Fantastic
What a story that you really want to read and WOW! It's so full of love and adventure. I really enjoyed these characters they are so amazing and great together. When you add in the tons of emotions plus some intriguing twists and turns then you have a story that's full of feelings and so captivating. What I enjoyed about this story is its so romantic with humor that's off the chart. The couple has been sweethearts when they were young but they lost touch with each other. Their relationship is loads of romance and heartache but it all comes together for them. I must say this is truly a fantastic plot and I'm so excited that I read it. You will enjoy, this story because it has awesome characters with great chemistry. It's such a exciting and thrilling romance! They will put a smile to your face with their relationship which is such a delight and great to read which is such a pleasurable experience. Even the secondary characters are great.There is one thing I wish for and that is for more because I hate for a awesome story to end. But overall this its well worth it. It's funny, thrilling and very passionate with parts that will bring tears to your eyes along with the romance element, but there is a lot of laughter and it's what I enjoyed the most! I also enjoyed is the time spent with of the couple's relationship its so beautiful and enjoyable I saw ⭐stars I couldn't help but to totally devoured this story and when I finished reading the last page, I still wanted more! I was so absorbed into how their relationship was developing from their POV the story wasn't a rushed and tight storyline either. The story just flows so smoothly.There is so much humour in the story and their attraction towards each other is off-the-charts! Plus this is an all around amazing story to read. I am enjoying their journey. I'm so excited to read another book in this series.

Lovely story. Strong characters, fun read.
I really enjoyed this story. No pretenses or unnecessary drama, just the relationship between the two lead characters. The history of their situation made for a good background foundation to build on and I felt the characters evolved as would be expected. The author made it real and relatable.
One flaw of the book was the grammatical editing, a couple misspellings and improper punctuation made for jarring reading pauses several times during the novel. They were missed in the editing and that imparted the feeling of amateur-ish writing which was confounding as the book felt polished in other areas.
Overall, fun and easy read with a story where you're cheering for both leads, enjoy the ancillary characters and hoping for a HEA.

First love became lasting love!
Bryce and Zahra came in contacts with each other several years after their teenaged love affair abruptly ended. Now she is a successful and finally at peace owner of a thriving Inn in a peaceful town thanks to a late aunt who loved her. Bryce, a renown and successful Actor, finds himself at her Inn suffering from burn out and pining for a love he can't seem to foget, Zahra's love! After they unpacked the hurts and feels, they admitted they were still in love with each other and went forth forging the life they wanted together! I enjoyed Bryce and Zahra's story very much.

Actors are people too
Imagine, they end up in the same town after years apart. Both are somewhat brow beaten by their parents. Love gives them a backbone and the decisions are made. They stand up for love, their love and win hands down. Many tender scenes which knit their broken hearts, loved this. Loved their baby!!!!

Second That Emotion
I am such a fan of Katie Dowe books, and this story reinforces my appreciation! I wish my young in life lost love could be restored like this. I can relate to so much of this scenario, but my heart is wistful and sorrowful at the result of choices made in the early 90s. And, here we are in 2025…at least I get to live vicariously through Bryce and Zahra. 💝

Beautiful Love Story
I absolutely love this story. It made me think of that one serious love relationship when I was a teenager and how it ended. As well as, how I fell in love with the man that I’m with now. Safe to say you never know how your story will end. Love is a beautiful thing for those of us who decide to embrace it. Highly recommend reading this incredible book!

I enjoyed reading the love story of Bryce and Zahra. It began with them being childhood buddies/sweethearts and years later after a chance encounter developed into meaningful love ❤️. This book contains intrigue, emotional connection, child abuse and neglect, hope, dreams, determination, persistence, and faith. I will be recommending this novel to everyone I know!!!!!

meant to be….
Bryce met Zahra at an early age, they went their separate ways. Somehow fate brought them back together. What they shared was never truly gone. The flame restored although not easily, but true love prevailed. Another Great read from Katie Dowe

Couldn't put down til the end
This book was wonderful out written. I couldn't put the book down til the end. The book was spellbound and I enjoyed the love scenes and the fact they couldn't keep their hands off each other.
