If your ADHD is stressing you out and making life difficult, this book is for you!

Hello! I am Lucy Lambert, a writer, parent, and someone who was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood. For years, I struggled with forgetfulness, anxiety, and being overwhelmed by tasks that seemed easy for others.

Everything started making sense after my son's ADHD diagnosis. I realized my behaviour wasn't because of laziness or disorganization, which is a stigma often attached to ADHD.

My perspective on life changed completely. Thus, I wrote this workbook full of fun and practical ADHD-friendly strategies to help people who have (or think they have) ADHD thrive.

Inside The Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Workbook, A checklist to mark which ADHD type you have and where to get ADHD testing. How to advocate for yourself in a neurotypical world.Practical steps to overcome the challenges of ADHD, including an ADHD planner.Your neurodivergent strengths and weaknesses and how to use them to secure your future.Ways to reframe ADHD to see its positive spin and change your mindset.
You don't need to fit into society's neat little box. Discover how you can be your authentic self and thrive with ADHD today!

Great Read

Picked up lots of new and interesting resources from the book. As a middle aged adult who was recently diagnosed with ADHD, I found this book very relatable and easy to read.
