Dragon Royals Omnibus Book 1

Rate this book
★★★Books 1-3 of the bestselling dragon shifter romantasy, DRAGON Forbidden Honor, Dangerous Honor, and Sacred Honor.★★★

In my world, dragon shifters rule. Dragon shifters are always royals. They’re always male. They’re always assholes.

An orphaned servant like me? Everyone assumes on first shift, I’ll turn into a squirrel.

Instead, I grow wings. Breathe fire. Throw the world into chaos.

No one wants a girl in the Royal Dragon Guard. So I’m disguised as a man and sent off to military training.

The Dragon Royals are not a welcoming bunch. These princely scions of the four ruling families have been training to fight the plague-crazed Scourge since they were toddlers. Every girl in the city dreams of winning the heart of one of the dragon nobles, but they only care about each other.

Jaik, the cold-hearted heir to the kingdom, who never smiles and never falters. Arren, who kills without mercy and guards his friends fiercely. Lynx and Branok, the twin spymasters with deadly swords. Talisyn, with the beautiful cruel mouth and endless bravery.

By night, I’m the servant they flirt with. I’m the one stealing Jaik’s heart and kissing Talisyn and antagonizing Arren. All the while, Branok and Lynx fret that I’m a spy, sent to destroy the Royals.

By day, I’m Lucien Finn, the man they despise and the dragon shifter they have to fight alongside.

These royals are determined to make me fall, and they play dirty. Can I ignore the pull they have on my heart and kick them off their thrones?

Will they break the maid... or kill the man? What will it do to us all when they finally discover the truth about who I truly am?

If cocky dragon shifters, steamy scenes, and snarky heroines who refuse to choose anything less than ALL their heart's desires make you happy... scroll up and dive into the adventure alongside Honor.

Books 4-5 and the epilogue novella are contained in the second omnibus edition.

A female orphan turned maid, discovers she's a dragon shifter and joins the royal guard disguised as a man. While also slowly getting involved romantically with the dragon shifters. What will they do if they find out her secret?

I'm not normally big on romance that's not monogamous between a couple- I get jealous super easy lol. But I really enjoyed how this played out. Getting to see her interactions with them as 'male' as well as a female. It gave me a better view of their characters and was just plain fun to see. I'm dying to get to the rest of book tho, I need that HEA and didn't realize it wouldn't be in this book er omnibus.

I loved seeing Honor train the dragon shifters against the fae zombies or what they call the scourge (I think that's how it's spelled). In this world the bigger shifters protect the smaller ones from zombies. Honor was enchanted by the elder royals to look like a male bc there's never been a female dragon before. Then she trains with the five males and starts getting romantically involved with them.

Then we get to the action/suspense/mission, where they fight against the elder royal dragons and king. I'm a sucker for battle action like this, it keeps me entertained seeing a physical plot that moves rather than just an internal struggle.

I enjoyed the fast pace, the world building in small increments as we see things, mostly from Honor's POV, the character dialogue and banter, as well as each relationship forming, and some side cast & villains. There were a few things that confused me but for the most part it was really good, and I'm going straight into the next book- I cannot handle a cliffy and must know the ending right now lol.

Read whatever makes you happy fellow book lovers! Then tell me about it lol.

A juicy read

An omnibus so it meant it was a thick, fine book. Lots of drama, only negative would be the repetition of I don't like you, I still don't like, I really still don't like you, almost three books! Also some spelling mistakes more so in the last of the books in this omnibus. Overall though kept me captivated and I was so glad it was a proper, decent, lengthy read.

Classic enemies to lovers, but she is a worrier trainer by day and a maid by night.
She is a dragon shifter and gets sent to the college but the Mac’s don’t like her, but they like the maid. It’s a lot of drama but a good book.
