & he’s provided the funds for her to order more item to sell in the shop, so she can make some money because they are running gout of money. There wasn’t much in the shop to sell? Ryder is also trying to protect them from harm. The relatives, are trying their best to scare Tanya away. Was all of this part of her Mother-in-law’s plan to punish her? Everyone knows she never liked Tanya & it seems like the whole town is against her. Her only protection is Ryder & now they have him in jail, why? Did they put Ryder in jail so Tanya & her son would be alone & scared?? Did they put Ryder in jail so she & her son would be wouldn’t have anyone to protect her & she would leave? What did he do to get arrested? This is getting too weird!

So many secrets
Tanya with Ryders help has stocked the store and her business is picking up. Sadly Tanyas exes brother and sister are still making her life miserable. They are also spreading lies that Tanya killed her ex. After a particular bad dream, Tanya needs time alone, so she walks to the pier. Here she thinks about the past and her ex. As she is getting ready to leave she sees something trapped in a board. Unbelievable, its a note from her dead ex in a piece of plastic. When she gets back to the house, Ryder grabs her and tells her how scared he was. She shows him the note and he tells her the phone calls are from her exes uncle. Ryder tells her he is going to the police and tell them everything that's been happening. She waits a long time and finally calls the police and learns they have arrested Ryder

a lot of loose ends
It is hard to be patient when both Ryder and Tanya holding secrets. We think we know Tanya’s but I have a feeling there is more there than she knows. Ryder holds the secrets of Alan and his family pretty tight.he mentioned that years ago what he knew was dangerous to his life. Has anything changed? I think I’d liked this as one book because I have an option to stop at each ending. I am tempted to stop just because I don’t like the weirdness and secrets. I do like how Myles has been acting, but I worry about his safety! Eek should I stay or should I go?

Book 3. The story really picks up the pace and interesting bits of information are given. Things are definitely heating up on all fronts and it appears the past may not be as what was initially presented. More mystery is added providing more depth and interest to the storyline. This is not a standalone but part of what is developing in to a great read, I read it in one sitting.

Someone is turning up the heat at this point to get Tawny to leave because,they either want their mothers shop and family home or to make money. I have a feeling Ryder knows something about Allen and or his family but is holding back. Tawny will protect her son at any cost. I'm so read ing book4.Enjoy

In the Beachside Summer Shop Book 3. the story really starts to pick up some speed. The in-laws are doing a pretty good job trying to scare Tanya away. Tnaya has a pretty big secret she is keeping from Ryder. Ryder appears to have some secrets of his own. It was a quick read and time for Book 4.

A Very Good Book
The twists and turns continue to pick up speed. The mystery of who did what is very hard to see through the intense clues. I enjoyed this book from start to finish.

Great book, Tanya is finding out about her dead ex husband and her former in laws. Great series, received an ARC and this is my voluntary review.
